I really appreciate the range of items you all have and having item that's hard to find in the store. I only bought coconut oil from Thrive and now I will utilize this business to accommodate my unique needs. Thanks for caring Thrive Market.

Thrive is my favorite place to shop not only for the products they offer but for the value and customer service they provide. I've been a customer for over 2 years and have no regrets. Thank you Thrive for all you do to make my life a little less complicated. I totally understand the burden you must be experiencing during Covid19 and sympathize wand appreciate what your staff is doing to keep things rolling.

I love this online food market, everything is on sale (same items from actual market stores around me.)
Although I wish delivery was faster, a day or two, because then I end of buying at the market near me.
Quality is great, I love the recipe videos. While browsing, I know I am choosing great value for my family and me.

All my life?// this finally encourages me to shop for my particular dietary needs and have them delivered to my door. The prices are higher than my local natural stores but oh the convenience of shopping from my computer~ speed up delivery please ~

I've been using Thrive Market for awhile. I have loved everything that I've purchased. I like that they have the "buy again" feature, that makes it easy to get the things that I use most. Their products are top of the line. Everything is always packaged well and always receive the order on time. Worth the annual membership. Also the fact that you can choose to help others when checking out is great, share the love.

I was wrongly charged for a membership so I wrote into support to ask for a refund. Their support won't even acknowledge that I was charged in the first place. They just keep saying "we're sorry to see you go" and that I won't be charged again.

Do not take them up on any "free+shipping" offers they have. They flat out billed me for a membership and would have processed another one had my card not expired. I'm a savvy online shopper and remember clearly not agreeing to their membership.

First they'll reply with a canned response, and then if you push it further a real person will respond, but just in a way that just ignores the refund request.

Then if you keep pushing they'll state "we don't process refunds from any membership that was charged six months ago."

This place is shady.

The site is easy to navigate. Items are clearly labeled and easier to compare than many sites to include Amazon.
The breakdown for pricing is more consistent... such as price per ounce, rather than per item or a variety of ways to compare pricing. There have been times when items are out of stock. That is frustrating, but understandable due to supply chain breakdown during pandemic. Shipping is generally free for a modest order. The seldom times when items arrived damaged, they always refund or replace.

I've been using Thrive on and off for a couple of years. I've recently adapted a plant-based diet and am using them more than ever. They have many opportunities to save (on most of your orders) and offer incentives such as Thrive dollars.
I appreciate the variety and availability of the products essential to vegan diets. And their customer service has always been excellent, in my experience.

Food quality is spot on, the Thrive brand is just as tasty as the national brands, at a lesser cost. The shipping is fast and the order is always correct. The packaging is amazing, boxes are super strong and all products ( glass jars and cans) are wrapped to avoid breaking or denting. The free shipping, sales, and online easy allow me to get the healthy food I consume anytime I need it, delivered to my door quickly and I never have to deal with grocery store madness.

Love your selections! I can depend on quality products and nutritional information so I can make the best choices for my dietary needs.
I tried your organic French roast coffee and it is so smooth, I don't need to add cream. What a bargain, half the cost for the same oz bag as gourmet coffee.

If you buy something, they will keep your credit card and charge you $59.95 after 30 days - even if you don't authorize this. Thank goodness they sent me an email telling me that this was coming but wouldn't you know you can't actually cancel by logging in to the site. You can only cancel if you chat or call them. Omg. Really?

Tip for consumers:
Watch out for the auto pay on the annual fee.

I like the organic products and brands. Prices do not seem much cheaper than my local grocer, but still want to try. I have a problem with buying that much meat at once. My freezer is tiny and the selection not great right now. I was hoping to see other products I enjoy or produce. Will update after I receive my package.

I thrive on my blend of herbal teas to protect, defend & repair my body while eliminating toxins. I have used it for some time due to damages from a 120 foot fall. As I live in a small rural town, the teas are often difficult to find. While I Hope Thrive will carry even more of an assortment in the future, I have been able to order sufficient teas for my needs. Only had one thing I wanted. Searched for more to at least get to free shipping. Everything I wanted was out of stock. I understand that now things will be sold out. Let me see your site before I sign up. Now I'm going to go cancel because there is not enough on there that I use to make membership worth it.

Wow, I am incredibly disappointed in Thrive Market. I only signed up for the free trial under the guise of $20 off my first three orders. Well, I placed my first order and although my total right before checkout displayed the $20 off, they charged me in full anyway! After a lot of back and forth, the order was finally cancelled and I got my refund weeks later. When I decided to try again I was told I am not able to use ANY coupons because I cancelled my first order that I was overcharged for. (What happened to the first three orders?) Now I am trying to cancel my free trial before they charge me and it is like pulling teeth. Don't waste your time with Thrive.

They are so fast and precise and easy to work with. I love them. I just put in for a big order after I signed up for the $10 membership monthly. It's so worth it. They have such a wide variety of items, I'm excited to buy from them and I can't wait to receive my order.

How come I love shopping at THRIVE so much? Every few days I get an email with a free gift, and it is always something that I want to try... so I add it to the cart, fill it up to get free shipping, and voila! My order arrives and my pantry is restocked. With something new. Something fun. Something healthy. Something fabulous for my weekly meals. I don't know how I went for years without this site! Thank you for "finding me". I am still not sure how it happened, but am grateful and in love.

We appreciate getting reminders when some of our favorite foods are on sale. The prices are most of the time better than at local stores.
We love their kindness toward people in need, like they give to victims of storm and fire damage and recently persons who suffer from the consequences of the corona virus.

Greatly appreciate the variety and price. If you are not familiar with organic foods may seem high the first time, but when you have taken in that the products are organic. I do also find them cheaper than my grocery store or local health food store which is a half-hour away. They are shipped directly to my door. Love the auto-ship feature and that I can determine when I get them between a 4,8, or 12-week ship schedule is wonderful. The spices being organic have a stronger aroma and taste quality. I do go to my local health food store for produce and perishable dairy, cheese, and meats, so I am still supporting a local company I just appreciate not having to lug in the cans and boxes I can buy at Thrive and the price. Love the variety that the local store is not able to always carry.

I love the concept and I am trying to move away from massive organizations like Amazon, but I was saddened to learn that I can't use this company much due to the lack of product options. I'm sure it will expand so I'll check back in sometime in the future. Really wanted to love this organization - so please keep growing your product line and I'll become a loyal advocate.

I discovered thrive market through a rebate app I use. And from that point on never looked back. Once it was no longer on the rebate app I kept ordering! I love the options! I love the prices for most. It's very hard to find some things for allergies in my local shops!

I've been a member of Thrive Market for 2 years. I buy about $100 of food each month. Great food. I've learned about Amy's soups from them, and other good things. Their customer service has been great to me. If I call with a question, then send me an email asking how it went. And it always goes fine.

If you make a purchase they charge you an additional 59 dollar membership fee. Last week I noticed there was an option to cancel my membership online, but now that option is gone. You have to call the number and the wait has been more than 15 minutes. I will post negative reviews online while I wait. Sneaky bastards.
