Thrive has proven itself to be a very reliable business. I love the organic options, the prices, the amazing packaging, and the customer service. Very high quality products, and they stand behind them. $49 for free shipping is very easy to reach. I also enjoy that they reach out with special offers when I haven't ordered for a while. Getting my Thrive box in the mail is a bit like Christmas :)

I found Thrive Market looking for a product on an internet search and have been extremely pleased. I have been able to try a variety of products that I would otherwise not have access to where we live. All items are of the highest quality, the reviews and product descriptions are accurate and the customer service is very good. If you see an item you want to try and it is out of stock, simply click the Remind Me button and a notification will be sent to you as soon as the order is in supply, which doesn't take long. They also offer you free, full size samples for product reviews. Its extremely easy to search the website by dietary needs and product type. I recommend Thrive Market to friends and family frequently, I gift unique and hard to find items I find there and I will continue to do so. Hope they are around a Long, Long Time!

There are unhealthy and unsustainable practices in most food products we consume (even from Whole Foods). Thrive Market sources the best, cleanest and most sustainable ingredients and practices and deliver them for the best possible prices. I don't have to spend time researching every ingredients. Their packaging isn't my favorite, but I get peace of mind knowing that what goes in and on my body is the best the world has to offer and I don't have to pay "whole paycheck" for it.

Less expensive than Grove, has new things for babies as well as food. I was able to get a lovely selection of food and stock up on spices and teas. I appreciate all the natural beauty and cleansing products.

In the 5 years of so that I have used Thrive I Have Never Gotten a Notice when an item was back. I click that notification button when it is out of stock and to be notified. Nor do you send an email about if an item is discontinued that I have been buying.
Plus to organize favorites is non existent into Brands or categories I want to do.
I have written, emailed and called about this over the years. Why can't you fix it?!?

Customer service was very good and very responsive with an issue I had after signing up. The selection of products is good, but it became frustrating when I kept getting errors on items I wanted to buy (I did not reach out to customer service about that). This was my first order and I have not received it yet, so I cannot speak to that. One suggestion, it would be nice to be able to preview your selection before signing up for a membership

I visited their website was interested in making a purchase and read their terms and decided against joining. The point of my post is to clarify for potential customers that the terms for the subscription are clearly stated before you make a purchase.
Many people on this board just lack the comprehensive skills to understand what they are reading and then whine that Thrive is being deceptive, when they clearly are not. Just my two cents

Great customer service. Website easy to use. When I had a problems with my order they refunded me my money along with additional money to use in my future order. Products are well packaged and arrive in a timely matter. Selection for dairy free and gluten free is good. I love the free sample incentives but recently the samples are not suitable for older customers so I do not make any selections. I recommend Thrive Market.

This is a high volume online grocer that is not equipped to deal with high volume. Items I am searching for are often out of stock and shipping times are two weeks out. We are in the middle of a pandemic so I understand some of this. I just regretting keeping my membership after the trial has expired.
There are things I have found much cheaper at Costco (Rau's Pasta Sauce) or Walmart where I can Pay. 50 more for a bag of Swerve sweetener that will last me for several months.
I was initially drawn to Thrive for the convenience and the savings - but the more I dive into this store, I have not experienced either. The few times I have needed customer service, they have been helpful and responsive. When my year is up, I will not be renewing. Between Aldi, Walmart, Amazon, and Costco, I can find just about all the things I have been ordering from Thrive at similar pricing.

Ordered 2 items and then was charged the $60 annual fee after the fact. I would NEVER agree to that charge - I don't care who they say they are helping. Its awful to operate this way. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this company at all costs.

I enjoy the personalized shopping experience; you fill out a survey and products are streamlined for the type of things you use. They have brands that I already use. Product information is easy to find. The store sends the order right to your door step. I'm anticipating delivery of my first order!

This is one of the best places to buy unusual and hard to find food items at a great price. I have been a member for about 2 years and have never been dissatisfied with their service. I always roll my eyes when I see ads that say organic, responsibly sourced, vegan, etc. at great prices. BUT when I started shopping here, I found truly great prices! They have awesome sales and great customer service. I will definitely be shopping on this site more in the future. Happy to have an alternative to the other high priced places that really does have great deals!

This is my " go to" for gluten free products, they have a great selection and prices are wonderful. I am unable to find GF products in my area. Since both Earth fare and Fairway have closed my choices are limited. Shipping/packaging have been an issue at times but I have always been given a credit. I can live with a crushed box, the products have survived.

While the canned tomato paste was carefully wrapped, the expensive organic tuna fish Cans were just thrown into the shipping box and arrived crushed. It really looked like the cans were damaged before being put into the shipping box but who knows. Not a happy customer.

Thrive Market is amazing from its customer service, products, packaging, etc. It's one of the best stores ever! I have food allergies and try to be health conscience and this store has a wide variety of options at reasonable prices. I'm also trying to be more environmental friendly and again there is a wide variety of items to choose from. I have had very minor problems and their customer service is impeccable. I also get a quick response and they always fix the problem! I always get my money's worth and then some out of the membership. I can't brag on this brand and company either. I would be so lost without them!

Don't EVER order anything from this company! They will lure you in with a FREE 30 days but pay $59.95 afterwards. Their notification email of the annual fee has a misleading subject line that makes you think it is spam. After 30 days they require you pay even if you havent ordered anything and to top it off they purposely do not allow you to delete your account from their web site and require you to call and waste 30 minutes to have your account deleted / not charged. Total SCAM!
