I love how you can shop per diet or allergy needs. I also appreciate the communication during the Covid-19 time as well as their commitment not to increase prices based on demand. I'm very thankful Thrive is staying true to helping people. They have a great variety of things we've never tried as well as their own brand which I highly recommend trying. Not only is it another money saver but some of the Thrive brands of food, we actually prefer.

I haven't used Thrive Market too long, but have not had any problems. They have what I want and when out, I request a notice To let me know when they have restocked, which they did. I like the products and prices as well as the convenience of delivery. I have no complaints whatsoever. I'm very happy with them. I don't have a picture as I unpacked and ate my last order. The review popped up as I was ordering more things outside of my monthly box.

I like the concept and the products for the most part. It's fairly well organized to search for products you need, which is very important when you just know what you need. Mostly they deliver very quickly, however one time I needed it really quick it took about a week - can't rush it. The prices are OK, considering the convenience of ordering to the door and a wide selection of organic and environment friendly products.
The biggest downside of it from my perspective is the packaging - I get that they want it to be safely delivered, but it hurts to see one bottle of sauce packed and wrapped in a plastic bag and rolls& rolls of paper wrap- it makes me want to stop using them every time.

I've never heard of a membership company that refuses to remove your credit card from your own account. Amazon allows it. Groupon does it, too. Except for them. Yeah, so they get to charge you fees when you forget to cancel. And when you ask them to remove your card number they give you the runaround!
I had to call my card issuer to permanently BAN this company from ever charging me again. I suggest you do the same.

DO NOT purchase anything from this company. I am very thorough in any annual membership fees I sign up for. I purchased a $4 tea from Thrive and it was not stated a $60 membership fee would be charged to my card each year. You will not receive an email notification each year for this charge as it hits spam. Two years later, I realized the company has charged me $120 without any notice. You cannot cancel on the website - you must go through the company's 24/7 chat and consistently ask for cancellation. Please avoid this company at all costs. I spent my morning trying to cancel and screenshotted the conversation for evidence in case my membership was not cancelled in their system.

Thrive market seems like a great site with many options... not available. I have found several wonderful products yet cannot purchase them due to their being out of stock which I would normally consider being part of the Covid-19 mess however, adzuki beans? Seriously?
As well, I'm sadly disappointed at the fact that you absolutely must purchase a membership in order to receive a shipping discount. Guys, I use Sendle and am able to offer my customers cheap shipping due to this. I'm not here to make money on silly things like this. I prefer to make it on my products and happy customers.
Other than those two things this looks like an awesome site! Great photos of happy employees too! I'm loving that.

We have been ordering from Thrive Market for several (3?) years. Now... 99.9% positive experience: great, growing inventory; great service well beyond-the-call-of-duty! So generous with sample products I sometimes wonder how they make a profit! Through no fault of Thrive we have received two damaged boxes---one with one broken item and one that looked like the delivery company ran over the box with a delivery truck. Both times Thrive Market replaced the items immediately with no questions asked... The negative 00.1% of our experience with Thrive Market? Their product search engine is a real crapshoot! One never knows what items it will come up with or how that/those products relate to what one is searching for! But one quickly learns how to get around that by clicking "Buy it again" or spending the time to search over and over again. This slight annoyance completely dissolves in our love for Thrive Market!...{No; they didn't pay me to write that! Check it out for yourself!}... :o) BLM

Prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, I would have given six stars to Thrive! I received my orders within 3 or 4 days! Of course, since Corona, delivery has slowed down... many products are out of stock... but which local store is not experiencing the same? I will continue to use Thrive Market and appreciate their efforts to keep people safe and healthy.

Do not do the free 30 day trial. I tried cancelling well before my 30 days were up and it wasn't canceled. They then hit my credit card with the annual payment and all customer service could say was "I'm sorry it's past 30 days". Well news flash, it wasn't. I tried cancelling 12/22 and my card was billed 1/11…so I'd say I gave them more than enough notice. I even received and email stating they were"actively working on my request" on 12/22 which shows that I did actually request cancellation! Only offered to refund me $20! Our bank and lawyer are being contacted. This company is nothing but a bunch of thief's! Buyers beware!

I never ordered any type of membership from Thrive Market. There was a charge to my paypal account for 64.00? Now I have to go through the hassle of trying to get it reversed. I tried Thrive Market they make it extremely difficult to get in touch with them. Im not even a customer and Im very unhappy with them. Dont order from this company.

I live in a small town where finding a wide assortment of organic and certified non GMO products are scarce. Not only does Thrive Market offer an abundance of choices but the prices are a good value. They arrive in a timely manner as well. When one of the organic and health food stores are over an hour away, Thrive Market offers a great alternative.

I absolutely love Thrive Market and have recommended it to my community. It's so valuable especially during covid that I avoid going into stores as much as possible. I recently change my diet due to medical needs and being able to get lots of compatible and good quality stuff here makes it so much easier. Most of the things I get here are cheaper than in whole foods, and $5 per month equals to one-time wholefood delivery tip. The shipping is fast and reliable. Every time I speak with the customer service they go above and beyond.

I have gluten and dairy sensitivity and always struggle when going into a store to get my old regular items. By shopping thrive market, I am only getting the good stuff that I know is good for my body. The only thing I need to go into a local store for now is my dairy free milk, eggs and fresh produce. I tried thrive market and I am very impressed with the quality of their products. I love that they have sustainable seafood sources. I was shocked at how quickly I received my order. I'm already placing more orders for some of the items our family tried and enjoyed. I like how easy the website makes it to find items under your specific diet or specific requests for quality (ie- keto, organic etc). I live in a very rural area so finding these things at a local store can be very difficult. I will definitely be continuing to use this site and recommending it to others.

I just discovered this market looking for Ripple Barista, which no one sells locally. There's a nice selection of products, but I didn' t find anything to be lower-priced (with the exception of sale items) than anything I can buy locally. In fact, some prices are higher than I pay locally. I do like the free shipping option but doubt I'd order that much each month. The jury is out as to whether I will continue my membership after the free trial.

I like how it organizes information, gives a lot of detail about each product, and like very much how it handles items that are out of stock. You can check the box and be notified when the product returns. You do not have to keep checking back to see if it is available.

First of all, thank you for the work you've been doing to keep up with the load you have during the COVID-19 crisis. At this time, our state is asking that we not go grocery shopping unless it's critical. We know you must be exhausted dealing with the stress of your health and filling all of our orders while product is flying. You have been a godsend for the products we cannot find on store shelves and now, with people not taking covid seriously, I feel safer not walking through the aisles.
I have been a happy member of Thrive for years. I can always shop from a huge selection of top brand products at a reasonable price and Thrive branded products are also of good quality. Over the years, I remember a couple of (2) times when something went awry, but their customer service is friendly, quick and efficient about getting things back on track.

I've been using Thrive for over a year. I order at least once per month. They have a great product selection and often a great value. While not everything is a bargain, most items are and those that aren't are the same as Whole Foods. Since I'd rather give Thrive my business I'll usually buy from them instead when it works out. Thrive has a social conscience and acts on it. I appreciate that in a company.

I really appreciate the option to buy my groceries, especially staple items, directly from Thrive Market. The prices, especially on Thrive brand products, are a new baseline on reasonable shopping. I've been a member for a couple of years, and when the shutdown happened in March 2020 and I was afraid to go to the store, my Thrive delivery held me over! Grateful for the efforts of this company.
Tip for consumers:
Wait for that 1lb of Thrive Nutritional Yeast to come back in stock... best value and lasts forever. Don't be afraid of trying thrive brand. Best stoneground mustard... good coconut sugar, etc.

They will NOT let you cancel without clicking on a drop down list of reasons. They really won't let you! This can't be legal! I guess I'll just have to stop payment on the credit card.
