Two times I've ordered from thrive market. First order was delivered two days later than expected. Second order was "never received" by the delivery company and 5 days later I contacted Thrive via chat on their app. They had no idea how this happened and tried to give me a gift card for the $130 order for a future purchase. I called the customer service line (had to ask for the number twice) and got a speedy resolution. Overall, they have great products and good prices. But the delays in delivery aren't convenient for me. I'll keep going to my local stores.

I purchased a few things from Thrive Market and was very satisfied with my order, but then... BAM! I was suddenly hit with an admission fee of $59. Nowhere did the site, confirmation or my receipt say that I had a "trial" membership, and because of this I will no longer buy anything at Thrive Market. I don't pay admission to shop at ANY store.

I was happy to learn of Thrive Market at the beginning of the pandemic and it has been a life saver! They have a lot of products we use and some new ones we have tried. Some of those have been winners and some we will pass on for next time. Usually, the packing is done well, but we have had a couple shipments when the crackers have been crushed to be more like bread crumbs, and the ready made graham cracker crusts were partially in the box! Some of the pickles and jelly, in jars, have popped tops, but this may be due to the altitude change. I just won't order these things anymore. All and all, we love the convenience of having great quality products delivered to our door in a timely manner. Thanks to TM we will keep on thriving!

I love Thrive! I've been a member for multiple years. Everything is quality and service is exceptional. I had an issue once with an order, reached out got top of the line service and satisfaction. I've had things shipped to meet me at vacation destinations to make life easier there. Most of my Paleo favorites are there. Savings, service and speedy! I read the recent reviews complaining about speed of delivery- give them a break! Usually my shipments arrive incredibly quickly. No complaints from me.

Thrive, like most grocers was overwhelmed by demand. They instituted policies to resolve their issues and shared them every step of the way with their customers, like me. To restock shelves, protect staff and still fulfill customer orders, they posted daily the measures they were taking. They had specific times to order, suggested maximum dollar amts, and specific notification of shipping delays.
I for one, so appreciated their detailed response and daily communications on their site. So many other companies during this simply said there were shipping delays up to two to three weeks.

I buy many staple products from Thrive (pantry goods/easy meals/snacks). We are a gluten-free dairy-free household and it's easy on thrive to find what I need right away. I would recommend it to anyone who has a dietary need or restriction. It is cheaper prices than my local grocery store. Every box says who it is packed by which I think is a great feature given the times. Thrive has done a great job of keeping up with panic buying during Covid.

I live in the Upper Peninsula... we do not have access to many organic items. If we do, they are insanely overpriced. I found Thrive through a Vegan Youtube channel. I am not 100% Vegan but with Thrive I can start making healthier choices and be on my way to the lifestyle change! The one thing I love the most is how large the items are for how little you pay. I honestly expected the get like mini size versions - but they weren't! That was super cool. And I was shocked how quickly the items shipped up to my middle of nowhere town. I will be a long time Thrive member!

The 30-day free trial has been a bumpy ride. I put in a small order and came back 30 minutes later. When I returned the wheel had stopped turning but I didn't see any evidence that my order had gone through. When I logged out I saw a notice that the store was closed. Why didn't I see that when I logged in? I would not have wasted my time. When the order arrived the box was bashed in, the contents were spilling out, and 4 cans were dented. I will not be signing up for this service.

I was so excited to stumble across this company. I am lactose and gluten intolerant and just found out my 11. Month old has a peanut allergy. This is such a frustrating process and Thrive Market has made it so much simpler to find safe products for us to eat!

I've been using Thrive for years and love it. It's so convenient. They have a great selection at cheaper prices than I can get at my local grocery store and shipping is generally very fast. I have had occasional mistakes with orders but customer service has been very responsive. Like every business, they've had some disruption during COVID, but I can't judge them for that. It's a difficult time.

I have been shopping with Thrive since August of 2016. I love the concept, bringing healthy food to the food deserts. I have shared with many friends, and even have one family member who qualified to get help with a free membership. That one boost will let her save enough money to be able to afford her membership next year. My ONLY complaint is some of the people packaging have not correctly protected glass bottles recently... But Thrive made it right immediately with no hassles... Fix that one thing. But I still love Thrive and the Thrive Brand product. You have helped me loose 60 pounds eating Keto.

I love the convenience of shopping for both food and health items in one online spot, especially during these unprecedented times. I'm gluten sensitive, so it's important for me to know the ingredients in every product I purchase. The Thrive Market website is well designed with intuitive categories and an easy to see button for ingredients and nutrition. Oh, and the fact that I'm spending less than if I were to in person shop, that makes me happy. All that wouldn't matter, though, if my products didn't arrive in perfect condition. At first I was skeptical about paying to belong to an online supermarket but due to special dietary requirements I figured, why not? I live in a rural area and it is not easy to purchase gluten free & AIP foods. Thrive turned out to be a big help. I order on a regular basis and have saved considerable $$$'s. The customer service is AWESOME! A couple of time I had issues with my order and I received replacements and or full refunds! I highly recommend Thrive. I just wish they had a bigger selection!

I've order four times from Thrive. Each time the order comes in one huge box. The box is extremely heavy. I'm not sure why they don't ship multiple shipments when the order is large. Also the last two times I ordered, I had smashed cereal boxes and broken and smashed pasta because they shipped canned goods with the lighter items.

We live at a rural lake and this is perfect for us. We buy dried herbs and spices that we can't get here as well as supplements. It's been a life saver during the pandemic. I ordered from this company a month or two ago with no issues. I woke up this morning and looked at my bank statement and saw a membership fee taken out, I was livid. I called and emailed with no response. I check my bank statement to look for another number. The number they provided is a scam. The real number is *******840. I spoke with a representative and they are refunding me my money back in 2 to 5 business days. P.S. You may be on line for 10 minutes do not hang up.

I saw a few negative reviews on here when I placed my first order, (about COVID leads and bad customer service,) and it made me super nervous! However... Even with the COVID crisis... my order was packed and shipped within 2 days! I have had no issues and even placed my second order immediately.
Thrive has great ways to really narrow down food/cleaning products/pet products by what matters to me. When shopping for myself, it's important that my food is vegetarian and my house products are cruelty free. That second part is so hard to do when you're in a store actually shopping, but with a click of a button I am only being shown items that meet my standards and that is AMAZING!
I love Thrive. I seriously don't think I'll ever be going to the store again.

After canceling, this place did not cancel my membership and charged me for two years! I called my credit card company to dispute the charges of $120 and we'll see what happens. They don't offer enough goods to charge this kind of membership fee. I can pay less at Costco and get better prices and WAY more items available.
