Love this company. Of course, with the Covid-19 pandemic, orders were much slower than usual or expected, but I really appreciate how the management let us know in advance that this would occur and also asked that only those in great need purchase (at that particular time back in March). I love seeing my saving, and then donating a large portion back to those in needs. What a fantastic model. Bravo!

Very disappointed in shipping times and lack of items. If you're being a charged a membership, you should have an expectation that you will get service. It's not like a regular grocery store- you have to pay in order to buy products. What are you paying for?

The discounted prices are a joke. If you compare them to the exact same brands/sizes/products that your regular grocery store or Amazon sells, Thrive's "20% off" and "40% off" etc. will be equal to or in some cases more expensive than you'd just find. I added everything to my cart and then online shopped at my grocery store for the exact same prices and it would have been more expensive through Thrive. When I chatted with customer service about it, their excuse wasthat they discount off of the MSRP, which in their case is jacked up more than the grocery stores'. I compared some products with multiple stores and Thrive's discounted price was the most expensive. Don't waste your time or money.

Pros: Ease of ordering; promptness of shipping; Quality of offerings; Safe, efficient packaging; Availability of items for specific diets, restrictions, etc.

Cons: Seem to run out of popular items very quickly. Have to come back on a regular bases and order quickly or items may become unavailable

If you care about the world as much as yourself this is the place to be. Plant and person conscience. Amazing prices really on most items. Great 1st package. It was recommended to me by a friend and I will definitely pass it foward.

I have been a Thrive Market customer for a number of years. The products they carry are of excellent quality, nutrition, taste, and cost.

On the extremely rare times I've had an issue, customer service has been prompt, courteous and issues were quickly and satisfactorily resolved.

Right now I don't always feel comfortable leaving the house to grocery shop, I rely on thrive for almost all my food and daily needs. I have always received what I needed quickly and affordably. I have seen other people complain about "out of stock". But realistically people we are in a pandemic and my local target literally hasn't had canned goods all week, restocking is difficult right now when people buy up everything. The things I find that are out of stock have an easy user interface of "remind me when in stock" and its always really fast. I have recommended all my friends to Thrive.

I am so grateful to have learned about Thrive 2+ years ago. I tried them out for some items here and there that I used to get at certain stores all over town. It saved me from doing so many errands, which was so great to have the extra time! Fast forward to today and I purchase so many cleaning items, snacks, staple foods, I try new foods they carry, and all are vetted by them to be healthy and do business the right way. They also keep adding items weekly and they ship you complimentary items so you can try things you may not otherwise buy. I have told so many friends about it and they all have not regretted the shift of ordering with them. Not only do you save time from all the shopping you may need to be doing, you save so so much money, and you are getting such GREAT products from companies you WANT to support! Please do not sell to Amazon!

I'm a big fan of Thrive Market - I've been a member for almost 3 years. I have been very happy with the consistency of high-quality product at prices at or better than Amazon. I especially like that they offer their own branded versions of products I like so I can get it at an even better price. Thrive is where I buy all of my organic spices and baking ingredients as well as specialty supplements and food items. Finally, they have a lot of good promos and sales as well as free samples AND a free gift with every order. I'm very happy with my membership.

I have used Thrive Market for several years now. I have never been disappointed. There was only one time I had an issue with an order and they remedied it right away no questions asked. I think they just better all the time.

I appreciate everything Thrive Market does for their customers. Times are difficult for everyone and they are there for all of us as well as their employees. Orders may take longer than they did before but Thrive's products and services are worth waiting for. Thank you Thrive, you save me trips to the grocery store.

I have been a member for less than two months and I have really enjoyed shopping with thrive. I've only had one product that I was disappointed in the others have been very satisfactory. Originally joined in order to get the fish people chowder. It is so delicious you would think that it was prepared by Chef. The only problem is they stay out of stock most of the time. My products always arrive quickly, I've never had any damage and I always get exactly what I ordered. The free bonuses they offer from time to time is a big plus. I place an order about once a week, you could say I'm hooked on Thrive.

Excellent selection, quality items, best service ever. Always a pleasure to anticipate my box. The wine selections are amazing and it is great to get a box of wine at your door. Very reasonable and top notch.

I've been a customer for around 4 years. They deliver promptly (except in the corona virus emergency which is totally understandable). The prices are really good. They help out folks who need help. I'll remain a customer.

I am grateful a friend recommended Thrive Market to me. At first, I was hesitant because of the membership fee. However, I order from them every other month now, and it is well worth it. They have a good supply of organic, grass-fed, and non-GMO products, which I prefer. I buy a variety of things from them, but one of my staples is the Grass-Fed Collagen Peptides power. I put it in my coffee every morning. Now, three months later, my hair if fuller, and I have the hardest fingernails I've ever had. They used to bend like paper. Also, I am no longer stiff when I first awaken in the morning. This is the only thing I can think of that would create that helpful change. I also love how they handled the Covid-19 crisis. They protected their workers! Yah! I can't say enough great things about them.

Beware of this site, they don't disclose that there is a membership cost to make purchases. $59 hopefully enough people will be able to get some sort of action taken against the scammer that run this site.

There is nowhere, whatsoever to search or browse through the store without signing up first. Why would I want to spend money somewhere or start a "Trial" subscription when I don't even know if they carry what I need? I am pretty sure when I checked out Thrive years ago they actually allowed you to browse their store before signing up, not the other way around. Lost my potential business keeping everything a friggin secret like that. If you like signing up at places that cost money sight-unseen, then this place is for you, otherwise don't bother.

Thrive Market doesn't offer everything I need, but no store has it all. It does a lot of things that I value and at a slightly lower cost. They also offer free gifts very often that I've found both fun and a price saver as these gifts have been new products I wouldn't have paid to try AND groceries I would've bought anyways. Thrive is reliable as their shipping is always on time and always right. Overall, they're the bomb.

I am a cancer patient and I was the recipient of a stipend to assist me during this pandemic, so that was the ultimate reason to think most kindly about Thrive. However, the service/delivery time/packaging was what my rating is based on. It was easy to set up my account and I really needed the assistance, but if it had been any extra hassle, i. E. taken a long time to receive my items or they were broken when they arrived, it would have been major stress that my health wouldn't have been able to deal with, but the delivery was extremely timely and everything was packaged better than anything I've received from other online sites. And given the pandemonium that exists this shows Thrive has held up under the existent pressure. It's easier to be good when the road smooth, but the metal of a company is shown when the road is rough. Thrive's efforts are helping people to survive now and I would continue to use them, without their generosity.

I've enjoyed my thrive membership. People are giving it negative reviews due to it's members fee, however it is NOT small print. They make it more than obvious that it is a member fee site. It states in large print on their main page, as well as at the top of every page you look at, plus when you go to check out for your first time it explains during check out process that it is a trial! Don't blame the site for your inability to pay attention to clearly written words that are repeated for you several times. Also along with reading try to use a calendar so you know when to cancel your free trial, dont complain when they don't tell you your trial is up. Take responsibility for your own actions! Geez! The reason i give 4 stars and not 5 is only because i haven't been completely satisfied when i have contacted customer service about an order, but besides that one time I've had great experiences with them.

My first 3 orders were each $20.00 off so that paid for my membership. I haven't had a problem and all the orders are nicely packed. My cats love the boxes!(haha) Many products are a better price than elsewhere which pays for itself! It can be so frustrating trying to find organic products at all in some stores let alone a half decent rate!

I have been a happy member of Thrive for 2+ years! I do not live near stores that carry a large selection of organic or specialty items, so I stock up on my favorite items every couple of months. I especially love their large selection of Whole 30 complaint products, as well as their organic spices that can be purchased at a great price.

Good customer service help. Prompt shipping. Good food. Delivery carrier needs to deliver to our apt. Stairs. They leave it outside the mailbox. We are working on contacting them. Some issues with changing payment methods, but customer service chat at 8p pst was perfect and patient. Good selection and good prices.
