My fridge is on the fritz in the middle of the coronavirus crisis. There is nowhere else that I know of to find high quality canned fish right now, nor any dry goods at all. Besides that, Thrive Market's ordering system is actually up and running and more reliable than others!

I was told about this site by a complete stranger on FB as we discussed food shortages due to covid-19. I like the selection of products I see here. I hit a glitch removing things from my cart but an associate over the phone fixed it. She was pleasant, courteous. Other than that, it was a good experience.

I started with Thrive back when organic at lowest prices was the only goal other than the values. Since then the improvements in speed (I suggested maybe 3 years back that speed become a value) have been outstanding (I always hold everything internet up to Amazon standards) and speed really is important. Now the next challenge was responsiveness to issues - making it easy to get feedback and to actually compile and analyze feedback and use it for improvement - a quality that Baldrige-winning companies share - and the ability to fix problems with shipments and delight the customer in the process making them a customer for life (something that Amazon also does well).

As an X-Baldrige examiner, I don't praise easily. Good job Thrive! Keep up the good work.

You guys are amazing! I received an email apologizing about my order being delayed because of the pandemic. It said they were sorry that they let me down! I thought, with everything going on in the world, I could wait a little while longer for my granola! I just hope everyone at Thrive is safe and healthy! And a HUGE thank you for helping me stay home, safe and healthy! I actually thought about cancelling my membership prior to the outbreak of COVID because money was tight, now because of the excellent service, I will continue to be a member!

Thrive has some very high quality items in stock and their shipping is usually very fast, even when you live in a area that isn't considered the quickest to get things. I am a little disappointed that some items, I can still get just as cheap or cheaper at my local grocery store so I often have to compare prices. I do like the convience of having things delivered right to my door which does save me time. I like when there are the free offers. This gives you an opportunity to try out some new items without spending the money to purchase them. I have used Thrive for about a year and a half and only had to contact customer service once... turns out it was an issue on my side with the person watching our house while I was away. But the customer service was super friendly and even offered some Thrive Cash for the issue. Keep up the great service.

I had a big delivery that was just received. There were 3 items that were badly damaged. I tried to contact customer service but it appeared that I was contacting robots! I was passed through 7 agents and finally without knowing what products were damaged, they just issued a gift card that was less than the price of the damaged items. I was very disappointed and will not buy from them any more and will surely continue to pursue my issue to get my full refund. Very bad customer service with poor packaging.

I honestly don't remember how I stumbled onto Thrive Market. And It has been a couple of years now. I tell friends, family, and strangers about it. Many times now I hear "Oh, I love Thrive!"
The pre-ship announcement allows me to change or add to my shipment, for little tweaks at the last minute. And although it is not directly Thrive, my boxes always arrive on my front porch. Packed safely, securely, and carefully and with recyclable or reusable ziplock bags. What's not to love.? Thank you Thrive Market!

Tip for consumers:
Think about how often you buy or need certain products. You can set up different Autohips for 4, 8.or 12 weeks. A little planning is a good thing.

Products used:
I am on Autoship for Collagen, Organic unstrained honey, Organic Coconut cream, Omega 3 Supplements, and Sunflower Butter. I add this and that as the need arrises.

I love shopping with Thrive, as they have generally good prices and products I need, but have considered canceling my membership because I have had several products arrive damaged and unusable but got no response when contacting them. I continued to order because I felt that the free samples they provided made up for the cost of the goods, but now that they don't do that, I won't renew next year if I can't get good quality control response. There are other healthy grocery options online, some with better selection that don't require a $60 membership.

When you run a google search on a product of which Thrive along with many competitors market, you will see no mention of joining a monthly plan. Thrive does not require you to register or agree to ANY monthly terms when purchased directly via the google site. Definitely a scam I will cancel credit card if necessary.

Just discovered that I am being charged for a membership that I did not know I had. Just happened to notice it on my account. I called to cancel it, but the recording says i can stay on the phone and they will be with me in 60 mins. Or I can request a call back. Still awaiting the call back. A very deceitful way to do business... I would not give them even 1 star but you have to pick one to submit.

I ordered something over a month ago, paid extra shipping to forego membership, and got charged $65 for a membership I declined today. I have reported this fraudulent charge to my bank and will not do business with thrive market in the future. Now I have to wait 3-5 days to get my money back. Not happy!

For those of us who don't have access to a organic store, this market makes it easy. I have been a member before, but was so close to shopping at other organic stores it didn't make sense to continue mail order. But now that I am not anywhere near organic I really appreciate this store. Thank you.

I was so impressed with everything I ordered, the packaging of my order and the quick turnaround in 3 days. I wish I could do more often but haven't got the bucks more than once a month. Keep up the great work, my dog loves the anchovies on top of her food.

The prices are great, and Thrive is one of the few places that seems to have a lot of my favorites in-stock! Even throughout the shutdown, they've managed to replenish items in a timely manner. I've been a member for about a year and a half, and I'm so glad I am.

I went on the website for the first time today and it had a FREE 30 TRIAL... the minute I signed up I was charged the membership... I asked for my money back but now its going to take 3-5 business days... All they gave me was a scripted response that the promotion had changed! Its not about the money but about the principle! You can't take customers money misleading them, lying up front on your website!

I placed my first order. Their sight clearly said I was starting a trial period and at the end of the trial I would be charged their annual fee. Just placed my third order. My orders arrive in a reasonable time frame, the packaging is very good, and Iam saving money on many items that are more expensive in my grocery store. The annual membership is used to help people in need such as our Vets. Don' t know what all the complaints are about.

Make sure you cancel your subscription of THRIVE within the 30-day trial and before you make a member purchases, otherwise they will not refund your year subscription. I found that the products were very small in size and that I could find much better deals on Amazon for the same thing.

I feel frustrated for having given this company a trial on good faith (made 3-4 purchases), only to have them deny a refund for subscription for 11 more months that I will not be using their services.

Due to this, some of our items do come in smaller sizes than traditional options. Our team looks at buying trends to determine which products should be offered in larger sizes so stay tuned if you don't see that option available for a product you love just yet. While new annual members do get 30-days risk-free to try us out, upcoming renewals may be canceled at any time outside the first 30 days.

I've been a happy Thrive customer for over 3 years now! While the shipping times are delayed, the company makes this very clear on their site that they are overwhelmed with orders due to covid-19 and that shipping times are not what they were prior to the pandemic (as are most online stores that sell groceries and essentials). I appreciate the convenience even more of ordering from home, and thank the Thrive team for working so hard to meet the increased demand during this time!

I have been a member several months and have enjoyed the ease of ordering online then having it delivered right to my door. I also really like the diet narrowing option that lets me focus on AIP foods instead of having to read ingredients. I had priced the products I specifically wanted before subscribing and prices were definitely cheaper. I continue to keep an eye on this and Thrive still beats all sources that I have available on most products. The products arrive on time very neatly and securely packaged. Highly recommend Thrive!

As a busy mom I am so thrilled to have found Thrive Market! They have all my favorite pantry and cosmetics at cheaper prices all in one place and delivered to my door, it doesn't get any better. I used to have to go to 3 different stores to get my favorites. With COVID-19 they didn't increase their prices and they took action and directed profits and donations towards families in need. They may be low in stock but they restock often. Supporting good companies is the future of consumerism; be a smart buyer and not only support your families health but also your community. I can't wait to try their meat and wine! Thanks you Thrive Market for being a good hearted company!

It was difficult to find the things I joined for--most were marked "be back soon" what ever that means. And many, many others were showing as available, but I got an error message (which does not show up in any conspicuous place, rather, a small line above the page). I will probably cancel my membership if I can't get what I need ordered in the next week. If things are out of stock, be CLEAR before we go through an hour being told 'NO'.

I highly recommend reaching out to their customer service if you have an issue. I used the Chat feature and was very pleased! I started a chat and the first Rep was handling my situation just fine and then my internet went down. I started a chat with a second Rep and not only did he pick up where the first Rep left off, he finished with flying colors. Both of them exceeded my expectations! I will certainly be singing their praises! Kudos Sophie and Jaco!
