This site has been amazing! I am able to find products that meet my requirements. The site allows you to create a filter specific to your dietary needs. I am a health coach and have been referring this site to my clients as finding some of the really healthy and organic foods is difficult. With Thrive Market, there really is no excuse to eating better.

I was looking for Oats that were organic and gluten free and I came across this website, I decided to check it out and I am surprised, I have the store receipt right here and the things I was able to compare are really cheaper, This is amazing, so exciting. I looked for organic vegan products and I was able to find so many of the items I usually purchase. I wish they had fresh produce but I guess that is too much to ask, this will be my first time trying and if everything works as expected, this will be a very good investment. I'll keep you posted.

I always have great products with excellent service--fast service--delivered right to my door. Some of the products I can get locally, however, the price at Thrive is better. Thrive also has products that I can't find at my local grocery store. Thanks again for being there.

I have been ordering for almost 4 years. I have experienced little if any problems. The one time I contacted customer service I was treated professionally and kindly. I keep finding more and more products that are available at their store. Thank you!

They promise a free membership and then inundate you with so many emails you miss the renewal one- and they have no conscience about taking your money when clearly you spent less on the products than the membership. Terrible way to buy a gift for someone, terrible customer service when you explain your predicament, robotic responses from staff, and no recourse. Awful people who know they are ripping you off and shave no conscience. I would rather eat gluten! Take your money and run, because that is what they are going to do!

I would like to know how to return items that were not requested.In general, I like the service and prices. I was sent graham crackers that were not organic but gluten free. They did not agree with my stomach. Lately the orders are slower due to the recent virus and people ordering online, which is understandable. I look forward to the quicker service that was at the beginning. Also would like more organic items.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Thrive since the beginning of my membership. I have used many of their products and fallen especially in love with their kalamata olives, olive oil, and mushroom sauce. Like many grocery sites during COVID19, they have struggled to keep their stock consistent, but they can't always do so. I have found their customer service responsive and willing to please. Dr. Bronner's peppermint soap is my go-to for cleaning in my house and, so far, Thrive has it at the best price. Definitely worth the membership.

Thrive is a great store particularly if you are trying to eat healthily or have particular dietary restrictions--you get ALL the information you need on what products contain. They have great specials and are starting to resume terrific free gifts that introduce you to new brands. I LOVE thrive!

Thrive has been a very reliable online grocery market for me since I broke my leg two years ago and wanted the good organic products I was used to buying for myself, but couldn't go to the grocery store on my own anymore. Thrive delivers my groceries in expertly packaged boxes, never have had any problems. The packaging is recyclable and I reuse the plastic bags used to package some items. Now I use the market for all my essentials. Very happy customer!

This company has the best mission! They want to bring healthy, organic, earth conscious products to as many people's homes as possible! You can sort easily by what type of eating you prefer. As someone who's gluten free I appreciate this! I'm also Keto and can search this way. I love knowing that I can get products that I feel good about buying for my family and I at a discounted price!

I really enjoy Thrive! The name says it all-the variety of specialty products fulfills my grocery needs. If there is a shipping issue the customer service has always been effective in solving it. I shop almost entirely online and I need a consistent quality place to shop-Thrive is it!

Ok. So I've been seeing a lot of you have had similar problems and have been getting charged a renewal fee for a membership. I had the same problem.
I got the email notifying me at 1am in the morning, which was strange enough.
I emailed the company to request a cancellation on my account. No reply. I went onto their site and a chat bubble came up so I began talking with customer service. They were surprisingly fast with responding and after them trying to persuade me to keep my membership, i finally got them to cancel it.

Try doing the online chat. I've heard calling them is a pain in the butt.

We have been members of Thrive for two years and couldn't be more pleased with their offerings and their responsive customer service. It's a delight dealing with them. The website is very informative and user friendly. We highly recommend them. Oh yes, and they always place liquid items in zip lock bags to protect the dry goods in transport and the shipping is speedy!

I ordered some coconut oil last year. I called and cancelled my trial within the allotted time. I was assured that it was cancelled on the phone. Here it is a year later, I get billed for membership. A quick search online shows this happens often. I would not recommend anyone get involved with this company.

I love the service. Over many years I have had two problems, both of which they immediately rectified, neither of which were their fault. I love access to fresh, organic, healthy food and I highly recommend them to everyone. They are a part of my everyday shopping and I would not have it any other way.

I started using Thrive Market right when the pandemic started, and I have to say, that, although it took longer than usual to receive my order, their team was there for me all the way. Answering my questions and giving me useful information, and they did all that with grace, poise and genuine service actions. When I received my order, yay!, I have to say, I can't be happier with the products, everything is so good and such a great quality! I love Thrive Market and as it may sound cliché, but my only regret is not shopping with them earlier. I recommend it 400%

I have been using Thrive market since the beginning of March. Although this company has struggled to keep up with the sudden and urgent demand caused by Covid-19 and stay at home orders, they have managed it quite well. Their web site is always up to date with their in-stock merchandise and their estimates for delivery have been accurate. As time goes by, they are getting better and better at handling everything. The quality of their products is great. The website is easy to use. I only wish they used less plastic packaging.

I decided to purchase a membership only because Thrive supports families that need assistance with good food options. I make regular purchases because it is easy and I love everything I've ordered. I love to send care packages to my kids. I know they will enjoy healthy good eats from Thrive!

I love Thrive Market! Great selection of Whole30 foods. I get all my condiments & snacks from them. They have all been delicious. I was sad recently when they basically closed due to lack of inventory but was not surprised one bit. All the stores in my town were also having the same problem. I compare prices with my grocery store and most of the items cost less with Thrive Market. And what's also wonderful is that I don't have to go to the store, they send it to me! I'm always surprised at how fast it gets there. Again, love this place!

They do their darn hardest to try and get you to not cancel. Even when I followed through with all the steps and ignored their discount, they didn't completely cancel. I was charged the discounted price anyways. Emails were dodgy, non-compliant, and it took forever to get a hold of them even after calling. Made me distrust free-trial based services. To be extra safe, I canceled the card I used with them and had my bank mail me another one.
