I joined Thrive Market to buy certain products that aren't readily available in my area. They carry a wide variety of amazing products and their website is so easy to use! Service is above and beyond and they practice excellent environmental care when shipping. I recommend them to anyone who cares about what they eat and the environment and wants to have a certain level of convenience for some staple items.

Fantastic selection of the products I regularly use. The only problem I have had is that I purchased was the gluten free graham cracker crust. It came broken up and crushed and was all over the crushed box. The company gave me a coupon to replace the two crusts I purchased and spoke to the delivery company about the poor handling of their box.

Almost 3 years ago, I decided to try out some organic feminine products from Thrive Market because they had a great price. It is the first and last time I made a purchase from Thrive, but I noticed a charge for $59.95 from them on our bank account a few days ago. After contacting them, I was told we had been charged that "membership fee" for 3 years, despite the fact that I do not recall signing up for a membership and I have made only one purchase in 2017. I was told online that they would work with me on a refund. I was told I would receive an email. I have not received one. I emailed again. No response. So at this point, I paid $220 for 4 boxes of tampons. I will never order from Thrive Market again, I've told everyone I know and will now be reporting this company to the BBB and Attorney General in CA.

They have great products and variety. Their ship time with covid has really slowed down. It is taking 2 weeks plus to get orders and many times we cannot even place an order or our items are completely wiped out of stock. Has made it very hard during this. We are a family of 5 with 4 of the 5 having LISTS full of allergies.so thrive is a NECESSITY for us not just a choice. We live in a small town and 4 of us are immunocompromised and cannot leave the home. Finding what we need that is safe is not even possible here.

This is my first time ordering from Thrive Market. For the most part, I like the prices, but I was very disappointed in the gluuen free selection. The bread mixes were scarce and many items were out of stock. That may be due to the Corona Virus, I guess I'll have to wait and see. I am looking forward to receiving my order!

I joined Thrive Market and was pleased until they started discontinuing my favorite products and replacing them with Thrive Brand with untraceable sourcing (China!?!). Found the same name brand products on Jet.com for less than Thrive Market was charging. Will not renew membership, nor will I order Thrive Brand products. Expensive lesson learned.

Thrive Market has continually impressed me with their selection of products. It's become the Target of health food, because I always buy something that I didn't sign in for. In the face of the COVID-19 crisis, management has been very up front about shortages and product delivery. I feel that the people at Thrive have a lot of integrity and honesty. It was ok, for a while, but then, they charged me for items never shipped. Out of stock on many items.
Calling with a problem, never seemed to resolve things. All in all, the membership renew time made the decision for me.
In truth while some savings are there, I rather have choices and pay a little more, then have a problem

They have the special pet food my cats like plus many non-gluten / non-corn / organic and non-GMO foods that I enjoy. I'm so happy to be a member!

I have always loved Thrive for their quality products but what I want to highlight is that they have provided the best customer service I have ever received. I placed an order not realizing that I had it shipped to my old address after it had been delivered. I sent them an email asking if I could get place the same order again with the coupon code that I had used previously (it had expired). Not only did they respond in less than 24hrs, but they sent me a gift card refunding the entire amount! If that isn't great customer service I don't know what is!

They are struggling to place orders during this difficult time compared to some other companies such as vitacost even shutting down ordering for days at a time! Being you have to pay for a membership to shop at thrive that makes the shut downs alittle more frustrating but I brought it to their attention and they did compensate me some! The only reason I stuck with them during this is they do offer some things I cant get at other online stores I shop at!

I have a very strict diet of being gluten free and dairy free. It is hard at times to not just find food products in one place to cook but also snacks. Now i can make a order for me and just sit back and wait. I get all my vitamins that i need in one place for my family and get it auto shipped so we always on top. For my health and comfort without thrive i would not know how much time and struggle it would've taken me to be healthy and happy.

You can save enough money in about 4 orders to cover the annual fee, so I wasn't worried about it. (Depends on the size of your order of course). Now I'm leaving on a foreign mission so I called to cancel my membership and since I haven't used it since it renewed a month ago, they gave me a full refund :) super nice lady on the phone. Love their products

8 am in the morning they charged my card for an order I didn't place and when I called to get this refunded - the lady Siara was rude, spent the whole time trying to over talk me and hung up the phone because she was mad that they got caught stealing!
