I just found out that Thieve's Market debited my bank account for an annual membership fee. I live in New York State. I never signed up for there service. I called them on the date the charge was still processing. They took my name and SAID they could not find me. They wanted my e-mail address and if they could still not find me they wanted the last 4 of my credit card/debit card. I said no. They said we are talking on a recorded line, that they needed all this information to look up the account. Duh, then what? Renew my membership? With an auto renewal policy no wonder the claim to have som many customers

I love the fact that Thrive Market has placed our safety first. Yes, it was difficult to order at first, however, I appreciated the communication that was provided and the reasoning behind your stance. Perhaps there are some things you can get at a decent price on the site, but after paying $60 for a yearly subscription, i looked today for einkorn (wheat) flour. The price for 2 lbs was $5.87 (maybe a penny off here). What was deceptive about the pricing was that the description said that it was marked down from $9.00. I buy einkorn regularly, and have bought directly from Jovial. I thought it sounded high, went to Jovial and it was about $7.50 or so for 2 lbs. Whole Foods has it for about $6.80. The price indeed seems OK, but the "regular" price is grossly inflated, making it seem like a much better deal than it is, and TM is being fraudulent in its consumer advertising.
Tip for consumers:
Be careful when evaluating whether or not TM is actually offering a savings, or whether it is simply creating the appearance of a savings (by making up a grossly inflated price from which the a big mark-down can be created)..

I was searching for a product and was delighted to find it online at Thrive Market. They thrive alright to take advantage of people. Free trial and they oh yeah, it is now going to cost you $59 Yearly fee. Questionable practices when a company depends on slight of hand policies to make money. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I was going to order more items and share this info with friends. NOT Happening! This situation is ripe for a class action suit. I will be informing the States Attorney about this company.

Good products, good prices. Like many people I have more than one address--and Thrive has somehow managed to get two of mine. If any time I clicked on the Thrive email, the first thing I got was a login box, no problem. But it doesn't work that way. So, again, I've had to contact chat, follow a circuitous path, and FINALLY, get to my real account. It doesn't have to be this hard. I don't need the website to know who I am before I login, since inevitably, it seems to me, when they do try to know, they always get the wrong email and try to sell me another membership and generally leave me feeling VERY frustrated.

I like Thrive Market, but usually find them to be out of one or two items I need. You have to order a lot to make the membership fee pay for itself, and you have to order $49.00 to get free shipping. I understand shipping costs money but it should probably be covered by the membership fee. I guess the minimum order keeps piecemeal orders to a minimum which is understandable.
Customer Service is excellent, they have always done a good job for me.

Ive used Thrive for over a year and I enjoy it. I can find many products here at better prices than I can in the NYC area. They have also been responsive when I have had issues so I have found their customer service to be on point. Overall, I recommend Thrive Market.

I have not ordered for a while but to me, Thrive had a broader range of products. I put the name of a number of specific items I wanted and they did not have them. Plus, there were I think, 4 or 5 items out of stock. So when they come in I think I should be able to not have to pay a shipping fee if I don't meet the minimum. Also, I am not happy that the annual to belong is so high. It paid automatically this year, but if my opinion does not improve, I will be sure to cancel my membership BEFORE I am charged next year. On the positive note. I have been very pleased with the THRIVE brand products I have bought. The quality of everything they carry does seem to be very high and I can trust their choices even if I have never heard of them. I don't think they are the cheapest place to shop but service is great also.
Tip for consumers:
GO for it. It is a great place. ( nobody's perfect) !
Let your CAT or CATS have the box. They like the lovely green, and I like how strong the box is. I reuse each of them for storage.

I have only placed 2 orders before, tonight is my third. I used every product I ordered even those that I had preferred a certain brand. I did find the Thrive brand to be just as good. My only complaint here is that a number of items I wanted were not to be had even in House Brand. And of course I think the membership is way to high.

I have been a Long-time Thrive Market customer and have loved being able to get healthy products at a discounted price. However, for the last 3 months or so, they have been sold out of many of the items that I have been purchasing on a monthly basis. I know that COVID-19 hit everyone by surprise, but I feel like they should have cut off new memberships when things started to get crazy and then took really good care of the customers that they already had. The online meat company that I purchase from did this and I have seen no difference in their products or customer service. Then, add potential new customers to a waiting list and add them as supply allows.

I love thrive market. It's hard to get the items I need for my diet and they make it easy and affordable. My only complaint... and frankly, they made it right by me by refunding my money... was I ordered Lily's choc chips and they showed up completely melted. I contacted them and they gave me a credit immediately and assured me it wouldn't happen again. Other than that, very pleased with the quality of products and pricing.

There are many things to love about Thrive Market. I love their mission and business model and wish more companies were as environmentally-conscious, pro-active, community-oriented, and charitable as Thrive. They have good products, good content, good deals, and good customer service, too. My ONLY wishes would be for them to have a better search function (I get too many unrelated results) and more varied inventory, but neither of those things would affect my star rating. Thrive is 5-star all the way, and I appreciate them. I only wish I could afford to donate more dollars when I order (there's a section where you can choose to help others when you place an order). Thank you to Thrive for being one of the places online to help me order from home when I have to. I much prefer to support a company like Thrive than a mega-corporation.

I always find the products I need at Thrive- they provide the specialty items without my having to travel from store to store. Everything is right at my fingertips and they have lower prices than what I have found in my local whole foods store. I receive my package in one week, which I consider fast! I am completely satisfied with Thrive Market!
Tip for consumers:
Watch for their specials- free shipping for orders over $49, but sometimes it is free with no limits, or 20% off at times, etc...fast deliveries - I have never had to return any product so I have no idea what that is like. I can't say enough about the quality of this company. I love it!

Great communication, good customer service, low prices. They don't always have what I need but they offer enough to make it totally worthwhile. During the early stages of covid-19 they had some shipping challenges, they communicated about it and fixed the issue - appreciated that they took ownership of the issues and corrected them, then communicated when it was fixed.

I agreed to a six month membership when chatting with a representative. Turns it out it was auto-subscribed after those six months. Thrive Market refused to reimburse anything to me. I would NOT recommend using this company.

Lied and then were incredibly pushy on the phone. Didn't realize buying a jar of honey constituted a membership. Didn't realize they'd auto charge my card. Didn't realize they'd do everything in their power to stop me cancelling the account.
