I would give a 8 star instead of 5 stars as the products in this site is excellent and everybody can afford to buy organic products. They have genuine organic products and quality is excellent. Bought some products and enjoying it...

Joined in order to avoid going to grocery store. Just about every item i wanted was out of stock. Not worth the membership fee per month if I still have to go to the store to get staples.
Would not recommend.

I have been so impressed with this company. They are extremely organized and have wonderful products. I have Celiac and find so many gluten free options there, that save me a lot of money! I love you and thank you, again!

I have quite a few dietary restrictions. Thrive Market's website is super easy to navigate and find exactly what I'm looking for. And the prices can't be beat! I'm going to be using Thrive Market quite a lot in the future

Joining the Thrive community during COVID-19, I have expected shortages on products, limited availability, etc and while Thrive does experience said shortages, they are very committed to good service. They will let you know when desired items are available again, they ship as quickly as possible, and their products arrive safely in good packaging. Their prices are also quite good, especially during their offers and savings deals on items. Products are quality.

I have been sporadically purchasing healthy alternatives for my family for years. My husband is diabetic and I have a 1 year old. It's been a relief to find a place where I can shop for all the health supporting needs we have that is affordable and that can be sent to us quickly. Some of the items I have purchased at Thrive, I've found at local grocery stores for double the price! I finally feel like I can take care of my family by promoting health because of Thrive Market.

I dig it- good to great deals on a ton of great products that anyone wanting a natural lifestyle and quality organic & natural products will want. Less expensive than Whole Foods, almost always, and many items less expensive than Sprouts (which I LOVE, but my local Sprouts is a bit far, so I love the delivery I get with Thrive.). I'm very happy with the healthy lifestyle products and that this company is aware of the natural way of taking responsibility for your well-being. I haven't checked all the products but I like that I can scroll through products such as mineral and vitamin dense bone broth I'm glad that they have taken natural bone broth and made it into protein powder for exercise and health food Maca.

Everything that I receive is great quality, I think I'm just frustrated with how many items are continually out of stock. I'm really trying to limit my trips to the grocery store and use Thrive 100% for my pantry items, but so far that hasn't been possible. The prices are great though. I really wish that Thrive wouldn't put each item into a separate plastic ziplock baggy though, it seems so wasteful to me when I don't even use plastic bags in my home. Each item is wrapped in paper and plastic which could be accomplished with just paper wrapping in my opinion.

I love the products. I love the prices. But they have one of the clunkiest websites to navigate and checkout I have ever used. Constank intrusions of pop-up recommendations while you are just trying to add something to your cart. Slow and clunky on specifying the number of a particular item you want to buy. Payment selection insists on making you choose from their list when you try to use Paypal instead of just taking you to Paypal itself (like most online businesses do). Shipping is another sad story. They do not include (by policy) a packing slip (should be standard procedure). I have gotten numerous shipments with broken jars and broken to pieces chocolate bars due to really poor packaging. They do have excellent Customer Service though - or I would not use the site at all.

I had looked at joining Thrive for over a year before I actually decided to try it out last summer and I have been pleased ever since. I am writing this in the middle of Covid season so while they have been out of several things lately and shipping was delayed, I still think they do a great job of getting products back as soon as possible and to the customer as quickly as they can. I have never had any issues with broken bottles, or smashed products other than a bag of chips but I just decided that shipping a bag of tortilla chips is probably not the best idea so I buy those else where. Prices are fantastic and better than any other store I shop including Costco, Amazon, Whole Foods and Sprouts. I love knowing about the products I buy as well. I share my love of Thrive with anyone who will listen!

I am the person who doesn't leave reviews. But I just had to for the first time. I did the trial period a will back and then CANCELLED before being charged. However, they gave me an email saying "Do you really want to leave? Our costumers save so much money.etc, They apparently gave me several free trail days and said they will charge me 29.95(For 8 months) automatically after. I saw I was charged this weird amount and realized the email. It was past the free trial so I just gave up and went on paying that fee. And email I wanted out after this membership was done. However, I just saw I was charged an annual membership fee! I even changed my credit card during this period and just checked the thrive account that has my old card info. I don't know how they were able to charge me. Now I have to go to my bank and contact people at thrive and hopefully get my money back.

I really am impressed with not only the service but the quality of the food that is provided by thrive market I really do not like to go into the markets anymore and the only thing that would make it even better is if it had fresh meats and produce that would be the only thing I'd change

I am new to thrive Market. I hear people complaining about a membership fee. I want to tell you that I could not afford the membership and I e-mailed Thrive complaining. I got the most elegant response. They worked with me to get a membership so I could try my new organic life style. I felt that I deserved to be healthy too, even if I was poor. So that was not a problem. I don't know why anyone else has a problem with the fee. Especially when you see the prices they offer for organic food and supplements Etc. The only drawback I have is that it's so expensive everywhere to be able to live and shop healthy, organically. So far, I have enjoyed every product I recieved. I really like that there are different companies to choose from. Also each company gives you a brief history about themselves. I will review again after I have been here for a while, but I suggest you try it. I think you will be pleased.

Thrive offers much of what I used to buy in the grocery store but for a much better price. To add to that awesomeness, my order is quick to get here and ALWAYS packed like Fort Knox. The cherry on the sundae is Thrives customer service. While I've only needed help from customer service a couple of times, the issues were resolved quickly and the rep was professional and polite in both instances. Don't hesitate giving Thrive a chance. A true game changer.

I've been very happy to be able to find most of my brands for pretty good price. As with any type of food that is of good quality and the price is going to be more than Walmart but less than Whole Foods.

I've been a Thrive Market member now for several months and have been very satisfied with their service. They carry many of the pantry items I would normally purchase at Whole Foods, but for a much lower price. I would estimate that I recouped my membership fee by the 2nd order.

They recently experienced some delays due to demand during Covid-19, but each time I ordered, they provided clear expectations at the order point as well as updates to the status of my order. I was really impressed with the communication.

Definitely worth the money. I've been a member since 2015 in the Thrive Gives program since I'm a poor student. It has literally changed my life for the better because I have access to healthy low priced food without markups. Sometimes there are issues with shipping but Thrive ALWAYS corrects their mistakes 150% over, gives out coupons to members, and has great customer service.
