The prices are not great. They have a ton of out of stocks. I have received items damaged. It is impossible to try something like a chocolate bar because they have a minimum, usually 3 that you have to order. So rather than spending $3.49 on something you want to try you have to fork out $10.00 on multiples of something you may not like.

A great organization, appreciate all the great products they have even during COVID-19. I like being a member and have been for a few years. I continue because even on the rare occasions when I had a problem with an order, they immediately understood the issue and took appropriate action. Great company, concept and thanks to all the staff who are essential workers! Suggestion is to watch the site for when to order until they can ramp up staff to meet the growing demand.

I signed up through my job (a large Fortune 500 company) since one of our focuses is health ahead & living a healthier lifestyle. What we didn't know was that we would be charged the annual fee even after we canceled. I signed up the end of April, just to try one of the products. I canceled the next day. I was just charged 2 days ago & I can't get anyone over the phone!

I had a recent auto-ship order sent to the wrong address. Thrive promptly refunded the order with a gift card. I have been using Thrive Market for several years and have never been disappointed with the quality, quantity, and price of the products they offer, and they have the best customer service. I recommend them without hesitation.

The system of ordering was confusing. In order to order meats and fish, a large order must be placed. I am only ordering for myself, so that was unsatisfactory. Smaller portions should be available. In order to even look through the products, I had to sign up. That was totally objectionable. I ordered. Whether I stay with the company will depend on the delivery of my order, the quality of products I ordered, and availability of items in the future. So far, I am not very happy.

At this time in order to ensure our members are getting the best deal on the products and that we're causing minimal environmental impact Frozen orders do need to be ordered in a bundle and not just one or two products. I love getting my box from Thrive Market because I know it has all of the items I need at a great price. And yes, there is a membership fee. I can afford it so I pay it. I pay it because it enables Thrive Market to give a membership to someone who cannot afford it and lives in a place where these types of items are not available nor affordable!

I filled out a survey saying I was not planning to renew, without realized the company's default is autorenew. By the time I realized I'd already been charged and they're refusing to refund me. Pity, the concept could be great.

I like ThriveMarket very much, to be able to find and discover healthy products and at lower prices. However, you have to buy a certain amount to get free shipping. And Thrive Market is often out of the items I'd like to buy, so it makes it more difficult.

I am a new Whole 30 meal plan member. Thrive Market has been a huge help to me and my husband. Since we are in the midst of a Global Pandemic with Covid19, we do not have time to read every food label. Thrive Market saves us so much time. And the groceries are delivered within 2 days of ordering. Oh, the savings on food is an extra bonus and I love seeing how much I saved at the end of every Thrive Order. My family like many has had difficulty with the coronaviris scare. I have a baby who is high risk and an elderly mother who would be in a very hard place if infected. Thrive helped us with some food when we couldn't leave the house and would have a hard time paying for it. That is the kind of company I want to support in my future. The same thing happened to me. I placed 2 orders in March and Oct of 2016. I was never imformed about or charged for a membership fee. Then all of the sudden on my bank statement April 23,2017, I see a charge for a (new) 2017-2018 membership for $64.00! I called the company and advised that they had no authority to take money from my bank account. I told them that I was aware, from the $#*!ty reviews that they prey on people and sneak money from credit cards when its unexpected. They apologized and said that they "updated the website" so that people read the clause about the membership fee before ordering. Hhhhmmm so he admitted it was hidden? Needless to say, they replaced my money within 2 days, back into my account. I also have an email stating that they cancelled "my membership". If it happens again next year, as noted in the review above, I will file a case with court.

WTHey, Thrive Market? Free 30 day trial membership, cancel any time, then without approval charged the annual membership fee to my card within a few hours of the first time placing one order? Really?! A rip-off... literally. I want my $59.99 charge back and Im returning the one item I did purchase and authorize, once I receive it. I want nothing to do with liers and thieves. Return my money ASAP. Disputed it already through my bank.

Hi Avis- I'm sorry for this experience. We always offer a 30-day free trial that begins with the first Thrive Market purchase. After the trial, we charge the annual fee for our services, as clearly noted in the policy on the checkout page. We also send trial members an email reminder a few days before the membership is activated, as well as prior to renewal. Members who have cancelled with us in the past and create another order will be charged the reactivation fee with that order. That is also noted at checkout. I'll be sending you a private message to gather more information on what may have happened with your account.
Love all of the products we have pur hased and used. So many everyday essentials are gone from local supermarkets and open shops due to the corona virus pandemic. I could not even place an order, and it never was made clear that y0u have to be a member in order to do so, which I didn't, since there was only item that interested me. BTW, those who tried to cancel and were not unsuccessful need only to place the charge in dispute with their credit card company, and the charge will be deleted.
