I signed up as they said it was free. ITS NOT FREE. I wanted to close my "FREE" account and stop receiving their awful emails. I unsubscribed 3 times. Continued getting quite literally the most shameful marketing emails I've ever seen. I contacted the site via their chat feature and was unfortunate enough to speak with STEPHANIE. She literally said, "If you wish not to use our website then don't go to our website." She had no answers, no help, was rude as hell, and provided literally the most pathetic service I've ever received. As of now, they still have my "free" account open as I continue to receive these messages. I'll never use this service, ever.

Thanks to Thrive, I was able to help my daughter out who lives in Texas during the Covid-19 pandemic. I had the help of a very helpful fellow in Chat named John. Thank goodness for Thrive! I will continue to be a happy customer for years to come. We love their products and the fact that they enable us (and my daughter) to live a healthy lifestyle.

I have been ordering from Thrive Market for years. It has almost I need at a great price. Ordering is easy and delivery to your doorstep is a great plus! Thrive brand products are very good quality so I have switched over to Thrive for alot of what I use. Over the years I have received a couple of packages where products where damaged in shipment but Thrive customer service has always responded quickly and resolved to my satisfaction.

This company will not allow you to remove your card on file unless you follow their long process. 1. Chat with a rep 2. Request your card to be removed 3. Rerequest as they say it's secure. 4 they'll send you an email to remove it. 5 follow the steps to remove it sending a long list of items to their data email address.

I follow a plant-based lifestyle and many of the pantry items I use regularly are either hard to find or super expensive or both! But Thrive offers so much of what I need and delivers it right to my door quickly and affordably!

Food I need and use at the best prices that I have found... and I shop around!
As a health conscious senior who is on a budget I can still
Get the foods I need at prices that are affordable.
Delivered to my door as an added bonus. I'm house bound
So this is an added incentive to buy from Thrive.
The customer service is excellent as well!

Finding some new things like siranchi (spelling) noodles that are a pretty good gluten free and quick option. Thrive brand prices are usually pretty good. Some other prices are less than at store and some are not. The Packing has been very good. Anything liquid or breakable has been in reusuable zip lock bags and well padded. Chocolate bars in warm weather has been in a cool pack which was still somewhat cool when it arrived, and I prob. Waited a few hours to unpack.

I actually had issues placing my first order, called the Customer Service number and was redirected to the chat feature. Online the Customer Service folks were very quick to assist and patient in helping me get the problem addressed to my satisfaction.

When I first started ordering from Thrive I would get my groceries in 3-4 days from the time I placed my order. Then this suddenly changed. The past 2 times I have ordered I have waited beyond 14 days from the time my order was placed. I complained the first time via online chat and was told "sorry." They offered me no resolution. I decided to give them another shot. I placed an order on 2/12/20 and received an email that I wont receive my order until approximately 2/21/20. I am really upset. I tried to get on their online chat and it appears it has crashed. I will try again later. I now have to go to the grocery store this weekend to buy all the things I ordered from Thrive. This such a waste of time and money.

This company charges a "membership fee" in order to buy items from their marketplace. It's a borderline scam, and there is no reason that anyone should have to buy a "membership" in order to purchase goods online.

Thrive offers great items. I tried the month trial. I only did that because that is the only way you can browse the store. Once I did i was happy with what they had to offer, however; aside from their brand, everything is available at my local Whole Foods, that I can have delivered in 2 hours, without a membership fee. I would consider joining again becaues they give back and their brand is great if I could get ALL my items from them. But, I will never know if they expand their inventory, because as a non-member, I cannot browse their stock. So, Whole Foods and Wegmans it is for me.

Thrive Market offers the organic products I use daily at a good price and with a good selection of brands. Rarely are any of the items I regularly purchase out of stock at Thrive. My products are perfectly wrapped and protected inside the beautiful Thrive container box and the products arrive at my doorstep quickly. Great shopping and shipping experience!

The only thing I am upset about is that I didn't hear about this company SOONER! When I switched to better eating over a year ago I just did my best at finding the right products but I love how thrive is set up! So organized and you can sort things by diet (super helpful!) and they have EVERYTHING you need at an affordable price. I was buying soap from B&B works. I was paying $26 for just 45 oz (for products not good for your skin). I am able to buy 100 oz of hand soap with BETTER ingredients for $34! I'm all about saving money but also getting QUALITY ingredients. With thrive, I'm able to do that!

Tip for consumers:
Beware of finding everything you need in ONE site!

Any subscription service that automatically charges you without you knowing it when the free trial is over and the only way to cancel your membership is by email and you can't even remove your payment methods to prevent it is bull$#*!. Go to h***.

I wanted to see a complete list of all available options for the keto diet so I joined for the month. After I was given access to see what they had, I cancelled my membership. Buyer beware, their keto options are limited and I have tried their options and I did not like them. They will not refund my months membership even after 15 minutes of being a member. I have used many keto brands and I do not like their brands and there is not much of a variety. Waste of time and money.

Some things are currently out of stock due to coronavirus, but I found I was able to get more of what I want here than on Amazon or Whole Foods grocery delivery for example. And great to be able to order a basket of many small items as opposed to having to buy in bulk of everything you want. My orders have arrived quickly despite the notices on the site, and I have enjoyed every Thrive branded product that I have purchased so far. Also I really love that I can donate to support a family in need.

I used to love Thrive, however, lately I am disappointed. I am not sure if it is because of the current situation or Thrive is actually struggling, but I am not happy. I wanted to use Thrive instead of going into the grocery store but I could barely find any of the ingredients on my list. Not to mention, after I was ready to check out, I had to take out a bunch of my stuff because I kept getting a notice saying, " error: cannot ship this item to the specified address". I'll give it one more month.

* Update: June 12th 2020 more products are becoming available.

I find it very stressful going to the grocery store at this time under lockdown. All the organics and paleo foods are gone if I don't go early in the morning. Thrive has allowed me to stay on my very strict diet due to Leaky Gut Syndrome without going out of my home. I love the products! They are tasty and not very expensive compared to other markets that sell organics.
