Thrive representative says, We try to be as transparent as possible regarding our membership model. Ive added two screen shots from Thrive website, showing the exact opposite. They extoll advantages of membership, the 30 day free trial, the $59 membership yearly cost but NOWhere are the words that the membership is automatically charged; however I have read it somewhere buried in explanations to us whiners, as we are called in some reviews. Again SHAME, SHAME on you Thrive. You will not succeed because of your dishonesty.

With Netflix and other honest, up front companies, you have to sign up after free trial or your services are cut off. If Thrive was an honest company they would block your orders after 30 day trial until you signed up.
And their prices are equal or higher to what I can get in local grocers plus huge shipping costs. Trickery is a veil for fraud. BEWARE!

Thrive Market has a wide variety of healthy products. Delivery is quick. I had a delivery issue, they could have said it was my fault or the fault of the delivery service, but did not and replaced the entire order. That is great customer service! You guys and gals do great! Thank you!
Side note on a previous review by another customer: the condition of a package upon delivery is the fault of the delivery service rather than the distributor.

I love all the natural products I buy from Thrive. The Thrive values makes following specific diet restrictions easy. The Thrive brand products are high quality, and fairly priced. Free shipping, samples, and gifts with purchase are nice bonuses.

While I have a Whole Foods nearby, Thrive prices are better on most items, and they carry some novelty items that I cannot readily find in brick and mortar stores. The delivery has been a bit tested in our current environment, but I have always been impressed with the packaging and accuracy of each order.

They have a wide selection of products. There is rarely a mistake in sending what I need. If there is a mistake, they rectify it. The prices are good and the yearly fee is well worth it. I will keep using it. I appreciate the free shipping after a certain amount is reached.

I signed up for a year to give Thrive market a chance due to a couple of people I follow on YouTube mentioning the company. And Of course you are not able to view products and prices on Thrive until you become a member. I am finding many products cheaper at my local grocery store and on Amazon. I am quite disappointed. I will not be renewing. I will make the best out of my years membership.

I love that the products are categorized by meal plan, it makes it so easy to shop.
The only complaint I have is that the chat page is not designed well. Your text is always below the typing line and letters don't show so you are guessing what you are texting. The only way to know and to be able to send it is by pressing the enter or return key a few times so the text comes up and the key to send too. Please fix this!

Always go thru the meal plan categories if you have any, that would make shopping super easy.

To be honest, at first, I was a little trepidatious to pay an annual fee in order to use an online shopping service, but the fact that all of the shipping is carbon-neutral far outweighed the cost of the annual fee in my opinion, and on top of everything, the website itself is so beautiful and well designed, thanks thrive!

I filed a complaint against this company through Federal Trade Commission.
They charged me twice on annual membership without my consent. They do not let you cancel anything on their website. They do not let you remove your credit card information from their website.

I really enjoy shopping online at Thrive Market. The items are reasonably priced. What I like best is Thrive Market has excellent customer service, and I receive my packages very promptly. I love the way they package everything securely, and the boxes they use for shipping are cute and sturdy.
The only thing I don't like is that right now because of COVID-19 lots of products I want to purchase have not been in stock, and lots of times we have not been getting a free gift with purchase.

This company rocks and they have great incentives to shop and a great customer selection. Huge variety of Vegan foods. Best thing I like is that they really care about the way the package the groceries. I was with another online grocer called Brandless and every time I ordered from them my boxes were smashed and the food in packages (like chips) were delivered in crumbs because they would overfill the boxes. I like that the Thrive company compartmentalizes all of their foods to allow safe and quality shipping. I totally recommend!

Even though there is an annual fee, if you spend 49 you get free shipping. That is a bonus unto itself. You get thrive bucks to use towards your purchases, if you use it enough it is so worth it. Great quality products.

The title says it all but yes I love to shop here and am SO excited about it! I like the deals and the prices and I am trying products Iv always wanted to try like the spices. Many of these products I just can't find in my grocery store and I like the idea of shopping from my own chair, not having to leave the house, and getting it delivered to my door. While I applaud the efforts of the company to promote products that are environmentally conscious to varying degrees, requiring a membership to actually order the items is prohibitively expensive and greatly reduces access to the items.

I was surprised to have been charged a membership fee and when I read all the reviews I was afraid I was in for a battle to have it credited and cancelled. I sent them an email that I wished to cancel, got a response within two days and my card was credited within the time frame they indicated. While I was not happy with being signed up for a club membership in a manner that did not seem transparent, I was very satisfied with the response and felt they were due my mentioning this.

Due to the circumstances of the economy, they are still getting my order quickly. Not all items are available but more and more are coming available and I love that they notify you when something that I had ordered in the past comes up available.

I have been a member for a few years, and the same thing has happened to me twice (I know, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me). They offer 30% off with a maximum savings of $20, you put the items in the cart, and it shows the discount. You agree to pay the total (in this case, $45) and then they cancel the discount and charge the full amount, in this case $65. The fine print, I believe, states that there are a bunch of items 30%, and that is the discount you are getting, and you are not entitled to the extra 30%. OK, a little misleading, so why put the extra discount in when you checkout? It clearly states you are paying $45 and then charges you $65. No additional screen saying "no, it's actually $65, do you want to continue?" They should really review offer and acceptance contract law. So, I just cancelled.

I searched which brands Thrive supplied before I signed up, and much of what we shopped for was listed. When shopping though many of those brands aren't on their site or out of stock. Searching on the site is slow. I added things to my first order only to later have them removed because they no longer were in stock or because they weren't available to ship to my address?

First, I found out they automatically charged my account last year without me knowing it. I didn't even know I had the account so I didn't use it at all last year. Then, they charged my account again this year, but this time I caught it. I contacted them to cancel the membership, but they ignored my emails and I was unable to reach them by phone. Finally I was able to reach them through the chat feature on their website and they refused to refund my account. Instead they gave me a small credit that I could use at Thrive. Later, I went to redeem it and there was a promotion running at the time I was about to place the order. I received an error redeeming the promotion so I contacted customer service again. By the time they got back to me, the promotion was over and they refused to redeem it. The company is totally dishonest, and the customer service is terrible. Stay away.

The thing that is discouraging to me is that different products are all on different pages. Why is that? If I look in the gluten free section, I cannot find things that are the same ie: crackers. Perhaps I am using it incorrectly. I do love your selections and prices in general..
