Do not ever give any credit card information to Thrive Market. They will screw you over with bogus membership charges to your credit card. This is nothing but a fleecing machine and nobody should ever do business with them

I can always go to Thrive to find the products I would like. The customer service is excellent. I appreciate that I can go to this site and see what is new, and determine if it is a product that I would benefit from. I depend on Thrive market to supply those items that I am not able to buy locally. Thank you, Thrive!

I googled "Just Egg cheaper" because I wanted to see if there was a place that sold it at a discount. The first thing that came up was a sponsored result titled "Just Egg at Thrive Market | Save up to 50% off retail". Thrive Market doesn't let you see prices until you sign up so I signed up for the trial, only to find that they don't stock Just Egg or really any of the vegan products that I actually buy. Thank god I used a throwaway card from privacy.com. I just find it very dishonest for them to have an add using the name of a product they don't actually stock.

It is impossible to cancel their 30-day trial. They only let you cancel if you call them, but they never answer their phone. I've been trying to call them for the last 4 days during their 'business hours', but each time I just get a message without giving me the option to leave a voicemail.

Im sick with chronic illness and dont need this hassle right now. Nor to lose 60 bucks when I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR THIS nor used their site... i just found this charge made on my card and had to look it up to find out whats what. Now from what im reading, it will be a pain in the $#*! to get my money. I cant even afford to pay my electric bill let alone see 60 bucks of mine go out the window :( Very angry as many others are. I think a class action law suit is in order to make this and other companies like this know you can screw people like this!

They do not allow you to remove your payment method online nor cancel your membership online. You must call in. The problem is they do not answer their phone lines apparently. I need a refund for their membership fee and I need them to remove my payment method and account.

Great products and prices! The membership pays for itself. I was a little disappointed that an item that I was emailed was back in stock and I had it in my basket and could not continue with my order because it was not in stock after all. Other than that I am super excited to get my first order! :)

I called to ask why my orders hadn't shipped. And while I didn't like the answer, the customer service rep Natrice was great! She explained everything, was very friendly while still being professional. AND just while speaking with her learned a few things!
I'm new to Thrive, but so far so good. I'm really pleased with the service, and highly recommend them. So, for those of you on the fence, give Thrive a try!

I emailed to cancel back in May of 2016, they sent a follow up email asking if I "really wanted to cancel." I unfortunately didn't see this email and didn't respond. So they renewed my membership I didn't realize I signed up for anyway, after I sent an email asking to cancel. Unfortunately they did this a month after I asked to cancel, and they just tried to steal another $60 from me. I went on the chat to try to cancel again and get a refund, and then they try to persuade me to stay! After I insist I want to cancel they finally comply but only to refund one of the yearly memberships. I am currently awaiting the refund from the 2016 membership charge! Bad business practices.

I haven't ordered from Thrive Market a ton of times but when I have, everything has been up to par with customer service and everything. I was happy to see the price differences and knowing that I was saving money while having access to quality food and things I couldn't find in my local stores. I think a lot of people are trying it out for the first time during a pandemic so inevitably things are going to be different than they would be under normal circumstances. I wouldn't judge it based on this. Shipping is delayed but it's really not too bad. Certain things are out of stock but there are plenty of things still available when it comes to staples and snacks. I think they're doing the best they can under the circumstances.

I'm sorry but I think that is too expensive. I expended $54 in snacks. Also, I have to pay a membership. I live in Georgia that is Sprout Farmers market that is cheap. I will cancel my membership before the 30 days.

I liked the products themselves. Part of the reason I gave Thrive a try is because of the societal/environmental aspect. Everything I ordered was wrapped in plastic bags, most of them which did not require any. If anything, most could have been put in ONE plastic bag if water damage was a concern, but really it could have been sent in a box with no extra plastic packaging. The packaging would be the reason I would discontinue because I find it hard to believe that the carbon foot print is less given how much plastic is used. Otherwise, I really do love the service and products and ability to search in a customizable way.

I love Thrive Market. I am a teacher and appreciate the free membership. Their prices are great, I love the quality and variety of their store brand, and the shipping is fast. The only this is I wish they had a way to ship with zero plastic.

I know I can always find clean, organic, non GMO products for my family and gluten free/grain free and dairy free options for me that I cannot find easily locally. Prices are good and I always purchase enough for free shipping. I highly recommend especially for special diets.

Thrive Market has been a life saver. I have super-specific health-related dietary needs, and Thrive market makes shopping easy, and helpful. Their customer service has been amazing in my experience.
