Best of the best customer service. Fast, helpful, friendly customer service. A no-brainer for saving money, as many of the items I buy have a sizeable discount compared to other retailers. The only reason I didn't give Thrive five stars is because the selection of items seems limited. I wish they offered more products.

Not only will thrive market sell your contact info. They will continually charge your credit card for subscription fees. Even after canceling. Customer service is horrible. Getting your credit card info. Removed from their system is impossible. I had to have my card numbers changed. Just to stop thrive. From charging my card constantly constantly. Give them your contact info and credit card number. At your own risk.

This company needs shut down. For unethical business practices.

Received order today with bottle of soy sauce shattered and leaking from the box. Chips burst Looked like a box of garbage for 170 dollars. The first box was damaged and Was not delivered so this was the second one. Offered to reinburse chips and soy sauce. Really you would not be able to charge full price for that in a store. Amazon for me in the future.

When I started eating paleo I had a hard time finding products until I discovered Thrive. I continue ordering from them because of the great customer service. And even with the yearly membership fee I save money when comparing it to surpermarket prices.

I really do love this site! The ease of shopping, fact it's curated and GOOD foods is great. The trouble I have found is that they are out of a lot of staples which I need and one of the main reasons I signed up to begin with. With COVID-19 and more people seeking options like this hopefully they can figure out the supply and demand fast! And would love even more fresh food options if possible.

I find the site very user friendly. If I can't find anything that is a little bit different at a nearby store, I am sure to find it at Thrive. They are very friendly and the quality of products are very good. Very fresh.

I found almond flour at a decent price! And I had a coupon on my first order. So far this has been a great experience. My friend posted a photo of her basket on FB, so I checked it out. Since we are not close to stores that have a lot of those products-THRIVE MARKETS is a wonderful solution for us.

I do not like the annual fee and that it is so expensive and that it is added when due without getting a notice upfront.

I like to place items on auto order and then update each month as needed. However, your website is challenging to place items on the auto order each month. I select and it ends up in my cart and not in the auto order. Not sure why. Otherwise, I certainly enjoy the convenience of ordering on-line, the products are trustworthy, and I like the option of donating to those in need.

Buyer beware! I signed up for the "trial membership" 3 years ago. After the first month, I attempted to cancel. 3 years later, my trial month has cost me over $200. Each year, I continue to cancel. They make me feel like my membership has finally been cancelled, only to find my credit card has been billed once again with the yearly membership fee. Canceling my favorite credit card seems to be the only way to get them to stop billing me. DO NOT trust this company!

I have been a Thrive Market shopper for about two years now and have never been disappointed with my purchases. I'm sorta weird about dented cans and when an order came in with several, I contacted customer service and they QUICKLY replaced the damaged cans. My experiences have been positive and altho I am NOT a fan of paying membership dues for the privilege to shop, I've made an exception for this market. Now in this crazy period we're living through, I am abundantly grateful for this service. Having to go out and physically shop for goods sounds like a nightmare for this wife of an immunocompromised spouse. I am grateful for Thrive Market! Thank you ever so much! Thrive has a lot of great products. Unfortunately for Thrive, you can purchase almost all of the same products for less on Amazon. Thus, the savings reflected on Thrive are not realistic, not if you shop on Amazon.

I have been using Thrive Market for the past 3-4 months, and I have had an amazing experienced overall. The products are of great quality and definitely save me a lot of time. I was lured into them with low prices but in small print they mentioned you will automatically be charged a membership fee. I didnt want to sign up for another membership club that I have to cancel at some point so I guess this was my fault but buyer beware.
Then I ordered product and it just never showed up. I want to order something and it show up without me having to investigate where it is. The order was damaged by the sender and I never got notified. So now I have to spend more time than it would have taken to go to the grocery store or order through Amazon. Cheap prices almost alway lead to cheap service!

I absolutely love using Thrive market! I can get all the wholesomeness for beauty, cleaning and food all in one place. It's so nice to order online and have it delivered to my doorstep. I have read the reviews about bad packaging and can say that I have never had that experience--everything is expertly packaged. They aren't a lot cheaper than buying the products at the store, but when you factor in your time and gas to go to the store, it's definitely worth it! Everything is arranged on the website so it is easy to find and the labeling is fantastic--you know exactly what you're getting. I honestly can't think of anything bad to say. I have been using Thrive the past couple of years and have never had a bad experience. It is definitely worth the nominal yearly membership fee!

I have called in, which wasn't easy to get ahold of someone, and cancelled my membership but months after cancelling they are emailing me asking me update my billing. I talked to their customer service twice when the first person could not cancel my membership. They told me it would be taken care of but I keep getting emails from them trying to get me to update my billing so they can charge me again for a service I do not want.
