I love their products and their customer service is wonderful -- I just wish I would get LESS e-mails... they tend to send you emails alot... if that's my only issue... I am very pleased with their service and products I'm not able to find in store, they deliver quickly and efficiently

Just placed my first order! It's nice to shop a company where you don't have too search out organic or eco-friendly products. With the membership, prices seem to be the same as other places I shop. I would like to see a bit more variety (specifically looking for more ethnic' offerings. I use things like Teff flour and sumacQuite often) and more plant-based prepackaged meals. Cannot wait to see more and different items appear on their "shelves!" Excited to get me first box!

Don't always find exactly what I want but always find enough that I do want. Fortunately I live in a community that has a wonderful health food store but there are things I can't get there that Thrive does have. And if I ever have a problem with an order Thrive's customer service is top notch.

I signed up for a free trial after seeing an ad on Facebook. The prices were decent (nothing special) and being able to track the shipment was not great. Since it was not worth it, I went to cancel and apparently you need to contact them to do that, or you will be charged. I received an email saying the below, in response to me canceling, so they would not even let me cancel with out having to contact them multiple times. Not worth the trial, just skip it and order from somewhere else

Thrive Market is the way to shop! It's so easy, great quality prices and shipping is fast. We're trying hard to eat and use healthier items, Thrive has a huge verity of great organic products that we love and use, all items are always fresh and they really take care in the way of packing my order (We loved seeing the signed box tops of the person that took care in packing our items) this adds a personal touch that you won't get anywhere else.

I am always able to find what I am looking for, and always find other interesting items to try. I love the free samples with most orders. Even though there may be delays at this time of covid-19, I still think it's worth ordering and will continue to do so.

The store keeps adding new products and has many great deals daily plus other deals on offer when visiting the site. I think I will try to order more products here more often. It's worth checking and comparing. Sometimes a product I use regularly (such as Califa Barista Oat Creamer) isn't cheaper than I can buy locally but there are many items (such as 4th and Heart Ghee, and Artisana Raw Pecan/cashew butter) that are significantly lower priced. Love that. There are so many products now it will take me a while to get acquainted. I'm sure there are new things I will want to try!

I was a member of Thrive Market in the past and enjoyed their great selection of fine products, until financial constraints during this pandemic caused inability to renew my membership.

I had a really bad experience with their rude customer service, I told them I was charged for 4 months and I did cancel it but something went wrong with that. And they refuse to refund. Customer service left the chat and I couldn't finish it

I was aware of the 30 day trial and someone picked up the phone on a Saturday when I called on day 30 which was nice. They talked me into keeping the membership for 2 weeks. I then contacted a chatter and wanted to cancel. She was nice and I decided to keep the membership. I wanted to add this review because I saw a lot of people didn't know about the trial period and I thought it was clear. I should mention that I like the products and the prices. I have switched from being a coffee drinker to a green matcha with unfiltered honey drinker. I like the service and how it changed what I consume

This site is difficult to work with and takes it takes a long time to locate what you are looking for in regard to product. I did not want to look through everything to find the products I was looking for. I spent over an hour trying to find some things. When I found one product I had to buy 3 or 6 so I could place an order when I just wanted to try one. Also I thought I only had to have an order for $41 for free shipping. Then it turned out to be over $53. It turned out to be very confusing, I can only hope I get my free gift as it was never mentioned on the final order. I have a membership; but will be rethinking this in the future. Mkg 6/28/20

During summer months, heat-sensitive items like chocolate do have to ship with a cold pack to avoid damage. Brands introduce minimum order requirements in order to sponsor the cold packs. Thrive market has made my life so much easier. The prices are lower than the same products in the grocery store and they offer others that I can never find in the store. I follow the keto lifestyle and have no problem finding all my products on Thrive.

I have used Thrive Market for several years now. It worked great when I was on the Whole30 diet plan, and it now works great as I'm on a Keto diet. I'm able to order quality foods at a decent price. I also like the ability to send gift packages of some of my favorites to family members who are interested in the Keto lifestyle. Thanks, Thrive Market!

Company scammed me. Literally. I cancelled my membership via their customer service and have the cancellation email. They charged me for a yearly membership for two years after that. Could only get them to refund one despite that. Do not trust these scammers. I filed a complaint through my state attorney general and you should too.

When I cancelled through their website, they sent me an email stating if I wanted to cancel I had to send them an email. I sent them the email saying I wish to cancel since they said SEND ONE EMAIL TO CANCEL. One of their customer service lackeys sent me another email asking again if I wanted to cancel, I responded saying yes I did want to cancel. They never did. They then refuse to acknowledge their part after repeated calls and emails and through their website customer service. If anyone has similar issues please message me regarding a possible class action lawsuit.

After the trial, we charge the annual fee for our services, as noted in the policy on the checkout page. We also send trial members an email reminder a few days before the membership is activated, as well as prior to renewal. Sometimes these can go to spam. I absolutely love that I went ahead and tried out the membership. I love the choices and quality of the items they have for you to choose from. I am following a ketogenic diet and also trying to be more conscious of the food I eat and buy. I really like that you can learn about each company and I know I am getting quality. I really love love loved the packaging as well! Everything came packed (in recyclable packaging) so nice and there is even a signature from the person who packed it! The delivery status is spot on and I was notified along the way. I am definitely going to stay a member and look forward to finding more hidden gems.

Tip for consumers:
Take your time to go through everything there is soooo much to consider and look through. Make a list of favorites as you go along.

I saw great things on this site that's why I placed my order. I really can't afford a 50 plus order each time and probably will see the quality once I get the order. Nevertheless, I didn't like that my gift wasn't really free in which I paid membership and I did a 49 order.

Bought one thing, they used my Credit card for an auto sign up. Canceled once online. Canceled twice online. Get a bill. Call up. Lady asks why canceled. I told her: Look I already canceled twice. Either you cancel me now or I will go to my credit card company change my credit card number and cancel transaction due to it being an unauthorized charge. We can do it now or I will do it with my credit card company. Then she tried to explain to me that Thrive sent an email on 10/13/2016 regarding a half off membership and what a good deal it was. I had to be like a total fcking $#*! to get her to cancel. Asked for a email confirmation - guess what - haven't received it yet. AVOID AVOID

I'm impressed by the price savings on supplements and protein powders especially. Cheaper than Amazon, and supporting a company that actually cares about its workers. Shipping is super fast. I've never had an issue. They're essentially a zero waste company, too. Very eco-friendly shipping. All of the shipping supplies are recylable. Not all the prices are better than what I can find locally, but many are. The savings on our supplements alone make the yearly membership so worth it.

To address the current top negative review: the "Be Back Soon" thing is because they were seriously overrun with orders because of the pandemic and several things were out of stock. Supply chains are overrun and some things are taking a while to get back in stock. For me, there were a few things I wanted that I couldn't get in one order, then the next time I went to order some were back in stock but some weren't. It's just the way of things right now. Hopefully not for long.

The COVID crisis and a YouTube review of Thrive led me to give them a try. While there were many things unavailable due to this crisis, they were very helpful in making Thrive an option. It is a marvelous site for specific dietary needs such as gluten free, Paleo, Keto, and such. They have a lot of their own branded products, which helps keep pricing down. It is a blessing to be able to give them a try right now with so many other options unavailable. I look forward to trying more of their products as they become available again.

I love this site. It is so easy to scroll through to see new products. I love that there is a list of Danette May approved products. I love that I can just search a brand and get all that they offer. And I love that many products I use are also Thrive products. This site has made it so much easier to get the items I need. The store near here either don't carry what I need or do so sparingly.

I began ordering from Thrive Market when I began a Ketogenic diet. I continue to order for the same reason. Some of the items I am not able to find where I live and need to order them online. My experience with selection, ordering, delivering, and quality of the products has been satisfactory and quite frankly the delivery exceeded my expectations. The signature on the inside of the box makes me smile. It makes me feel like it is personalized order that someone prepared just for me. It is the little things that mean so much and add up to make for a pleasant experience.

I ordered from Thrive because I try to eat mostly paleo, and I liked some of their products. However, when their website overcharged me for an item, the first customer service rep I talked with was absolutely hateful! He obviously hated his job and dispised the people who called. The second one was better, but could still not grasp the concept that the discount I received on the over-charged item, still had to be applied to the corrected price... they both argued and argued with me and ended up losing me as a customer over $5.49 that they refused to refund to correct the issue. Turns out, I was lucky, because as I am seeing here, the next thing they would have done is charge my acct for a membership fee... I shut down the card I had used with them, so their mistreatment turned out to be a blessing. AVOID!

We have had a membership for over a year and have used them for several products. During the beginning of this dreadful time, our membership came due. We thought about canceling our membership until next year, but after talking to their wonderful customer service, we decided to keep it. I have seen people complaining about out of stock things. Before Covid-19, Thrive was always stocked with products, but like any other company during this time, they are out of a few things. Yea it's a little disappointing when I can't get the things I need but I understand.

I have a long list of food allergies, and Thrive always has something for me! I love this company and plan to stay with them for a long time.

When I logged on, there was a message at the top of my screen saying I would receive 20% off on my entire order. When I checked out, I found out there was a $20 maximum discount. This wasn't just misleading, it was an out-an-out lie. My entire order was more than $100 and I did not receive a 20% discount as promised.
