I love this online shopping venue. Its convenient for me since I work 2 jobs and have little time to shop. It also assists me in making healthy keto friendly choices with its shop by diet feature and allows me to keep on track. I love not only what they have but the responsiveness of their customer service! Not only in answering any questions but resplacing a broken item that came in a shipment. During the initial days of shortages and confusion of the covid issues, they were clear in what they could do and were doing. And did what they said.

Once you give them your information,. They WILL bill you the MEMBERSHIP FEE NO MATTER WHAT! I tried to cancel after the first week. Received emails trying to retain me. This company only makes money off memberships. Filing a complaint

First, Thrive neglected to process my membership cancellation request in March 2017 which led to two years of annual memberships charges at $59.95 + sales tax.
Then, when I realized I was still being billed and cancelled my account they refunded $59.95 instead of a full refund for $65.27. Thrive is withholding sales tax from refunds and claiming this additional amount goes to the state. This is factually incorrect!
I realize this is a small amount, but the principle of the matter is that sales tax should be refunded (and based on the state is legally required to be refunded in full). If Thrive is doing this to customers at scale, they are almost certainly collecting thousands of dollars in taxes that should have been refunded to customers.
The customer service rep's hands are likely tied by company policy and if company policy is to withhold sales tax when granting refunds this company will likely see the inside of a courtroom.
I would never deal with this company again - stay away.

I would like for the meat to be able to order in smaller pkg, I don't have a deep freezer or family. Please consider sellling smaller packages of meat so I can order, I would order a few different meat but I can't store $119.00 worth of meat.

I was recently was introduced to Flavcity videos. Love them! Bobby and Dessi speak highly of Thrive Market service and healthy products, so thought I'd give it a try. The price for collagen peptides is better than Costco and is grass fed!

I love the people a lot more than I love the store, itself. The prices are more expensive than the Whole Foods in Alabama (both the Birmingham & Montgomery locations), so I can't understand the justification behind the membership fee. They only offer free shipping after you spend $50 or more. And 90% of the products I was trying to order either weren't offered (they might only carry 2 flavors from a specific brand) or were out of stock (as is usually the case, even pre-covid). So... the selection isn't great, you aren't saving money if you're shopping Thrive vs. physically going shopping, but you are saving if you're comparing prices to other online shops like Amazon. But with an Amazon Prime membership, you get free shipping. I still love the customer service & I also love that it's a store dedicated to natural, sustainable, ethical products (even though they don't carry a huge selection of those products). So, three stars! Definitely worth the occasional visit.

I love the opportunity to be able to place an order on items that i may be running low on. The opportunity to buy organic items and the convicience of having it delivered and delivered in a timely manner is amazing. Some items are a little higher priced than some stores but i compare the prices of the items that i frequently buy and purchase all better priced items at Thrive and the other items i continue to purchse from the store.

My order was damaged and returned to sender without notification to me. When I called to have order reshipped I was treated very rudely and a supervisor, Lenai, threatened to cancel my membership when I voiced my displeasure.

I had an unfortuanate experience with thrive, I was interested and mistakenly signed up for this service. When I determined it wasn't for me about 10 minutes later, I canceled and was denied a refund. I know it was only 10 dollars but it seems unfair that they would not return my money when it was an obvious I was not going to use the service.

In October 2020 I ordered Masa Harina (2) for a total of $15 from Thrive Market and received timely with no problems. BUT, first of November I see a charge from them on my credit card for $59.95 and disputed it through my credit union as I did not place another order. I receive an email from Thrive support stating that "we offer a direct to trial experience that starts a 30-day free trial when you select the "Start Free Trial" button on our homepage." This was never done, I DID NOT SELECT this option! Still trying to get this reversed. Be very careful!
The support response also said they sent a follow-up email in which I had the opportunity to cancel. How many emails do we all get everyday, most of them promotional that clog up our in boxes. I am so upset and feel that the company has stolen from me.

I Went on the website to buy 5 bags of chips for a Catering job I had. A month later, I was charged $60 for a membership I was not aware I signed up for. Apparently it's in the small terms and policy section. So I have to be a member to place a one time order?. This place is a scam. The BBB will be informed. DON'T BE FOOLED.

I recieved my first order from Thrive. I am pleased with the quality and variety of products Thrive offers. However, I am dissatisfied with their customer service. My frozen packaged arrived with no damage to the box during shipping. The inside of the box had dry ice bags broken open throughout. I was unaware that it was dry ice and burned myself when I went to pick up the chuncks of ice throughout. My frozen sausages were open and rolling around inside the box. It may have been due to the dry ice eating through the packaging. Anyways, I reported the issue. Finding out how to leave feedback was a pain. There website requires you to do a chat, starting with a robot and then I was transferred to someone. I explained the issue and Angel responded relatively quickly, but when I did not answer immediatley (I walked away from my computer for aminute) the chat was closed and the issue was not resolved. They need a better service support system, and a more user-friendly website in general.

Not as reliable as they once were and they do not carry the variety of brands they used to as they now have their own Thrive brand! Delivery was starting to become a problem even before COVID! Do not leave items in your cart overnight, if you do not purchase them immediately, they will take them OUT!

I have been using Thrive Market for over 2.5 years. They have the best products and the best pricing. Outside of this pandemic, orders ship within 48hrs and arrive 2-3 days later. I have received orders within 72hours of ordering on multiple occasions. I have placed over 30 orders and have only ever had one item damaged and they immediately refunded the item. I couldn't be happier with this service!
