I use many gluten free and low/no sugar products. Always non-GMO and organic, and wild caught. No chemicals either. I have discovered great products to help my eczema, inflammatory pain, immune system and other issues. So much help here.

I ordered a speciality box for Valentine's Day from an email offer I received from them which was supposed to be $28 off the regular price. Two days later I checked with my bank and they charged me full price. After arguing with their customer service people on 3 different occasions they finally agreed to refund the overcharge. Then I got a notice that due to high volume my shipment was going to be delayed. Then a few days later I got another notice saying my shipment was delayed again due to weather. At this point I sent 4 emails telling them to cancel my order because it wouldn't arrive in time for Valentine's Day. All emails were ignored. Valentine's Day was yesterday and I just got a notice today that my box has been shipped. I will never order from them again! A total waste of money!
Update: Thrive finally listened to my complaints. They rerouted the box back to their warehouse and refunded my purchase price. I like some of their products so I may or may not order from them in the future.

I have made 4 purchases from Thrive to date. About 80% of the items I received have had an expiration date that was very close to the date I received the product. A few items had already expired. I contacted Thrive to express my concern and was told that their policy is to never give you items that were less than 3 months from the expiration date. If that is the policy, they need to tell the rest of their employees because it is rare to get an item that is 3 months out from expiration.
Customer service did work to make things right with me and told me I could contact them in the future if I had any future issues with expiration dates. But here is the thing- I am shopping for healthier foods and am not interested in getting old products. If a product is close to its expiration date, it was produced quite awhile ago.
You will save some money on Thrive IF you shop enough to make up for the membership fee. Just know that you don't get to choose how fresh the products are. You get what you pay for.

I am on Ketogenic lifestyle, and as such finding sugar free and Keto friendly products is hit and miss in my local area. But I can reliably and regularly find excellent Keto friendly foods at Thrive, so I became a member and save money as well as get fast deliveries of all my Keto supplies that I can't find locally.

Scam artists. I have e-mails from last year CLEARLY stating I wanted them to cancel my membership. They start ignoring you when you keep telling them you want to cancel and you don't want the lower rate that they keep trying to shove down your throat! Here we are a year later, and they sent me an e-mail saying they were going to renew the annual membership THAT I ALREADY CANCELED LAST YEAR! The positive reviews on here are just people who haven't tried to cancel their membership yet, either that or they are fake!

I am so grateful for Thrive Market! I have celiac and so does my brother. Finding food for us to eat in a normal grocery store can be a bit difficult. I know this because I work in a grocery store. But Thrive Market makes it so easy to find gluten-free food with their filters. We click gluten-free and we get only certified gluten free foods to choose from. And there are a ton of options!
Covid-19 has negatively affected the entire world. And though shipping is delayed at the moment it is completely understandable. They still stay open, they are still packing and shipping out food to people every single day! And that means the absolute world! I really appreciate the work that Thrive Market is doing! They always have better prices and with my Thrive Market Membership I get an even bigger discount!
I find foods that I love that my grocery store doesn't carry and I'm always able to find them on Thrive! They always package everything safe and securely so nothing ever arrives broken or damaged!
As someone who is immune compromised and working in a grocery store five days a week I have an even deeper appreciation for the work that the Thrive Market employees are doing for their customers. So thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of your hard work and for always doing such an amazing job on my shipments and giving me great deals on the products I love every single day!

SO I CONTACTED THRIVE THEY SAID SINCE THE PACKAGE WAS OUT FOR DELIVERY TO GIVE IT ANOTHER 48 HOURS! SO I SAID IT MY CHAT TO THRIVE HA HA. NO THANKS I WOULD NOT EVEN CONSIDER A FREE 30 DAY TRIAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY GET YOUR MONEY AND THEN MAKE YOU WAIT FOR YOUR PURCHASES. UNREASONABLE NOT GOOD TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. The Trial is NOT Worth it. You can only cancel by calling, it takes forever to get through and then you have to CONVINCE them to cancel the trial, they do everything to keep you - extend, shorter membership etc. Took 15 minutes and I'm still not sure I was successful.

Hi Geoff- I apologize that this came as a surprise. We try to be as transparent as possible regarding our membership model. As a membership-based company, we offer a 30-day free trial that begins with the first Thrive Market purchase. After the trial, we charge the annual fee for our services, as noted just under the checkout amount on the checkout page. We also send trial members an email reminder a few days before the membership is activated.
So I signed up for the free 30 day trial membership and thought it was OK. I never had trouble getting in contact with a customer service rep and when I called to cancel my membership the first time, I got another 30 days free. I just called today because I don't way to pay a $60 membership fee for the year (the savings aren't the great compared to my local health food store) and it was easy to cancel. The selection isn't that great and shipping is a little slow. I have to say that everyone I dealt with was polite and helpful. I think it would be worth it if you lived in a very rural area and needed certain health foods. Luckily I am close to a number of reasonable health food stores, so the membership isn't necessary.
So I am changing my review from 3 stars to 1. I am very upset with this company. Even after talking to customer service and receiving an email verifying that I cancelled my trial membership and DID NOT want to continue as a paying member, my credit card on file was charged today. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I will be calling customer service and raising hell as soon as they open. Don't even bother trying the free trial... it's apparently a sneaky way to get your credit card on file and then charge it without your consent.
