I've enjoyed your products. I wish I knew about your company sooner. Healthy and tasty. Thank you for making these products available. Hard to find ketogenic foods in stores

Everything arrived safe and sound. I like the option of receiving text messages alerting me of the delivery date. Thank you for providing a platform for organic and fair trade food and sundries.

Awesome, we're so happy to hear it, Michelle!
My third order. I order most staples and ALL meat from here. The prices are less then my local chain. And the meats and seafood.? Fantastic! You just can't go wrong with THRIVE!

Great products, good prices!
Try it today.

We're so happy to hear you're enjoying everything! Thrive On!
Not the least bit "USER FRIENDLY"! But the agents on the phone are very patient and helpful...
The only reason I will continue to buy here is: The product is not available anywhere else..."I FEEL TRAPPED"!

Thank you for your feedback! If you haven't already, please let us know any issues you've been experiencing while using the app or the website. We're always looking to improve and feedback always helps!
Here's their email address: *******@thrivemarket.com
Here's their phone number: *******174
And here's the message I sent them today:
"I cancelled over a year ago and today I see a $59 charge on my debit card. I need that reversed immediately and assured you have actually CANCELLED my participation in this. I never joined. I don't know what this is about. Call me asap and let me know you've put $59 back in my bank account!"
They charged and then credited me $59 a year ago after I tried one of their products. I didn't agree to any membership. After I disputed the $59 a year ago I never heard from them again. Until today when another $59 charge appeared on my debit card! I am furious. WHY DO THEY STILL HAVE MY CARD # AFTER REFUNDING ME A YEAR AGO AND TELLING ME THEY CANCELLED MY SO-CALLED ACCOUNT?! Ugh!

Thrive Market is an online ordering for different styles of healthy eating, whether organics, keto, or so forth.
Pros:
-If you live in the middle of nowhere. They will almost always deliver.
-Their packaging is fantastic. Super secure. Nothing with break, extra care given.
-Different health lifestyles made by different health enthusiasts via boxes. Organics, keto, etc...
-Once in a blue moon you get a free item or deal
-Free shipping after $50
-Will refund if you show them the difference in price...
Cons:
-Their deals are often worse than regular price at Sprouts or Whole Foods.
-Regular prices are worse than any store I've seen.
-Do you know how much time it takes to research all your cart prices? Then order. Then submit the info to customer service and get a response back?
-Their app/ website is hard to navigate.
-They trick you into getting a year subscription though you select a month trial.
-They purposefully don't give any details on the trial when this happens.
-Customer Service sucks, they just want to keep the money.
-And you need that Customer Service to cancel your trial. There's no cancel feature on the app or site. They really make it hard for you to cancel because they want your money.
-Now I have the biggest problem of all, a $60 subscription I don't use. If I do use it? It will cost me more money than it would to shop a Sprouts, though I have this subscription.
-Buyers remorse
Conclusion: Don't get it; Unless you live or vacationing in the middle of nowhere. Go to your local market. The savings aren't much if any.
Tip for consumers:
Hint* you don’t save much if you save. They give you a calculator in how much they think you saved. You paid for a subscription=There’s your savings...
Products used:
Snacks, noodles, small stuff... The meats a super expensive!

Hi Gordon, thanks so much for your feedback! We're so sorry you did not have an awesome experience with Thrive Market and our Member Services team is available 24/7 to help with any questions or trouble you are having regarding the membership or product prices.
I have been using Thrive, as a single mom with a medical disability requiring a special needs diet, since before the Covid and I must say that THRIVE is doing an AMAZING JOB! Always, but especially now. Yes, lots out of stock and hard to order timelines BUT this is not a time to critique these things. What needs to be praised is the job that Thrive is managing to do despite people panic shopping or picking up kitchen hobbies while on lock down. So THANK YOU Thrive for feeding us on a budget and taking care of the health needs of both people and planet.

Thank you for your review. We're happy you're able to find what you need!
I never leave reviews on anything but this company has made me so angry that I need to make sure people know what are they getting into. Just like the reviews below, I got sucked in with the free month trial. I refused to pay for the membership passed the trial time not knowing that a year after I refused I got charged 59.95 for a renewal membership I never wanted. I called them right away asking for my money back and a cancellation and the rep told me it wasn't possible. All I was able to get was half of my money back with a 6 month membership. I told them right then that I didn't want the membership, I wasn't going to be fooled again in the future. How wrong I was that even when I went into my profile to disable any default payment I got charged again for a full membership 6 months later? I'm so #¡&* right now. They billed my account almost a 100 bucks in less than a year for a service I don't use!
I called them again and after they tried to pull the half membership again I lost it and demanded a confirmation of my account cancellation and my money back.
What a shady and lousy company. I'll make sure to tell everyone I know about this scam. P, ease be smarter than me and stay away from this company!

Hi Mia- I apologize for the experience. As a membership-based company, we offer a 30-day free trial that begins with the first Thrive Market purchase. After the trial, we charge the annual fee for our services, as noted in the policy on the checkout page. We also send trial members an email reminder a few days before the membership is activated. It is not uncommon for customer's to find our emails in their spam. We'll be sending you a private message to discuss your account.
I have been a Thrive customer for many years. I love the fact that when I became a member they gave a membership to a family in need and that every time I shop I can help families in need again.
Thrive offers good products at a reasonable prices!
A lot of new people are finding out about Thrive because of the COVID-19!
I think, Thrive was a company with a few growing pains before COVID-19 hit, all you new people that are complaining, please, give them some slack!
In four years I have only had to call customer service twice. Only once for a product that arrived damaged, which they sent out a new one that day!
The other time was when I made the move from NV to NH and I no longer had the same e-mail address, they were much kinder then others I had to deal with because of that issue.
Thrive started on the west coast and I discovered the company when I lived in Nevada. The company was growing and had opened another distribution center in the mid west, which I found out about when I made the move to New Hampshire. The number of Thrive memberships are growing by leaps and bounds now that everyone is shopping on line. I hope this means we will have a distribution center on the east coast one of these days!
Be patient people these are strange times... I am sure the owners of this company and the people that work for them NEVER imagined that there would be such a demand for their products and services.
If the day ever comes back where I can get my items in 2 days again then the 5 star rating will return! But until then, I still very much appreciate all that everyone at Thrive Market does!

Thank you for reaching out! We're sorry to hear you had an issue with your order but we're glad we could get it taken care of for you!
Thrive Market is nice to have available to me, but I wouldn't say the savings is really worth the annual membership cost. In addition, you really can only buy pantry items from these guys and, while these are good to have, they can also be found for the same price or cheaper at other markets (I find better deals regularly).
In addition, for selling such a healthy, whole food approach, I was disappointed to find that there are no options for fresh produce or vegetables. I would have thought this would have been one thing they could have added to make this worth my while... there are MANY food boxes out there that will ship fresh food.
Their bread selection is pretty sad for gluten free or paleo people as well. While there are many options out there for us, most of them are refrigerated or frozen, so it would be nice to have the option to order frozen items as well.
I would say majority of my meals consist of fresh veggies & fruit, meat, and a couple specialty items, with only a few items needed from the pantry. If that sounds like you, I say you are better off just purchasing such pantry items from your local market. The savings is not worth it.

Thanks so much for your feedback! If you find an item cheaper elsewhere, you can contact our Member Services team to take advantage of our price matching, hope this helps!
This company excels at customer service. Representatives are friendly and extraordinarily helpful. Unfortunately, they fall short in just about every other category. The diversity of available products was the first disappointment. They advertise that they have some crazy number of products, but that seems to consist mostly of essential oils. The site lacks a lot of things that we like to eat. The prices aren't great either. The "savings" that they advertise are compared to the Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). I've never seen products offered at a grocery store at as high a price as the manufacturer suggests. They would go out of business from lack of sales. Bringing them down 20% or so from that number like you usually see on Thrive makes them pretty comparable to Whole Foods or a small health food store in a region with a small customer base. Once you factor in the membership fee, a membership doesn't make any financial sense. Perhaps the worst part is that the packaging on almost all of their store brand goods is plastic. Compounding that problem, they're completely lacking any sort of option to get bulk foods and spices to reduce the amount of trash you buy your food in. I was hoping for something that could replace the affordable, healthy food I had access to in Western Oregon, and overall I've been disappointed.

Thanks so much for your feedback, Alex! We would love to hear any specific brand or product recommendations you'd like to see on our site. We work to provide the products our members want and need, and sometimes the packaging of these items is not sustainable. With that in mind, we make other efforts to increase our sustainability such as zero waste fulfillment centers, offsetting our carbon footprint, and providing a filter for our customers to view products with recycled or recyclable packaging.
In October, I will have been a Thrive Market member for two years. I have enjoyed the site and have benefited from their reasonable prices on the brands that I like. I especially love the Thrive Market brand of dry goods, specifically items like almond flour, arrowroot flour and all the other specialty baking ingredients. A feature that I LOVE is random sales on key items. I always buy at least two jars of Fourth & Heart ghee. The system picks up on this because I'll receive random emails for a special sale where it's even cheaper. The bummer is that sometimes I either don't need it right then and there or I'm in between paydays and don't want to spend $50 to get free shipping. What really sealed the deal for me with Thrive is how they handled the influx of orders at the beginning of quarantine. The way things happened so quickly, I don't think any brick & mortar establishment or website could have predicted or was prepared for the demand. In my opinion, they stumbled a bit in the beginning but once they got their footing, their communication was clear, they admitted their missteps and laid out the plan on how they were going to move forward. The only thing I would like to see improved is an email alert when membership renewal is coming up. Last year I DID NOT receive an email notifying me because one was never sent. I know this because I receive ALL the other emails. If that can be fixed immediately that would be great. My membership renewal is coming up in October. I'll be checking! Also, I have noticed a slight increase on my usual items I ordered.

I was super excited to join Thrive, but was soon disappointed by the prices and the unavailable items on my grocery list. I can't say I would recommend it.
