I signed up with Thrive Market thanks to a coupon site who recommended them. Shortly thereafter, I decided I know longer wanted a membership with them. So I went through the process of "requesting" a cancellation of my membership. You can't just cancel it yourself, you have to request a cancellation and be approved to cancel, basically. So after a string of emails, which I still have, they cancelled my membership. That was August of 2016. Here it is August of 2017 and I just received an email that my membership was renewed for $60! WHY WAS IT RENEWED WHEN I CANCELED IT A YEAR AGO?! So now I am on the phone waiting for a rep which will take at least 60 minutes I'm sure, and I'm also sure that I will have to jump through hoops to get it cancelled again. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM! I can't say this enough! They are the most shady company I have ever dealt with.

I think it's a great place to shop except for the fact that I have to buy too many bars of chocolate in order to get a decent price and so I buy my chocolate elsewhere.

I LOVED Thrive and would give it a 10 out of 5 if they hadn't changed their auto-shipment setup and their customer services lack of understanding of the new auto-ship.
You can no longer easily view what you are receiving, it gets your order messed up and customer service was no help. I just got charged almost $7 for tea that cost $3 because of shipping and the errors that the auto-ship is causing. I have had a certain item in my auto-ship since DAY 1 of using Thrive (I have been a customer for a while) so that I receive it every month and it has disappeared from my monthly shipments (hence why I have 1 item being shipped and not meeting the free shipping requirements I usually make sure I take advantage of). I am very disappointed as their customer service used to be top-notch, but when I contacted them last (as I was trying to figure out what was in my auto-ship for this month, they told me they had added my monthly regular item back into my cart, and yet it is not in my receipt). I am pretty frustrated and do not have another 30+ minutes to sit on a chat or phone call trying to help them figure out an issue that didn't start happening until they altered the auto-ship.

I have been on peritoneal dialysis for 3-1/2 years and last December analyzed that I had an issue with gluten and dairy. I didn't know where to turn and my dialysis nutritionist recommended Thrive Market. Checked it out, joined and all these months now have thoroughly enjoyed EVERY product I ordered! I have to be soy-free, Non-GMO, high protein, dairy-free and gluten-free and can't forget organic. I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER now that your Company can provide me with all the tools I need to make informed decisions regarding my health. My whole experience in ordering and receiving your products has been amazing. The shipment is so well packed and have never had an issue with any product received. Miss the samples and free items but fully understand in these chaotic days we are living in that it is not possible at this time. Missed your items when we couldn't order but again, understand totally. Thank God I had ordered extras and only ran out of the soup.
