My family and I are not near a Trader Joes, but now with Thrive, we can still get savings on Organic and GF foods with savings! We Love the Biodynamic wines!

Have a nice variety, but there's too much stuff out of stock. That's really disappointing. Most of the stuff I want is not available.

They were ok for convenience when on a special diet, but i never found discounts any better than our specialty and regular stores around as many mainstream stores are starting to carry more organic, gf, keto, etc special diet foods. But saved a trip to store. I like vitacost.com a lot better and no membership fee.

Bolded "here" to cancel and Then tricky - make sure to click continue
Canceling about 10 x or it pops up with an annoying Thanks for Staying in the midst of canceling because I'll stay option is autoselected if you don't repeatedly opt to Continue canceling through a bunch of offers.

That they make you jump through hoops to cancel tells me they care more about short term revenues than a relationship that will keep my business ironically

I joined thrive a few months ago because of all the rave reviews online. As well, there are so many options for various diets and instead of running over to whole foods all the time, I thought this would be a convenient way to order food that I would normally buy at a health food store.
Every order that I placed was late. Not only was the order always late, but the cans had dents in them. Every. Single. Time.
I figured okay. One time, two times... I'll just jump on the chat and get a refund. That worked out well. But after 4 or 5 times of my food items arriving with dents in them as well as them being a week late, I've decided enough is enough.
I jumped on the chat and their agents just pick and choose which comments they want to enter. Fine. It keeps everything streamlined BUT. They aren't able to answer my direct question.
I. e. I'd like a refund for my food items (yet again) that have dents in them, and two. I'd like to cancel my membership and get a refund.
WOW. Was THAT ever a production!
Thrive does such a great job of taking your money but seems to have difficulty with issuing a refund when it is their fault.
Cans are coming dented from the warehouse and shipments are constantly arriving late.
I had to speak with 3 or 4 different agents, and one of them even stated to me, there's no way we can issue you your money back, we just won't auto renew your membership.
So basically I would keep paying the yearly membership and never order anything from thrive again?
I don't think so...
Just awful customer service. I was totally shocked...
I wrote a letter to their complaint department. I NEVER received a letter back nor a phone call.
I FINALLY saw a refund for my membership.
Total waste of time...
Again, it's really a shame. They need to step up their training and customer service skills. ESPECIALLY, in this day in age.
