Thrive Market has a great selection of high quality natural products. I am very pleased with their customer service. They quickly resolved an issue with my first order being improperly packed, resulting in damaged products. All orders placed since have been well packed with no damaged items.

Thrive has a great selection of clean organic products for good prices. Overall, we love being members and would recommend signing up. Gave a 4 star rating because they are consistently out of LOTS of products. They seem to restock fairly often so we can usually find what we want if we wait a week or two. Other reasons we gave 4 stars are customer service isn't great and the new member 20% discount is capped at $20 which was a bit misleading in the advertisements.

I love this site overall for the convenience and customer service. However, a packing and handling quality control problem that began during the shutdown has yet to be fully resolved and about every other shipment, I received boxes and or cans that are dented. They are probably suffering from the same understaffed issues as other business. To their credit, they do a good job of remedying the issue with store credits and refunds. Once I ordered a meat bundle that had one damaged packet of ground turkey, rather than refunding me the $5 for just the turkey, they provided a full refund for the entire order.

I absolutely love Thrive Market. They have a great variety of healthy food options delivered straight to your door, they have great customer service that's available 24/7 and if there's ever an issue with your order they never hesitate to re-ship, re-fund or provide thrive cash. There are a lot of deals are rewards that are available weekly, and sometimes they have HUGE sales on 400+ products. This company has been a huge help to me since I don't have any health food stores near me. Also, its so awesome that we get free shipping on orders over 50$, since im shopping for my household, we just order twice a month and our orders are always over 50$ so thats never an issue.

I live in a rural area - far from any grocery that would have healthy alternatives to the standard fare. Thrive has been so convenient! I've been able to find selections to match my dietary needs, the shipments arrive on time, and when I had one incident of a broken item, customer service quickly refunded the item. I'm very pleased.

I'm so happy I found Thrive Market! Food sensitivities require good clean food free from common allergens and additives. Because of Thrive Market, I found new products that work for me without spending endless hours going from store to store! I love the convenience, their packaging is hands down the BEST in the business-such care! Quality products! Only once did I have an issue with a cleanser that had a cracked tube- called and it was replaced immediately! Best customer service! I tell everyone I know about you! I've got my core Thrive Market products that I just can't live without!

Totally love shopping this way, no more spending weekend afternoons in a grocery store. I like the product selection and love the ethics of Thrive as a company and that they seek out equally ethical food manufacturers. I recently suggested a new product and in about a week was actually buying that product from them. Sometimes items are "out of stock", but honestly I don't mind that much. There are always plenty of other things to buy in the meantime. It may take some getting used to shopping with Thrive, but I am glad I made the switch and will not be going back to Whole Foods anytime soon. I would much, much rather my dollars go to Thrive.

Every time I have a question, the customer service reps that manage chat are always so helpful and friendly. They are knowledgeable and quick to respond. I'm shocked by how many service members are available on a Sunday afternoon. I love shopping on thrive and the thoughtful options, such as ways to donate my savings - great idea! Keep up the good work. If the world calms down, I anxiously await an opportunity for monthly shipments to be twice monthly. Fingers crossed! Thanks to the entire Thrive team. ;)

Thrive Market is a great company to do business with. They are upfront and communicate well so you know what to expect. During the pandemic they have worked hard to meet increased needs. I appreciate being able to find many of the organic gluten free and low lectin things I need that I would otherwise have to travel a great distance from my more rural area to find and they might not even be available in today's climate. I have found your house brand products to be a very good quality. Thank you for packaging everything so carefully too. You have always done a great job with that and even items in glass bottles have been fine during shipping.

Thrive is a relatively small competitor to others who dominate this market such as fresh direct. I have loved watching you guys ramp up in the middle of a crisis, keeping customer service and safety central to your important work. Delivery times were delayed but Thrive over communicated about this so that my expectations were well managed. Also, Thrive adjusted the "store hours" model so that they can improve efficiency and delivery times. So proud of the work you are doing and the families you are supporting.
Also, yes, meat comes handily packaged and well frozen!
If you are trying Thrive for the first time, buy everything and see what you like and then scale back from there. I LOVE the Thrive products and that is what I find myself coming here for more than anything else.
We're so grateful for this company! Great food and household supplies at good prices. This is one of our three staple stores. Thrive, Costco, and Sprouts. With those three stores I can get almost everything we ever need at good prices, and it's reassuring to know that what we're buying is giving back to the Earth and our communities. I have had issues with a couple of items over the 2-3 years we've been shopping here, and customer service went above and beyond to correct them quickly. Such as a broken bottle that they refunded us a higher amount than we paid. That is rare in this day and age. So glad this company exists!

Ordering from thrive has been so easy, even during a pandemic! Products that I was disappointed were out of stock quickly became available again, I was notified, and I included them in my next order. All of my orders came fast, and looked great! I'm thankful to have had this resource for healthy food especially when I needed to stay out of the grocery stores.
Hi Moriah! We know how important it is for you to have the items you need when you need them. Although maintaining inventory levels has been challenging during the past few months, we are working as hard as possible to get back to our pre-COVID inventory levels.
I am still testing the products however they do look good. Shipping was not a good experience, it took a few days to ship, then delivery was delayed by FedEx, package sat over weekend (mayo in box), and olive oil was broken and got over everything! It was a total mess, and not a good first experience, however customer service was good and issue was resolved very quickly, so I will give them a second chance. According to the other reviews, I think the shipping and needing to pay a membership fee will be the downfall of the company.

Thrive Market gives excellent value. Thoughtful packaging and wonderful variety of the products that I love. Although there is a yearly subscription, I still save money. Great communication during a time of challenges. Lots of choices as they continue to restock.

I started using Thrive a few months ago and love it. Pantry items excellent quality and healthy. Great clean wines you won't see in other places. My orders so far have shipped within a day of ordering. Overall a great resource!

I have been purchasing products through Thrive Market for almost a year. I love being able to get high quality products, some for specific diets (someone in our house is paleo). When ever they are out of stock, they email back in stock which could be the next day. I once had an issue with one of their products and they just refunded me. I admire what they are doing for the community and hope they stay in business. Some of the things are not necessarily cheaper all the time, but overall is a great deal. I always order enough for free shipping too. Highly recommend.- Kerry

Thrive has great products but I don't think they are discounted enough to warrant a $59 per year fee. Sometimes I can find the products cheaper in my local grocery store. The real advantage is having it delivered to your home.
