I made a one time purchase through Thrive Market, completely unaware of that I was automatically enrolled into a membership. They charged my account a $60 membership fee after 30 days. I contacted the company through the live chat on their website to cancel the membership and have the fee refunded... I had to ask 6 times for them to cancel and refund the money because they kept offering discounts, deals, you name it. Don't purchase through this company.

A little over 2 years ago I tried Thrive Market ONCE after noticing some endorsements from a few in the Instagram community that I follow. It was alright, but I never placed another order. Today, I discovered that I had a fee on my credit card for a $59.95 annual membership. A deeper dive showed that they also charged me $59.95 last October, and another $59.95 the October before that. I NEVER gave them permission to store my credit card information, let alone permission to continue to charge me for a service I don't use. There was NO mention of a membership. I am currently in the process of getting the most recent charge credited and my "membership" cancelled. From reading the other comments, I clearly have a battle ahead of me. I doubt I'll get anything other than this most recent charge handled.

I had a trial membership. I was reading an interview on the Huffington post and every couple of paragraphs all the items I researched on Thrive Market popped up as well as a cart I never purchased. I feel trashed. I prefer to shop locally. The few dollars more or less I spend is worth it. And there is a lot less packaging and exhaust in the environment from delivery trucks.

I've been continually impressed with the product availability and pricing at Thrive. I initially tried their free trial membership and was impressed enough to keep it, and I've kept my membership now for about 5 years. The pricing is very competitive and I do end up saving money on my grocery bill with them. I've also had very good experiences on the few occasions when I've contacted them. In each instance their representative was friendly and helpful.

The products are great and the savings are nice, but is it worth it when it takes 2 weeks to get your product? What used to be 2-3 day shipping is now MUCH longer. My most recent order was placed on 3/1/20 and my expected delivery date is 3/12/20. Saving money is nice, but not if I have to go to the store in the meantime to buy the things I'm waiting on having delivered.

Been doing business with them for over a year and not only are prices terrific and delivery quick & accurate, but customer service (if needed) Chat folks are knowledgable, well-versed & literate. Have never needed to follow-up with a call bc their on-line Customer Service personnel are so capable. Definitely a company that I refer to others.

Thrive officers items that are often only carried in specialty stores or international markets. I don't have to spend time looking for the items. I just order and they arrive well packed in a timely manner. And the prices are very good.

Great selection of products for everyone, best value I've found, easy site to use. During "normal" times shipping is quick & free samples of regular size products. Doesn't take much to get free shipping. Thanks for being there, esp. Now. Stay safe!

I just found out they have been charging me once a year without sending me a any product. When I went to chat with them about it all I got was an automatic response and no refund. Horrible company with no soul!

I made one purchase in 2018. Today on March 29,2019 I received a 59.95 charge that says is recurring. I never authorized this company to steal 60 bucks from me annually. Be careful before purchasing anything from this scam of a company.

Found some specialty items I like, so will try this online store. Seems odd you have to "Join" just to shop. I took a 1 month membership, so will wait to see how it goes. It is good they carry Organic products.

I have placed several orders with Thrive. I love that they offer things that chain stores often do not offer. Good amount of organic options. Love how the shipments are packaged with care. I had an issue with one of my orders and customer service was eager to make the order right. Top notch customer service that values the consumer. Will continue ordering :)

I have been a Thrive Market customer since the 2014. Thrive consistently offers quality products at better than retail prices. I understand Thrive is having a hard time with new customer demand and it is disappointing to longtime customers like me to not be able to order what we need when we need it. Please be patient with them- they are a great company!

Customer service is terrible! Did not warn us that our membership was going to review (even though their site says they always do...) I tried to cancel and they refuse to offer a refund even though we have not used the service in well over a year, stating, "That's how we make our money".

I have been a customer for 5 years now and plan to be for as long as I can. I love the ease of shopping, how quickly my orders arrive at my door (even in a pandemic) and the customer service is top notch. I have been shopping for my special diet needs for a long time and Thrive offers the best prices for many of the food items I count on, especially with their house brands. I love how efficient the packaging is, how it uses so little plastic and I can reuse the plastic that does come. I can't say enough!

Thrive Market is one of my favorite places for sustainable and eco-conscious supplies. I know that when I order with Thrive, I don't have to worry about shady ingredients or misleading products. I am also a Vegan and love the option to select your diet type so that it automatically guides you to the products that suit your lifestyle.

I love that they have organic and environmentally friendly products at a discounted price for members. They donate memberships to first responders, teachers and more, and you can donate part of your savings to help a family in need. You're going to buy the goods anyway. Why not help others in the process? Great buys. Great products. Highly recommend.

I love the variety and quality of items offered, as well as the fact that 95% of the time I've found them to actually be priced lower than in stores. They even refrain from shipping certain items during the summer months to ensure quality, and orders are always shipped on time and arrive quickly. Definitely worth the annual subscription!

This is my third order or maybe 4th and have been very pleased with the products and the packaging I have bought several things that come in jars and have always been Leary but they come well wrapped in a paper padded material. So far I have been really pleased so we'll see how it goes... Thank you for having a place to go to find the things I need on my Whole 30 program. I am not impressed with the sold outs all the time BUT right now I understand with all that is going on in this country. I am praying that will change when we get back to normal what ever that is...

It's easy enough to find a good number of products to add up for the free shipping. Prices are consistently equal or below other sites, if you're even able to find the same products elsewhere. Great variety of specialty items. I've been a member for years and it's well worth it.
