I'm happy to have Thrive available to order our organic and healthy basics at a price we can afford. We live in a small town in a rural county, so don't have access to many organics. Thrive continues to be innovative --- which sometimes causes hiccups in service, but I can live with that. [The local shipping service also loves the Thrive boxes and all the packing materials. ;) ]

I signed up from Thrive to get some hard to find vegan items. After looking through the inventory I realized they are still out of a lot of things. I requested to be informed when items were back in stock but for a month now, I've heard nothing. Some items I added to my cart after hours of searching disappeared when checking out. I would also like to point out I was offered a free gift through my email that within a minute of receiving I tried to add to my cart and it was sold out. I'm disappointed. I'll probably cancel my account.

Happy to see that Thrive is protecting it's employees while trying to make sure their customers are taken care of. I found their site to be easy to navigate and that they communicated well about what items might be delayed as they seek to modify their hours during this unprecedented time.

I love the variety of choices in each category, food, bath and body, pets, etc. Quality is very good. I really don't think I'm saving much, but the convenience is worth it. Out of stock items is frustrating.

I'm so glad I've discovered Thrive Market. Not only do they have TONS of items that are natural and organic, but the shipping speed is amazing. A lot of times my products come the next day! I'm so impressed with how they package each box and sign each box, excellent attention to detail. I love that their prices are so reasonable for organic products. I'm obsessed with Thrive!

Access to health foods, for cheaper than in store. They have so much stuff, and super quick shipping. They even have a program where you can apply to get a free subscription, if you are in need. Love them so much. A+ guys, keep up the amazing work.

I've ordered through Thrive Market for a couple of years and generally am super pleased with the food selections. And I love the free sample incentives - I've found foods I liked but didn't want to invest in trying. The prices are competitive. All the products seem to be well-packaged and I like that there is less plastic. I'd really love it if it didn't take sometimes 10 days to get an order.

I'm unhappy that with the last couple of orders I'm uncertain if my order will show up at the post office (which I rarely go to) or my home. That's very frustrating. And I don't like the new website format that has an option for ordering lift up from the bottom while I'm trying to view a product. I liked the old format. The new one lessens the visibility of the products. It increasingly is becoming one of the worst websites to navigate.

I continue to love that Thrive Market makes it a point to give back to communities.

I do wish they had a larger selection, but they carry the best products so I cant complain. I know that shipping is delayed and I don't think the shipping department realized they are at the mercy of the delivery service. I ordered meat and the dry ice was completely gone. Thank goodness the chicken stayed completely frozen but the sausage was defrosted and the salmon part frozen. I am very pleased with their effort to please their customers. I use them as often as possible. I would love for Thrive to have more meats available.

I can assure Pepper C. That I know how to read - their terms do state that they'll automatically renew your yearly membership. That's why I made sure to call and cancel mine in July 2017, a month before it was set to expire. Nevertheless, they charged my card the full $59.95 yearly fee just last week, and welcomed me back! Phone calls to "customer service" go unanswered - they won't even return calls when I request an automatic callback.

I'm usually very hesitant with grocery online stuff like this, however I'm very pleasently surprised. Thrive market did amazing at packaging my items, especially the glass jars I had. Everything came in perfect condition, no issues whatsoever. And for me ordering during the holidays it shipped insanely fast. I wish it was a little less pricy but it's definitely worth the price. I definitely recommend! The products are good, organic options.

I am super happy with all of my products that can't today. The only disappointing thing was the cauliflower pretzel sticks were completely opened and spilled everywhere inside the box. They DID send me a gift card to order another bag so that is good!

Pricey groceries, but lots of choices. Always well packaged. Good return policy if something is rotten/ old. Live in Midwest, so these items are much cheaper in local stores. Currently homebound, so for me, convenience of on line ordering & doorstep delivery is most important right now.

I accidentally hit check out before finishing shopping and Rebecca canceled my order and showed me how to repopulate my basket so that I can continue shopping instead of having to make a second order and pay for separate shipping. She also did all this within about 5 min. Then asked if there was anything else. I'd say that's above customer service.

Sometimes when I order I received my order two to three days after ordering, and other times when I order I go back 3 days later to check my account and they haven't even processed it yet. They're shipping practices are completely unreliable. Also if you have a problem with a product that you've bought, they will not accept your returns back to give you your money back but instead they will credit your thrive account back so that you can purchase something else. Typically this isn't a problem for me but it could be for some people. The products that they sell are reasonably priced but when you add in the fee per year it ends up being more expensive than what you can get at Walmart or your local whole foods store.
Everyone that I talked to her recently has been very kind when I do have an issue they're very eager to help resolve it.

Certain factors like weekends, holidays, weather delays, etc. do impact shipping but please know that we are in communication with all of our couriers so if there is a problem that needs resolution we are able to contact our members regarding the situation. While we do process damaged items and returns back to Gift Cards as the refund would be immediate and many members, as you stated yourself, will use it on their next order, we can always process refunds back to the payment method on file. That is not a problem. We are always happy for feedback so we can continue to make our members' experience better!

Don't let give these ripoff artists your credit card. They immediately charged my card twice for their "yearly fee" on my first order. Doing this often enough can really increase your bottom line--these guys apparently do it all the time-- according to others who have posted online reviews--look it up.

After the trial, we charge the annual fee for our services, as clearly noted in the policy on the checkout page. Wonderful items of exceptional quality. Shipping is very fast and beautifully packaged. So many things I've never found anyplace else or as reasonably priced for such high quality.
My only complaint is they don't have a larger selection so I could buy everything on Thrive from now on!

I was paying nearly double at Krogers for the identical bag of flax seeds. Thrive's Organic Vietnamese Cinnamon is better than any I have ever purchased in a grocery store. Always receive exactly what I have ordered, usually within 2 - 3 days.

I love shopping with thrive. Ive been a member for a year now, ordering once or twice a month. Shopping here is extremely easy to make sure what you're buying is safe for you and the environment without having to research. I have never had a problem with my orders. I've bought food, cleaning supplies, even my yoga matt, all quality items. $60 membership fee is nothing with how much gas and money I save by purchasing though thrive. Not to mention the free memberships they give away for anyone who's not so well off. My friend who is working full time with small children recieved not only a free membership but also an 'allowance' to spend each month! A company that cares gets my business.

I think I'm sticking with Thrive for the foreseeable future. They carry several of my favorite products. So many fair trade and ethically sourced options. This company is socially conscious which is absolutely wonderful. I noticed that while ordering they have a notice for"BIPoC Owned Business" which sent me over the moon.

I couldn't be happier with ThriveMarket.com. The owner/CEO did an interview years ago telling his life story and motivation behind founding this company. I was so impressed I wanted to shop here ASAP. The service has been amazing, fast free shipping on regular-sized orders, impeccable quality food with in-house quality control and catering to health nuts like me along with the normal public. :) And the prices are remarkably low for this quality of food. Check the prices for yourself, keeping in mind these people help feed poor families nutritious food that's free of insecticides, herbicides and runoff pollution! That's priceless if you care about anyone besides yourself. Otherwise it's irrelevant and annoying, huh? :) You decide.
