Everything arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and was packed to perfection. Nothing leaked or broke. Just a little disappointed in the milk I ordered. I should have read the size instead of just looking at the picture which showed the half gallon size 64 oz but I was sent 32 oz. Other than that the prices are not really cheaper so, I may or may not order again there is no wow factor here.

Thrive held onto my credit card info, and billed me for an annual membership which I never requested and never used. They made it difficult to cancel my membership, and very difficult to get them to remove my credit card information from their database. I cannot trust this organization, based on their deceptive marketing practices.

Very sketchy company. I have been trying to cancel my membership since June of this year and it's now December. Customer service is awful. I'm not trying to sound dramatic, but it's honestly corrupt how they've handled my complaints. Do not sign up!

I wanted to check out the site and see for myself what they offered and at what prices. The only way to do this is provide a credit card. It said I would not be charged until a agreed at check out. I am click through to get to see the products and pricing when I was charged for a 30 day membership. I contacted the customer service line and was told that that was non-refundable. I explained I was just looking to evaluate the products and told, sorry, no refund. This is BS and even the manager on call emailed me and said, sorry no refund. I never bought anything, they just charged me for looking at their site. The prices are about $1 less than Whole Foods on some products, All in all, not worth it. I strong NO for me. If you do choose the try them, be careful. They make it easy to take your money.

I have a membership with Thrive because I can easily navigate the site, so as to avoid certain foods that some of my family members cannot eat. I have compared Thrive Market prices to the prices at local stores in my area and, so far, Thrive does offer the best pricing. I check periodically for random items and you all (Thrive) continue to have the best prices. The website design makes it easy to find what I need. Good variety overall. Ships and arrives quickly. The other big selling point is that if a new person joins, they donate a membership to a family in need or a first responder, etc. So that's awesome.

I did not order for over a year and canceled my subscription well ahead of the auto renew. Of course Thrive rebilled me again. I followed all directions to cancel and get a refund and once again they tell me my subscription is canceled but refused the refund. I have ordered any products for at least 18 months.
This service is not worth the trouble. There are much better online services.

I wanted to check my membership then realized I needed to cancel it, with the thought of reinstating it later. I will not do so. They will NOT let you cancel without clicking on a drop down list of reasons. They really won't let you! This can't be legal! I guess I'll just have to stop payment on the credit card.

A friend recommended this place. They had some beautiful plants but non existent customer service. Two "girls" at the front said "we're just cashiers we don't know anything". Told me to walk around and see if I could find somebody to help me. After wandering around for 15 min couldn't find a soul among the plants that I could ask a question. Girls were just standing around and laughing at their table, didn't try to help. Guess I'm going back to Cooks

I ordered some stuff from them and the first thing they did was try to send it to me every month. Navigating the website to turn this autofill feature off was very difficult. Then a month later they charged me $60 for a "membership" I never ordered. I tried to cancel this memebership and get my money back I had to ask 4 times! "what if we give you a $20 coupon" "are you sure you want to cancel" blah blah blah. What a pain in the behind. Stay clear of these thieves.

It may just be me, but when I went to Thrive Market's site, it seemed as if I had to buy a membership before you could find out much about what they offer. The AUTOSHIP is ridiculous. It auto suggests items in your cart and then starts a count down that it's going to ship soon! Freakin crazy!

They get you to sign up without being able to browse the products. I signed up for a month to just gain access. They didn't have a ton of options for my dietary needs and what they did have was exactly what I get at the store for the same or more money. My local store usually runs sales. With the membership fee you'd be paying the same or more and shipping if you don't reach a high enough threshold. I never made a purchase and canceled my account same day and they wouldn't discount the $12 monthly fee because that's their policy. Bad business practice in my opinion to make someone pay 12 to just look at your site when it really doesn't have many discounts or options.

Not only will thrive market sell your contact info. They will continually charge your credit card for subscription fees. Even after canceling. Customer service is horrible. Getting your credit card info. Removed from their system is impossible. I had to have my card numbers changed. Just to stop thrive. From charging my card constantly constantly. Give them your contact info and credit card number. At your own risk.

This is the worst customer service you can ever talk to about canceling your subscription! That is all I wanted to to! Instead of understanding that I just wanted to cancel my membership she was try to sell me on different membership lower membership prices! The throw in 20% off or another 45% off. It's I don't care about anything of that. I clearly told her I made the account to see what kind of products they carried. I thought I canceled it back in 2020 right after I made the account. She still didn't care and just made it hard and difficult to gut simply cancel a stupid subscription!
Why make that difficult! Definitely does not make you want to come back in the future!

Thrive has almost all of the brands and products I buy regularly. They also offer great deals on price discounts, free shipping at certain levels, Thrive cash and discounted prices compared to what I would pay if I went into my local grocery store. It's kind of like Costco or Sam's Club, but for healthy food. Plus, I can donate to others who are in need of food! I just bought $95 worth of groceries and paid $15! In the current world situation, with lots of online ordering going on, this is the best deal ever!

Thrive Market has a huge inventory to shop from with no restrictions or special diets like gluten free. They have an accurate and effective search process. I have found their gluten free menu options are vast, and so good that the "regular eaters" steal things like the worlds best pretzels. (Quinn's) I've only had to contact customer service once. They were relatively effective but not overly friendly. We place an order about twice a month and a few days later there's food at my doorstep! And I can shop from my sofa. SO important now. Overall I say give them a try. I recommend their brand pasta sauces, Quinn's pretzels, dry pasta, bread, crackers and so much more!

We love Thrive! Compared to our brick-and-mortar stores with the same brands, Thrive nearly always has it for cheaper (or if not cheaper, the same; but usually it's cheaper). I don't know what we would do without Thrive, with limited income and my own special dietary needs oh, it's really hard to keep the groceries within budget. The Thrive brand is especially cheap and amazing quality!
On top of it all, Thrive has really great customer service. I've always contacted them through their online chat and they are quick and easy to work with.
I love in the metro are of a large city and it usually takes 3-4 business days (from the date of purchase, to get my box. Not bad!

I have been ordering from Thrive for quite some time. I have the membership and appreciate the excellent service, packaging, and care they take to make sure your items arrive as if you purchased them from the shelf. I get notifications when it's at my door, and even before that when it's shipped etc. the selection and value is so much better than stores. The multivitamin I take is nearly double on a commonly used two day delivery service. I enjoy their name brand products as much as others. I purchase anything from vitamins to GF pretzels on Thrive. Because they offer high quality organic food at below retail prices. They have awesome customer service and give timely updates on the status of one's order. By the way, if you are looking for dry beans and lentils, give Thrive Market's brand a try. They have the BEST dry beans and lentils -- very few beans need to be thrown away. Most are in perfect condition, unlike other brands I have tried.
