I just discovered this market looking for Ripple Barista, which no one sells locally. There's a nice selection of products, but I didn' t find anything to be lower-priced (with the exception of sale items) than anything I can buy locally. In fact, some prices are higher than I pay locally. I do like the free shipping option but doubt I'd order that much each month. The jury is out as to whether I will continue my membership after the free trial.

First of all, thank you for the work you've been doing to keep up with the load you have during the COVID-19 crisis. At this time, our state is asking that we not go grocery shopping unless it's critical. We know you must be exhausted dealing with the stress of your health and filling all of our orders while product is flying. You have been a godsend for the products we cannot find on store shelves and now, with people not taking covid seriously, I feel safer not walking through the aisles.
I have been a happy member of Thrive for years. I can always shop from a huge selection of top brand products at a reasonable price and Thrive branded products are also of good quality. Over the years, I remember a couple of (2) times when something went awry, but their customer service is friendly, quick and efficient about getting things back on track.

I have gluten and dairy sensitivity and always struggle when going into a store to get my old regular items. By shopping thrive market, I am only getting the good stuff that I know is good for my body. The only thing I need to go into a local store for now is my dairy free milk, eggs and fresh produce. I'm no longer going to be distracted by wondering up and down unnecessary isles looking at junk food. Thank you thrive market!

I like how it organizes information, gives a lot of detail about each product, and like very much how it handles items that are out of stock. You can check the box and be notified when the product returns. You do not have to keep checking back to see if it is available.

I've been using Thrive for over a year. I order at least once per month. They have a great product selection and often a great value. While not everything is a bargain, most items are and those that aren't are the same as Whole Foods. Since I'd rather give Thrive my business I'll usually buy from them instead when it works out. Thrive has a social conscience and acts on it. I appreciate that in a company.

I tried thrive market and I am very impressed with the quality of their products. I love that they have sustainable seafood sources. I was shocked at how quickly I received my order. I'm already placing more orders for some of the items our family tried and enjoyed. I like how easy the website makes it to find items under your specific diet or specific requests for quality (ie- keto, organic etc). I live in a very rural area so finding these things at a local store can be very difficult. I will definitely be continuing to use this site and recommending it to others.

I do not use Thrive Market to purchase the necessities and basics. So, especially during these times when shipping and delivery can be unpredictable and may vary, this is a great alternative to purchase items I am not in a rush to buy. I bought 2 packets of seeds for $10, now I get a $60 yearly charge? Says it was free trial? I did NOT get any email notification that I would be charged neither I filled any form for a free trial.
I never do free trials because I know its a pain the b... to cancel them.

We also send trial members an email reminder a few days before the membership is activated and also 5 days prior to your annual renewal. Sometimes these do go to spam. I have never been disappointed Any issues I've had with product or shipping have been taken care of immediately. Thrive stands by all of the products they offer. I really appreciate the option to buy my groceries, especially staple items, directly from Thrive Market. The prices, especially on Thrive brand products, are a new baseline on reasonable shopping. I've been a member for a couple of years, and when the shutdown happened in March 2020 and I was afraid to go to the store, my Thrive delivery held me over! Grateful for the efforts of this company.
Tip for consumers:
Wait for that 1lb of Thrive Nutritional Yeast to come back in stock... best value and lasts forever. Don't be afraid of trying thrive brand. Best stoneground mustard... good coconut sugar, etc.

I really do like being able to order items that are less expensive than I can find otherwise. I just think there should be more to choose from, especially considering that oftentimes there are many items out of stock. I realize these are tough times, but considering that you have to pay to join, I would expect to be able to get what I need. I'll keep my membership for this year, but probably not beyond.

I'm really unhappy and annoyed with my experience. Thy make you sign up for a membership and make it LOOK like you can go month-to-month. When I went to cancel--long drawn out "oh please stay we'll give you so many discounts and a pink elephant." No thank you! Just please cancel it. Oh wait, you paid for a year so I'll just make it not renew--Wait, what?
Total rip off and I will not be going back or recommending to anyone. I lost money in the end and they are completely fine scamming their customers.

I have been using Thrive Market for quite some time now. They are great! The service is top notch. Especially during the covid early days when ordering increased, they were on top of it. It took a few days longer, but came through as usual., Occasionally included would be a trial offer of something based on what I had ordered. Most often I would then reorder from the fun suggestion. I've been a member of Thrive Market for a few years. They have come a long was as far as quickness in shipping. I also thought they did a great job during the start of Covid Quarantine. They offer a variety of great products that are acceptable by my food standards and 80% of the time the products are cheaper than what I could get for the same brand locally. I'm not sure if I just luck out or what the case is, but I almost always receive free shipping and some sort of discount or free product which makes the savings totally worth it.
Any contact I've had with them has been speedy and kind. Sometimes their availability of products isn't great but, you have to remember that they are trying to bring you top quality products at a lower price, which can't always be easy in our greedy, every-person-for-themself, society where money speaks louder than health.
Originally I had planned to discontinue my membership but find the online ordering or products at the price too good to pass up.

Having read some of the previous reviews, I just wanted to share my positive experiences with Thrive. I have never had any problems with any orders made! Also, the membership fee is plainly stated when you make your first purchase. I have never received any products that weren't of amazing quality. The price of the membership may be a little high at $60/yr, but their prices are really great and make up for that quickly. If anything changes I will update my review, but I love Thrive Market so far!

Thrive simply carries none of the specific products, (widely available at other stores), that I was shopping for.
Many of their own labels, not a lot of choice of other brands. May be worthwhile when they increase their product inventory. As it is, not worth the bother just to purchase rice and quinoa.
