I forgot about Thrive Market til recently. With the pandemic I was looking for more places for alternative brands and variety. Thrive market has the best assortment. By the way, their olive oil is great!

My Nutritionist told me about Thrive Market and I am a fan. I can find the healthy products that are not in regular super markets and having your order delivered to your door is fantastic. During the COVID pandemic I did not have to wait on line. The only draw back it that for a few items you must buy a set quantity when you only need 1 or 2 but I will find use for the extra. I am suppose to practice a sugar and soy free diet for better health and the products I have used such as the steak and teriyaki sauces by Primal Kitchen are quite tasty. At first I was skeptical, because sugar free products are usually horrible tasting but not these two. I am quite pleased with the taste of both. I also like the fact that you get a reduced price on several products.

Unlike lots of online grocers, Thrive's inventory tends to be very well stocked, and if an item is not available on one day, the item will be available on another day very soon even really popular items! I am pleasantly surprised by the selection and use-ability of their service, even though they don't have fresh produce or meat. Even in unprecedented COVID-19 times, they get their deliveries out.

I really like Thrive Markets' broad assortment of organic and nutritious foods and seasonings...! These items are always well packaged with care, and usually arrive in a reasonable amount of time. They fill a need in the health food industry for not only traditional organically prepared foods, but also for the more uncommon and exotic items that are more difficult to find. I can find items not usually available in the local grocery stores. The prices are better than at the store. The Thrive brands are of good quality. I used to love Thrive and recommended to others. But lately it does get frustrating that so many of the items I frequently use are not always available and it takes weeks before they are again in stock. This makes it difficult to get the free shipping so I find myself often placing orders at sites that have similar pricing for the items I want and offer free shipping at $20 and not $49. Since you have to pay an annual fee to use Thrive, I think the free shipping minimum should be much lower. The Thrive chicken was good quality at good price.

I have enjoyed being a member at thrive market. In our rural area it is challenging to find any variety in natural, organic and gluten free products. I love the thrive brand products, and Im excited to try the essential oils. I wish shipping was free for smaller orders and lots of popular products seem to be constantly out of stock. Like the coconuat water. My family is Brazilian /American and your Coconut water is the BEST we have had in the US from a box but we can never get it :( Thanks for your quality products and service.

Had to provide my information just to check out their site. When I realized that they did not offer fresh fruits and veggies, I contacted them to cancel. I was told that I would still be charged and would not renew the following month> This is a rip off!

Terrible customer service. Purchased a face cream that was supposed to have no fragrance but it actually had a pretty strong unpleasant smell. Tried to return after 7 days of receiving the order but certainly within 30 days and was told that I couldn't because it's a personal care item. Since it is a non-perishable item, I really don't see how it makes a difference within 7 days vs 20 days. The membership fee is worthless and the majority of products are more expensive than at other places.

When I first discovered Thrive Market it was a concept that as very unique and useful to myself and my family, as we all were following different diets. I found it very helpful the way it organized the products. The products are high quality and, over time, Thrive added their own line.
I have been very impressed with theThrive brand and exclusively order their coffee and Roasted Garlic Spaghetti sauce, as well as different nuts.
I commend their community efforts and always try to give at least 10% toward the current charity.

I had no idea that a membership fee was being charged until I completed payment for the item I was purchasing. This is extremely duplicitous marketing! It appears lots of customers have been scammed in this way.
Any lawyers up for a good class action suit?

I love the service that you provide, I think what would take make it even better is to offer frozen mixed berries and vegetables. My other suggestion is to offer refills for nuts, seeds, spices, quinoa, rice and all these cupboard items.

I find that they entice you with offers of great discounts and incentives yet after you submit your order they come up with some reason that you are not eligible for the "free item" they offered (bait and switch!). I also experienced the "surprise" membership renewal but I consider that to be partly my own fault for not paying attention or reading the fine print.
Overall I think thay engage in some sketchy business practices.

The have good prices on quality products if you can get it in stock or it's not too hot to ship. Don't quite know why it's too hot to ship chocolate and yet when it's not too hot, it's not in stock or their's a limit and yet they can ship meat. Doesn't make much sense. Was very frustrating during the beginning of Covid when they had "limited shopping hours". Thought that was stupid, I mean I don't care if it takes you longer to ship it, just let me order when I'm awake and not at work. I thought they would have grown out of their newness by now, but I guess they are still going through growing pains.

Customer service has been excellent... I accidentally sent my order to my old address in another state and they replaced my whole order (not my free gift tho :(. .)
I love the thrive brand organic nuts but I wish they came in more sustainable packaging... those bags are not recyclable and don't appear to be made from recycled material.
I also wish the packaging was more sustainable in general... I avoid buying liquids since it is aways wrapped in single use plastic.
I wish I could purchase bison meat from here, surprised its not available.

This company is a scam. They charge you a membership fee and you're not even aware of it. To get out of the membership fee, you must speak to someone in their online chat room. If they don't answer or they keep dropping the line, you can never cancel. There is no mechanism to cancel your membership in the account feature on their website. This is a scam and they make it difficult for you to get out of it. I do not like doing business with companies that play these games.

I just spent two days going through 26 pages of vegan offerings (120 per page). I really appreciate the variety, but it shouldn't take so long to get through them. The main problem is there are so many repeats of the exact same items. The other problem is that the site keeps hanging up on me, as it did while writing this review. But I am so glad I tried Thrive. There are so many items I now don't have to go to the grocery store for, and that's a big help during the pandemic.

I am so happy I signed up for Thrive Market! Not only can I have healthy foods I love delivered safely but have gifted food and products to family and those in need during this time. Over a year later just noticed a $59.95 charge on my credit, they saved the card number and charged it despite of my account cancellation from a year ago! The business is so shady I ended up not using their service, cancelling the order AND the account. So if you do not OPT OUT specifically you will be charged continuously for the $59.95
