This site enters a 'hidden' account 'lock' on your accepted payment venue. Despite 'claims' of 'money back', etc., hours of effort could not 'unlock' or REMOVE a renewed authorization for payment of nefarious membership 'Dues'. Canceling our entire credit account - a lot of work - finally exterminated. Catch-22: the 'marginal' positive reviews are self generated as part of the SCAM. One order placed was partially fulfilled... Then, I dare you to contact a Responsible midst this virtual SCAM. 'Jimmy T.' nailed. This is a 'FEE SCAM' just a half step ahead of legal protections.

I was charged a yearly membership fee after ordering a 1st time large order of delicious food! But I did not want the membership. I called Co. And a rep helped right away to reverse the membership fees (PayPal) and she made it real easy with no qualms!

Over communicate resulting to mix up orders. Changes to your monthly reoccurring orders don't reflect. Phoned and asked to change and save still didn't happen. During a call with agent I was put on hold for 10 minutes which resulted for me to hang up but they never called me back.

I received a charge of 64.00 dollars from Thrive Market on my Pay Pal account. I never ordered anything from this company or even knew who they were. Lots of trouble getting in touch with them and PayPal as well. PayPal is acting like it's my fault. Never again I'm canceling PayPal as well.

I love using Thrive Market! I tried it initially for more ideas for dairy, egg, and peanut free snacks for my kids. It has helped us save money on things we already buy, snd now that we buy regularly. Shipping is fast and packaging is great with all recyclable material. I can't rave enough!

Thrive Market is the best company to order from because they think of the community and best of all the environment. Within 2 or 3 days I get my order. They have great prices and service. They use to pack orders with plastic (recyclable plastic) but since last year they have been using paper. My orders have always arrived in great shape and I have been a customer for many years.

I had a problem logging in & they fixed it immediately. I like the remind me option when something isn't available. Luckily it's not often & it comes in quick usually. Packaging is nice. I always reuse box & packing. I enjoy the blogs too

I was very disappointed with the availability of products after paying for a year membership. I realize there's a pandemic and understand Thrive Market is trying to keep products in stock. If I had known how few products were available before paying for the membership I would have waited or just kept on using Instacart or Shipt. The inability to view anything (products/availability) before paying for a membership would totally have changed my mind. The good thing is you can cancel within the first 30 days... I'm sure that's what I will do.

I suppose its my fault for not looking through the website more in depth before choosing to open a membership, I did pay the one month fee and i suppose its not a huge loss, however i did decide I did not want to shop through Thrive market the same day that i opened up my account and paid for it. Short of it is that they dont offer refunds on the membership even though I wont be using it all. Oh well.
