I like that Thrive carries many hard to find items and usually have a wide variety of each item. The "Thrive" brand is way cheaper and is good quality. It saves me hunting for items at a specialty market. Very good customer service and live chat is available if you need help.

I have carefully compared the price of products at Thrive and my local store and there prices are very similar. If you take into the count the membership fee, than you realize it does not make sense. Also, they are out of stock of product very often, even after you put them in your cart you will get a notification that they are not available. Their shipping process is very slow. Save your money and don't waste your time here.

If you ever find a product cheaper somewhere else, let us know and we are happy to price match for you. While we try to prevent items from going out of stock at all, we typically restock every 1 to 2 weeks.
I love this website. I found it at the beginning of quarantine, and I won't ever stop using it. It's great for hard to find items, and so much more convenient than walking through a health food store. I also like how they notify me when certain previously out of stock items are back in stock. A few of the reviews are from people angry that some items are temporarily out of stock. I don't know what they expect when there is a rush on things and the quarantine has made it harder to get things from manufacturers. It's certainly better than risking your health by going into a Whole Foods, and also finding bare shelves! I also love that you can "shop by diet." My daughter recently needed to get on a gluten free diet, and it is SO easy to find lots of new products at great prices for her to try! The prices are great, and I love the Thrive brand products a lot. Thanks for making my life easier and healthier!

I'm not sure what one of the previous reviews is about, but my box and it's contents were 100% recyclable and signed personally by someone at Thrive! Such a personal touch is nice these days. The shipping was extremely fast, the prices were more than fair, the shipping is carbon neutral, and the products came unharmed! What's not to love! Convinced me to do more shopping with them!

I'm so glad I tried Thrive about a year ago. Only once did an item come damaged and they quickly sent me another one. The Thrive organic products are really good and reasonably priced. Photo shows some of the products I order on a regular basis.

I've had excellent experience with the convenience of their deliveries AND the excellent customer service I've received whenever there has been an issue. What I find annoying is how Thrive is constantly touting how much money I'm "saving" by using their service. I'm NOT. Their prices are no better than my local health food store, Whole Foods and/or my local market. They misrepresent "retail price" to make it appear that their prices are discounted. They are not.

The nutritional information and ingredients list are easy to read and know what you are getting. My pantry remains stalked with high quality options and items I can't find locally. Very happy with my new subscription to thrive. They offer many of the products I stock up on weekly and great weekly deals. I'm especially fond of their spices and supplements. The shipping would be my only complaint so far. My last box arrived with 2 items damaged and unusable. They provide a credit code via email which I find inconvenient. I needed the items for the week and now I need to go out and purchase them again I would have preferred a refund. A code I need to search through my email to find will most likely be forgotten so I'm that aspect I would almost rather purchase from Amazon since they're much better with damaged order refunds.

There is no real way of knowing when your order will ship, I'm on my 5th day since I ordered and my order has yet to ship. Meaning I have to go to the grocery store without knowing when it is coming, I also must be prepared for it to come at any time in an apartment building. If this isn't a big deal I have loved all the products I have received so far.

We have switched our diet over to a low sugar/sodium based diet and Thrive Market has a great variety of products which meet this need. We have purchased the no carb noodles, no sugar barbecue sauces and salad dressings, along with the non dairy mayonnaise spreads. Would highly recommend giving their products a try!

Purchased the membership for $59.95 but after a few weeks I realized I got misled! Most of the items I tried to order showed out of stock or "back soon". Some of the common organic products I use are not carried by Thrive Market and those that were available were about the same price as my local store so I'll NEVER be able to save enough on orders to come out even let alone save money. Tried to cancel my membership but I was told that since I had used the service by placing an order it was non-refundable! So much for the 30 day money back guarantee. Had to file a complaint with the California Attorney General for deceptive practices to get my money back.
Tip for consumers:
Be sure they carry the products you use often and check inventory before buying that membership.

I've been a Thrive member for at least 3 years now (might be longer, I can't remember!). I started out slow - just ordering a few things just to try them out, but now I place an order at least once a month - sometimes two or three times a month. I really enjoy the "free gifts" and "free samples" offerings - so many of these were things I might not have even thought to try and now I purchase them regularly. The prices are great - and if you just make sure you have enough in your order, shipping is free. Even the cat food they offer is less expensive than the pet food store for those same brands. They have quite a number of items I can't get anywhere else - so because they are unique, they make great gift items as well. And I donate a small amount in each order because it makes me feel good to support Thrive in giving healthier food options to people in need!

Watch for the free gifts and free samples and just always make sure you order enough to get free shipping!

Great products and good prices however...
The welcome back offer of "30% OFF" was very deceiving. 30% OFF was in bold lettering and the $30! Maximum discount print underneath shop now was so tiny it was almost Invisible.
This sort of advertising really takes the "punch" out of your good will effort and was a bit disappointing.

I had a great time looking through the Thrive Market website... but anytime I had an issue about anything there was a wonderful staff member to help me out. I received my Thrive Box today... I learned very quickly that some items are a little small for the price, but there are items that I cant find in whole foods, and shopping online has become kind of fun. I did end up ordering an item I didn't like, but Thrive was great! They refunded the money in the form of a credit and told me to take the product to a nearby food bank.
Honestly I am very happy with Thrive Market and will definitely continue shopping with them.

I received my thrive shipment on time but the chipotle lime mayo was broken. Luckily the glass and mayo was contained in the bag so it did not create a large mess. I called support and spoke with Fiona who helped me immediately.

I went on Thrive Market's website in January of 2021 to look to see what they had as far as products. Apparently I put in my credit card and had a few things that I was going to purchase then decided against it. They charged me a membership fee at that time of 59.95 even though I did not purchase a thing, and I did not catch it. Fast forward 1 year and I noticed a new charge on my credit card statement. They auto renewed my membership and charged me another 59.95. I had to basically cancel via the chat bot! I basically had to go online and buy some items to recoup some of my hard earned dollars that were charged, but I will not get back the original membership fee that I was unaware I was automatically enrolled in. What an utter fiasco. You guys suck!

Customer service was expedient, polite, and generous towards me. I was gifted a one-time courtesy code, so that I could still get the deal when I placed my order, today.
Additionally, Thrive Market has ALWAYS had the BEST products around. I've been using their services for a few years now, and am consistently impressed with their quality.

I've ordered from Thrive for the last few years, and have always appreciated the ease of ordering from them, the varied selection they carry, how quickly my orders arrive, how well packaged they are, prices, and that the modest membership fee helps others eat well who may not be able to afford the higher prices of organic foods. I love having the option to donate to this fund with each order, as well. Hey and even during the pandemic chaos and being hit with what must have been a massive demand for goods, they did such a great job at communicating and getting back on their fast track as quickly as possible. I give them room for error, but rarely find any! A couple of times something has unfortunately leaked during transport and they have always taken care by replacing the item and refunding.
