You just lost a customer. We ordered a frozen box and 4 of the items of food we ordered was not in the box. We chatted with someone and was not given the option to reship the forgotten items. They automatically gave a gift card, not back on my debit card. Now we have to pay for shipping because the cost is lower than your free shipping on frozen box delivery threshold.

"Guaranteed Savings" okay. Sure. I went to a big chain store as well as a trader joes after placing my order here and supposedly scaring so much money. Every single thing I ordered was the same price, if not cheaper in stores. Seriously. Even things I thought I'd have trouble finding in stores, I found and was the same price. Thrive just makes up random numbers and calls it savings. I saved $30 according to my order. In NO way is that true. I can guarantee that if I bought this same order as close to possible at trader joes or Walmart, that it would be around the same price. It actually would be cheaper, because no shipping fee or membership fee. I also had a bad shipping experience, as well as a bad customer service experience. FINALLY got my package though. I can truly say I wish I'd never heard of this company and will be canceling my membership immediately.

I do not take the time to write reviews often but had to make an exception in this case. I was lured to Thrive by great prices on products I enjoy but was hesitant upon reading the reviews about having such a difficulty canceling membership. Against my better judgment, I placed a large order and hoped for the best.

The order arrived quickly, well packaged and there was great follow up. I had a problem with two of the items I ordered and assumed at that point I'd be canceling the membership.

Thrive was easy to reach, I spoke to a human right away. I explained my concern and they went above and beyond to make it right.

I'm extremely pleased with the customer service I received, overall a good order experience, and I'm going to continue my membership as I feel comfortable if I ever have another issue it will be handled well.

I have not had any feeling of them being dishonest in any way. Good company and I'm glad to give them my business.

I loved that you could filter for your preferences. I'm vegan, and that helped me a lot. I found that the majority of the things on thrive I could find at my local stores and I'm not too busy to just go shopping, so... I don't want to pay to buy stuff that I could be buying without paying...

Thank you for a lovely variety of products to protect the earth, a surprising variety of food items, great customer service. My only negative is the size of some of your cleaning products, larger containers of bleach alternatives would be nice and the same actually for all of your laundry products. Other than that no problems. OH! I almost forgot, a lovely variety of wines.

I shop a great deal online and I buy a variety of foods, nutrients and skincare products. Thrive offers so many great items including some that I do not find elsewhere. Prompt shipping with items that are well packaged so that they arrive safely. Customer service is well done as well. I am well pleased with this company and highly recommend.

I really want to love this. I have most of our shopping on subscription services at this point and Thrive would make it one step closer. But I am finding so many things I'd want are out of stock. It's almost worse to see that it's there but not available. Pages and pages of things that you can look at but not purchase.

I just placed my first order. I am curious as to why a membership is required for this online store. I cannot give a review about the service, quality, or cost until I have received the products. The shopping experience on the store site was good... very user friendly and easy to find specific items as needed. The only negative at this point is the cost of a membership... that extra expense causes the total cost of products to increase.

I only buy my supplements from Thrive like fiber, kale powder, probiotics, etc. The best prices and the best selection. Seems like all the fiber supplements in grocery stores have added sugars or artificial sweeteners, but i finally found a great one on thrive at literally 40% less than amazon.

We absolutely love Thrive! We are able to find organic items, healthy alternatives, and eco friendly household items + so much more on one website! This is amazing considering we live in an area that doesn't cater to our shopping and diet preferences as much as we would like. And we love the discounts. Some of our favorites are the Stasher Bags, Thrive Diapers, and Primal Kitchen condiments. So many fun things to try here.

I was a fairly satisfied customer. However I needed an emergency surgery a few weeks before hurricane Harvey hit. Then I was laid off temporarily, but found only a 2 week expired coupon for 30% off. I did one of those live ask, and they only way I could have afforded my cart (and it actually end up being almost exactly The same as amazing prices instead of their usual higher prices) was for me to get the 30% off, they did offer me 20, even 3,20 % off but would not give me the 30% that I would have used had their enot been a hurricane or a surgery. So I discontinued my membership and will not be returning again. I feel like had they really cared they would have just offered me the one 30% off
Like I was given.

Thrive Market is the least user-friendly merchant I have ever dealt with online. They automatically signed me up for an annual membership that I didn't want and won't refund my money. Also, they do not back order items in your order. If they are out of stock, it is up to you to reorder them and hope they arrive and pay your own shipping if you don't have enough items to order for free shipping. NO INTEGRITY.

If you check a product's nutritional statement and ingredients it is sometimes impossible to return to where you left off.

I was told I would receive a notice when out-of-stock products became available but I never did. But i found those very same products on other websites.

I love being able to easily shop gluten free category and get things for very often for cheaper than anywhere else. I am however often disappointed when certain items are out of stock and also the variety of items even offered. Today for a small example, I really wanted to get some black licorice but its not offered gluten free - only the fruity licorice is gluten free.
I'm hoping you'll be able to offer more variety at some point. Thank you!

I'm very happy with Thrive Market. I became a member several months ago when I started the Keto diet and was in search of high quality Keto-friendly foods. Now that I lost a ton of weight (yes!) from the diet and am eating some non-Keto foods now, I still am shopping at Thrive and highly enjoy it. I am very brand-picky and brand specific, and Thrive offers many of my favorite brands for a significant discount (for example, I'm a faithful Dr. Bronner's fan). Also, I appreciate the company's values and feel very good about spending my money with them. I highly recommend them if you are looking for high quality, healthy products, particularly if Thrive carries one of your favorite brands (which you will get at a great discount). By the way, I have also been introduced to new products and foods that I otherwise would never have heard of had I not become a member, and those food/products are now regular staples in my life. I am grateful for Thrive! Thank you!

I am pleased with the products, prices, & sales. I HAD been pleased with the quick shipping when UPS was the delivery carrier. Sense they are no longer contracted with UPS & are with FrdEx. (early fall, 2019) delivery service has taken a huge turn for the worse.It took 3-4 months to get the right carrier listed for the tracking #. Last 4-5 orders have been matching. Does seem like delivery is becoming quicker. Today FedEx listed package on truck but said Shipment Pending. Contacted FedEx, report was made. It WAS delivered so FedEx was to blame not updating their info. FedEx has been having delivery issues, not just with Thrive. I will NOT order any frozen produce from Thrive. Don't want to take the change of thawed meat. It seems there is some improvement in delivery, but the trust it is fixed or will be delivery quickly is not there. Thus my rating of 4 stars, in hopes I am correct that shipping will continue improve. It's taken a few months.

Site is good; shipping depends on where you live & who the shipper is,

Living in our rural valley, shopping in town is a 80 mile round trip for me. I like the convenience of using Thrive Market online. I can research items I'm unfamiliar with, find items I know and have had no problems with the Thrive brand. While items may be a little pricey, so is the 80 mile trip to town and making several stops here and there for what I'm looking for. Thrive Market works well for me.

I absolutely love that you can search by dietary restriction/preference. My sister is a diabetic ketogenic and it is crucial we keep her diet in check - Thrive makes this easy and even exciting to find new products we love. I am not a big fan of subscription services, but I believe Thrive proves it's worth by being transparent in the products they offer and their "Thrive Key Values," being actively environmentally conscious, and have an user-friendly website. Trying to encourage more of my friends/family to join. One suggestion: part of the membership benefits could be reusable containers - like the milkman :D Have you ever considered partnering with LOOP?

Great products and really excellent customer service. The only thing that stops THRIVE from being a truly excellent company is their absolutely awful packaging. They have moved away from solely using recycled paper for padding and have started wrapping EVERY SINGLE item in a plastic bag. In one box, there might be 20-40 plastic bags. This alone makes me want to stop shopping with Thrive. It's a tough pill to swallow.

I love that Thrive does the research on products for me. I trust their choices and the products are good quality. My only complaint is that some products are not restocked as often as I need them - more so now during the Pandemic so I assume this will be resolved once the economy improves.

I've been a Thrive Market customer for a few years now. I've always found their pricing to be the best, they have excellent sales (especially for Whole30!) and when there are any issues, they handle it right away and with a virtual smile!

Tip for consumers:
I usually add things to my cart as I run out and wait until there’s a free item (Or sale) that I need or want to try before placing the order. I also like the Thrive brand products, and you get Thrive cash to spend.

Products used:
I use the Thrive brand olive oil, almond flour, collagen peptides, sea salt, and a ton of others. Great quality.
