First, we are thankful for how much you do for veterans, teachers and people in the community. Second, my wife orders from this site and she gets so many things she needs with her gluten free/Whole30 lifestyle. We understand the times now are changing (COVID-19) and shipping is delayed, but in general, Thrive ships promptly and our things items are secure and cared for in thier boxes. We had one shipment recently that had been damaged by the carrier and Thrive gave a refund of all the damaged items even though the damage was not Thrive Markets fault. They have excellent customer service.

I buy $6 tea, come to find out i'm signed up for a yearly membership (that they give you no knowledge about or else i wouldn't have purchased anything) and a month later they take $65 out of my bank account! Then i'm hit with $40 insufficient funds in my bank and i couldn't pay my bill that day which resulted in another charge. I've literally NEVER! Had something like this happening to me online horrible horrible scammers

I have been a member of Thrive for a few years. I love the products and the mission and vision of this company. If an item is ever damaged during shipping it is replaced immediately. The only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is the frequency that the items I am searching for are unavailable. However, I suspect that this is not a Thrive Market issue, and rather a supplier issue beyond their control.

The shipping has been faster than ever! The sale going on right now is super nice too. They have mostly excellent products with a saving big enough to really help. Only about $5 a month & I sometimes order 3x amonth. They have been good all along but now even better. This makes me very happy to know I can count on them to stay healthy.

We motor homed around the country for 10 years... in state parks, and generally not near a premier market like a Wholefoods, and we are careful with our diet, it was tough. Started with Thrive about 4 years ago, so that special items were delivered to our RV. Have settled into a Condo, and although Publix does a good job, there is not all the specialty foods we need... so still get a weekly delivery and you beat Publix's prices, too!

I wrote a review about my issues with trying to cancel and still being charged a fee. After my review someone contacted me, looked into my issues and refunded money that I was charged in the past. Although I appreciate it very much, I still can't recommend this service. I was originally given such a hard time and it took over a year to be refunded money I shouldn't have been charged.

I had the same problem as others, except I called multiple times and online chatted saying I want to cancel my account after my trial, then charged and then charged again the year after. I've tried to get my money back and explain I cancelled and all they offered was credit to use on the website- not to my card. Also, to make it a 6 month membership. They failed to say the credit expires and now my membership has expired and I can only use the credit IF I pay my membership fee. The only reason they haven't charged my card the membership fee now is because they have my old card on file. But they keep emailing me to update the info. SOOOO unhappy with this situation.

I thought I had cancelled my membership last year safely as to not get charged the membership fee. Got an email this year asking if I wanted to renew my membership...?! Called to find out I had not confirmed my membership cancellation (after I already told them I wanted to cancel) and they charged me the 59 anyways... Feels like a form of theft, and completely dishonest practices.

I started a strict diet 8 months ago and am so glad I have Thrive Market to order my healthy food from. The town where I live has no place to buy healthy food so Thrive Market has been a life saver! Everything comes packaged so well. The few problems that I have had have been resolved quickly. I know that there have been delays because of the pandemic, but I feel that Thrive Market is doing the best they can, and do a good job being honest and up front with their information and what to expect. Great products, quality information attached to products and what to do with them...
It's more than just quality content attached to the products, you can tell there is care and enthusiasm towards their products.
Not gonna lie, it's silly so many people are upset about membership fee. They communicate it very very clearly throughout their site and emails.
If people do not do their due diligence to cancel a membership, it's not the company's fault for their lack of follow through.
The only shame for the company is if they still charge after the cancellation.

Today I got on - - I ordered about $200 worth of products and at the end it charged my Amex account but then at the end it said "Error try again"... what does that mean? Did my order go thru or not?

Prices are good and ordering is easy. Just wish they had a larger selection of vegan sub's. Am on McDougall diet. Only one vegan egg choice. I want stuff that Walmart does not carry or Broulims. Kroger has downsized it's vegan section. Thrive step up and fill my needs and you will get my business. Otherwise it's pretty good. I just joined up and put in an order.

Initially they had products that were hard to find in stores so being able to buy them from one place was helpful. But overtime many of the brands are now available in stores and are at a cheaper price. So after you pay the price from thrive and then add in the membership costs it really doesn't make any sense because you end up paying way more. Also, I've had the membership for several years and once the pandemic hit they just flooded their market with new members which made their ship time up to 4 weeks to get anything. So in a time of need I couldn't even get anything from them. I do think their quality and customer service are good, but not enough to overpay for it.

I ordered from Tribe on Sun. And the order was here on Tuesday. Many of the things were really hard to find at other stores. One item, a bottle of coconut amino sauce was cracked on the top, so a little of the sauce had spilled into the plastic.

I was so very excited until I realised the adds showing what could actually be bought, was different then what is actually offered after signing up. It was incredibly disappointing to realize this wasn't going to be a place I could do most of my non-perishable shopping. The fact that free shipping is only available after spending $49 is ridiculous and the supposed discounts on items aren't worth the membership.
Bottom line, if you don't have access to another type of healthy grocery store, this might be helpful to pick up a few items, if they have them in stock. Otherwise waste of money and time.

I love everything about the company but have some issues with the website. My time is important to me and when I look under a category (Thrive Market products for example) there are pages and pages. As I go through I see on many of these pages products are repeated from previous pages. The repitition is frustrating as it takes time to review it against items I have not seen yet.

I got a membership and placed my first order because some friends suggested it. First, I thought I wouldn't have to pay the membership fee for 30 days because of how it was worded. Then, I thought I'd be getting $20 toward my first order, not just the first order over $49. They didn't have some of the common items that I would expect like ginger shots (only ACV shots with ginger) or elderberry syrup. The chain grocery store down the street even has those and this is supposed to be a health focused site. Unless I'm looking in the wrong spot, the website is organized a little strangely. I placed an order and we'll see if I like what I got, everything had great reviews but so far this hasn't been the experience it was hyped to be. Hopefully it gets better from here.

Didn't really like the products, and procrastinated cancelling my membership. (I only made one order). On day 31 got charged the full $59.95. Absolutely unwilling to refund the membership. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service. And the whole experience.
