This morning I woke up to an email stating that $59.59 was taken out of my account though pay pal from Thrive market. I NEVER NEVER NEVER signed up for a 30 day trail membership nor was I given notification that money was going to be removed from my account because of it. I tried to call today but they are closed. I see I am not the only one with this problem so I am taking it to he BBB. This is absolutely crazy. They are trying to rip people off! I don't see how this is legal if I never was informed during my transaction that I would be under a 30 day trail. I would have cancelled the day after or went with Amazon.

I love Thrive Market! I am on a very difficult diet called the AIP Diet. Thrive makes it so much easier to find the basic and specialty ingredients and products I need. I also love that it is more affordable than other specialty grocery stores!

Product outages and delays have been significant, in the face of the Covid19 emergency, but Thrive has been exceedingly diligent about keeping us informed. That is all that one can expect in such a situation, and we have appreciated it.

They have good price on a range of keto products. And the often have specials.

So all in all, a very good service. And you get your money back during first order or at least I did.
Delivery times are quicik. And you will be amazed out thoroughy they pack items.
Highly recommended.

I I got an email out of the blue from this company a couple weeks ago and both unsubscribed and placed the email in the spam folder. Now today they charged my credit card $59.95 for a yearly subscription. This company is frauding consumers and charging their accounts without their approval.

Where the hell is the Federal government in looking into this crap!

Once they have your CC info, you're trapped. You can't delete your CC info on your account. You can't cancel membership online. I tried calling multiple times and they have not picked up the phone during business hours. I will do a chargeback on my CC but should not have to go through all this. Terrible.

I would like to see more variety. I would love it if they offered avacado or nut based margarine/butters. I also like Skinny Girl products especially the popcorn. Paul Newman's has a microwavable popcorn in stores that is made with sea salt. That would be great to have.
I purchased a few things. I see the commercials all of the time and thought I would try it.

I just made an order and the experience was easy which I liked and appreciate! Sometimes it is so difficult I just quit and don't buy. I like the discounts but I have to admit I probably can't afford the regular priceswe will see.

I'm Paleo and its wonderful to get Paleo compliant items all in one place. I was getting a few products at one store, another product at a different store. And they are still less expensive than what I can get at the regular grocery store. And there's products I can't get anywhere else, that I have found I can't live without!

I enjoy the products I purchase from Thrive. I have not liked everything I've purchased, but I enjoy the experience of trying new products. And I have found some new products through Thrive that we love. Some of those have proven to be very beneficial. The site is easy to use. I appreciate the opportunities for free shipping. It's been a little frustrating to try to re-order and items be out of stock, but that's everywhere due to COVID craziness. Also, through the freebies, we have found a few products that are on our regular order now--so those are a definite plus!

Products look great. I have enough stress in my life. I tried to place a order but a product is not available in my area. What! It is stock but I can not get it delivered to me. Thank you for the the free account because I am on the Front lines of the Covid 19. This a great treat for my family because of the prices at the grocery store.

Love the store, HATE the way they send you your products - NO PACKING SLIP. Say b /c they are going green. Does not make sense. Then I have to print it and it is page after page of products ordered when they could do it and include it right from the warehouse. The responsibility is put back on the consumer. Their meat and wine DO include a nice packing slip...

This is the first time I place an food (groceries) order online. I didn't know what to expect, timing and quality of the product. I am happy to report the turn around time was very impressive - I received my order the next day! The Items I ordered - I am happy to report they surpasses my expectation! Lastly, which is a piece that is important to me - is the SAVINGS! Double YEAHHHH!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Thrive! My hubby and I both work full-time and commute over an hour to work, so that doesn't leave much time to shop, not to mention it's not easy finding some of our favorite healthy/Paleo brands in our local stores. So Thrive keeps me stocked with all my favorites and then on the weekends we just have to pick up a few veggies and other perishables. Really simplifies things for us. And they package everything SO well! Nothing has ever arrived damaged or broken, and I order a lot of items in glass bottles/jars.

We were customers before Covid and have had to adapt to the new procedures. I'm so grateful that they have remained available even with the inconvenient changesI know they are for the good of the employees and customers. It is like Christmas in our home when we all get to unpack our box!

I have only been a member of ThriveMarket.com for less than a month, but rarely have I seen a more conscious website. You DO have to purchase a membership after your first free month, but Thrive donates as much money possible to feed the poorest parts of our country. For instance, I was educated on an Indian population (I think Lakota-Sioux) 98% of these people live SO FAR below the poverty line that they can't even get a vehicle to get them out of there for essentials like medicine and food.

My dollars spent and your dollars spent FEED this indigenous population. AND! OMGosh... thy have wonderful food and even better customer service. If you don't live in a place that has a Whole Foods, ThriveMarket.com offers an inexpensive and delicious way to eat organic, raw and super-foods.

It's fantastic, and needs our attention and support.

You save, you help others, and you get great quality products. I've never had an issue with an order or a shipment so I can't speak to customer service but, having been a partner with Thrive since the beginning I can say they do listen to their customers. During COVID I've had to spend weeks away from home and Thrive has been great helping to get my products where I need them and when. I know I can trust the products they offer. We've been very happy with Thrive.

Getting to the point of ordering an item takes far far far toolong, Cut out all of the 'What are you interested in'. People know. Get to the point. You will lose 60% of your business if you dont remove the extended introduction

I was continued charging member fee twice in November 2019 to Jan 2020, the customer said they didn't charge me in 2018, so the added the missed one. But i didn't order anything in 2018. I called the customer servicer, they said that i would be charged every year since i regist an account in the web.
Be careful, The company was charged automatically on you account and would not inform the customer.

Really loving Thrive and being able to get my favorite Dairy Free goodies in a time when Amazon/ Whole Foods delivery is no longer readily available. I love that I can search items based on my low carb/keto diet and try new brands at a fair price!

Like many other people, I joined Thrive Market in March during the Covid-19 pandemic. I was disappointed that I could not get all of the products I needed - namely flour and yeast - but I understood that there were higher than normal demands. I was disappointed that my membership started when I joined, rather than when I was able to place my first order - in late May. However, I have been impressed with the products I have received and I will definitely continue to shop here! I still haven't been able to get yeast or flour, but my other supplier came back in stock, so I didn't need it. I tried other pantry staples in both brands that I knew and didn't know. I am excited about the Thrive brand and I have been happy with the quality of their store-brand products.

This is the worst customer service you can ever talk to about canceling your subscription! That is all I wanted to to! Instead of understanding that I just wanted to cancel my membership she was try to sell me on different membership lower membership prices! The throw in 20% off or another 45% off. It's I don't care about anything of that. I clearly told her I made the account to see what kind of products they carried. I thought I canceled it back in 2020 right after I made the account. She still didn't care and just made it hard and difficult to gut simply cancel a stupid subscription!

Why make that difficult! Definitely does not make you want to come back in the future!

I checked my bank statement and see that Thrive Market charged my account for $59.95 for membership. I in no way authorized Thrive Market to charge my account and no membership was ever offered to me. I dont sign up for memberships. This isnt uncalled for. The one item I ordered for $29.95 has never arrived. Dont do business with this company.
