I found Thrive Market through my son who was using the Ibotta App. I have a dairy and gluten allergy and they carry everything I normally buy that is hard to find at the grocery store. I have found that their pricing is very competitive and lower cost than at the stores.
I am staying at home due to COVID-19 so I find their service is super convenient and they are available for any questions.

I spend a lot of money on groceries. I was excited to to try thrive to save some money on pantry staples. The added perk of a free gift with orders over a certain about of $ was a perk! It was one of the main reasons I signed up. For at least 6 weeks there has been no free gift due to COVID. Really? Take away one of the perks of membership at a time when a lot of people are signing up? Frustrating.

Our latest shipment contained a large bottle of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar. When opening the box, we discovered that the bottle had busted, leaking ACV throughout the box. Fortunately, because of great packaging, the ACV was the only item lost.
I chatted with Shayne, from Thrive Market. She immediately provided us with an online refund to use during our next order. She was great. She turned a negative into a positive.
So happy to be doing business with Thrive Market.

I've heard so many wonderful things about THRIVE. So i decided to try it for myself since i was tired of being disappointed time after time with the trips to the grocery stores. I have to spent so much time looking for what's the best quality and nutritious for my family. It's especially hard when all you see is aisle of sugar. Plus my 2 toddlers want everything they see on tv. This is fast quick and easy. The best part is i can even shop accordingly with my KETO DIET. I'm hopeful that soon enough my family will transition into Keto as well. Making this the ideal way to shop. THANK YOU SO MUCH THRIVE!

I thought I'd try the 30 day free membership. I ordered products and they sent them. All good. Good prices too, but I figured I wouldn't save enough so I decided to cancel. Whoa! Talk about jumping thru hoops to get it done. Cancel online, then wait 24 hrs to get an email from them, then respond that 'yes, you do want to quit', then get ANOTHER email from them telling you to go back online to REALLY quit. So I did, lets hope I don't get any more emails trying to delay the cancel. BAD, BAD behavior from a company.

Tip for consumers:
Don't unless you REALLY think you will keep using it.

A lot of the products I originally wanted in the beginning of my membership were not available so I almost canceled my membership. However most of the items I received have been good although there are still a lot of items I had been looking for out of stock. I had been looking for vegan cheese and was disappointed they didn't carry it since most of the specialty items I would like are a bit of a drive for me to purchase. Not sure if I will stay with my membership when I can get most everything from Amazon.

I actually was excited about this company. The prices, you just can't beat. My problem with Thrive Market, is the inconsistency within their shipping methods. My order is never within the 1-3 days. This time, my package arrived at the OnTrac facility on a Saturday, when it should have been delivered (Because its been delivered on a Saturday before) BUT NOT THIS TIME! When I called ontrac to pick my package up, they told me Thrive has to give their permission, for me to pick up my package. IS that insane to anyone else? I have to get permission from Thrive, after I have paid for my order, to pick it up? So, I called thrive and they told me "we are not going to be able to help you" I would rather pay premium rates, for goods I want from whole foods, rather than use Thrive. Whoever does the shipping SUCKS! It's never consistent and it pisses me off! I'm waiting for food, not a freaking TV. I want my food when it is promised, not when it is convenient for Thrive.

You want to join. You want to buy. Quick accommodating website that's easy to maneuver. I'm buying the same products I was buying at Amazon for a lot less $$ and if you reach a certain dollar amount to earn free shipping.

I am so very grateful that I found Thrive to purchase food. The quality of all products is unsurpassed. Since finding Thrive I will never renew my Costco membership again. I find the size of the products and the quality fits our family. The meat and seafood is excellent and I don't have to shop. Eating a Keto like lifestyle is easy with Thrive. Then I add a CSA vegetable delivery and I never have to run around and shop again. There is true value with Thrive membership.

Fresh organic fish and chicken always arrives fast and beautifully packaged. Having a food delivery service has been great during the COVID lockdown and we will continue ordering from Thrive afterwards because the quality of their products is highest.

Thrive Market has helped us to stay at home during the COVID-19 pandemic, offering up many of the items we typically purchase and some we have never heard of before becoming a member. We absolutely understand the reason for extended shipping times, and we try to shop ahead of our needs to make up for that. Thrive Market has been very communicative of delayed shipping times. I really wanted to like it. I wanted to like it because it's one less thing to do on my list, running to the store. I wanted to like it because it's healthier options. I wanted to like it because "it's cheaper".
I just signed up two days ago and I'm sadly not impressed. Maybe it's just the timing, with the shutdown happening. Maybe Thrive is busier than normal. I don't know but 8/10 times I'd search for something it wasn't available, the more expensive version was. Seemed to be out of A LOT. Also, I don't find it to be much cheaper than the stores. I'm not sure if you're comparing prices to a different location, but I think it's more expensive than stores around me.

Wanted to like it. :(

I bought a item by them without realizing that i would be charged a membership fee.
When i was charged i sent them an email telling them that i didn't realize that there is a yearly membership fee.
Within about 2 hours i got a responds to my email with an offer but when i refused they sent me a link to canceled my membership and they refunded my money.
No questions asked.

We shop so much here that sometimes I think its because its just so easy to click. I think overall we make good choices but its pretty hard to go wrong on here. I am greatful that so much though is put into the selections offered. I am also graetful that the prices are much lower than at the brick and mortar stores. Also its worth noting that Thrive gives back by offering free memberships to those in need.

I signed up for the free trial, but they ended up charging me for a year membership by saving my creditcard information. I chatted with customer service who said that's the deal when you sign up. When i told them no and wanted a refund, they tried to get me to sign up for a subsidized plan. I said no is no and wouldn't pay or order from a site that scams you into membership. They said they refunded me and guided me deleting my card information, which suddenly appeared after the call.

We also send trial members an email reminder a few days before the membership is activated and also 5 days prior to your annual renewal. Charged me $60 in 2018 and this year $60, for a membership fee that I wasn't aware of. Luckily I caught it because I have PayPal alerts. Yes, they are thriving from scamming people and I see there are many that have been charged the fee. They think they're Costco? Lol. They sell beans! I need a membership to buy beans?

I was having trouble placing an order. The system did not like my payment info. Jason helped me get through a maze of issues and wow, he was so patient (even while he was thanking ME for MY patience). So now I have an order in place. And that's at a substantial savings over my local grocery store -- which I cannot visit anymore because I am in high risk category -- 85 years old. THANK YOU SO MUCH, JASON.

You better be sure you want to be lifelong member at Thrive Market, because they will not let you cancel your account or delete your payment information to prevent further autobilling. Not to mention, the prices aren't THAT great. I've found better at iHerb.com. Will NEVER use Thrive Market again, and warn everyone that has an interest in health foods to avoid them at all costs.

Any & all issues I've experienced have always been answered & addressed by Thrive's phenomenal Customer Service Team. I always communicate through their website's Chat Window. Latest Issue (very minor) was letting them know that my last order of their Organic Sprouted Popcorn ended up to be stale. Since this is one of few carb snacks I allow myself, I wanted to be sure that I wouldn't be sent the same batch in my new order. Was asked if I could take a photo of packaging. 10-min later (bc I'm not so tech-saavy) w/ Rep patiently waiting, I was rewarded w/ a $10 Thrive Cash bonus (which was 2x the cost of popcorn!) It is because of their Customer Service -- their standing behind the quality of their merchandise -- that has me happy to be a member! (I've never had this degree of joy shopping at Costco -- overwhelming; product sizes too big; TP & paper towel buying isn't all that thrilling.)

I purchased one thing a year ago and then received a $60 membership fee - I didn't sign up to be a member and received no notifications that I would be charged - They think enough people wont notice the $60 charge.

I am so glad i discovered Thrive Market where i can buy organic, healthy products much less expensively than at the big box stores or Amazon. I almost stopped buying though as a result of your support of BLM, but the other places i can buy are no better. There are much better places you can support to help black Americans than the Marxist BLM that tries to destroy families.

Thrive helped me get going and stay on Keto by catagorizing items so I could find ketogenic foods easily. Other than one shipping delay just after the Covid problem started I have always had timely and accurate delivery of orders.
