I love being able to find healthy foods without leaving my house. During Covid 19 shutdowns, it is such a lifesaver! The only thing I would change is more vegan options.

I am glad that they carry products thatI use every day at a better price then grocery store. I also save gas and time because products come to my door.

Just placed my second order with Thrive. So far I am very pleased with their selection and their prices! It is also nice to see that they are philanthropically minded.

Why would I spend $60/yr for absolutely nothing in return? That $60/yr you want me to pay for another year doesn't include free shipping on my orders, regular discount codes, or anything at all. All it does is give some low-income person a free membership and pays Thrive Market's CEO and employees. This is the only way their company is staying in business!

I thought when I paid the $60/yr fee in 2017 that I would get 25-50% off the listed prices on your website but that isn't the case. Only first time users get a steep discount on their first order if they use a discount code. All the discount codes won't work after you're a member!

With my $50/yr Amazon Prime Student Membership I get free same-day shipping, 2-day shipping, access to streaming tons of music/movies/shows for free, exclusive discounts, free returns, etc. With this $60/yr Thrive Market membership you don't get anything at all, not even free shipping (unless you spend $49+ each time you order).

Thrive also doesn't have the cheapest prices on many items. Compare prices to Vitacost, LuckyVitamin, iHerb, Amazon or a local co-op in your city. You may find the price is cheaper elsewhere.

I canceled my membership because the $60/yr fee is absurd and doesn't give you anything in return besides the occasional "this product is on sale" or "free coconut oil with you next order" email.

I bought 4 small items in 2016 with a trial offer and then proceeded to cancel my membership within the 30 days. I had lost my job as I explained to the rep, was looking to cut costs and could not pay $60 a year, along with a Costco and others that essentially offered the same thing. They offered me a half price membership for $29.95 and I still declined. Believing this was taken care of, I received a renewal today for $59.95 and found they had been charging us $59.95 since 2016. My husband pays the bills and was unaware since he doesn't question me for purchases unless it's very suspicious ( ie, $500 spent in Panama). I chatted with a rep., who said they would refund the last charge and send the other inquiries to their resolution team.' What? These people are crooks: I will be contacting my credit card company and the BBB. What a harassment! The majority of the reviews are very similar: I wish I'd seen them before signing up for this debacle. Essentially, I've paid $150 to buy a jar of mayonnaise, honey, creamer, and some crackers. Just awful.

Environmentally friendly and best choices. Reviewers be kind during the COVID-19 please. Yes they run out of stock of my favorite things but are still the same ethical company.

I ordered some seafood from this site. The shrimp is the worst I ever had! Also, you cannot even unsubscribe it through their website. You have to call them!

I feel great about buying from Thrive! But it is on the expensive side- will be using this for certain products but will continue to go the grocery story.

Like that I can get the variety of organic, hard to get food at good prices. Many of these items are not available where I live or priced outrageously.

In an effort to avoid Amazon and big chain stores, I switched to Thrive, and could not be happier! Easy ordering, high quality products, and speedy delivery. Highly recommend!

What can I say, amazing products, selection, and unbeatable value in such a convenient platform. I love the carbon neutral shipping and giving back to the community as well.

Prices are reasonable. Great variety of products. I love their bath products, cleaning products, food... Delivery is quick and order is well-packaged. Definitely a first-rate site for healthy living.

A bunch of grown individuals, who clearly did not finish high school, because they cannot read the big bold print, that clearly states MEMBERSHIP', right when you arrive.

The site is FANTASTIC and offers items for nearly half the cost of a foodstore, or target. Everything is always fresh, and I'm not sure where these people are getting that reviews are generated by fake people, but we clearly have people here that do not eat healthy on a daily basis.

Unbelievable! I ordered online not realizing it was a membership site. I used my paypal acct but did not have that cc info online. NOTHING was referred to as a membership or that it was dependent on that. 4 days following on a SUNDAY, they charged my PAYPAL card ( which was NOT on file on my acct) for a membership. I saw the charge immediately and emailed and canceled the order ( which had NOT gone out) wrote an email and told them to cancel the membership which they had no authorization to CHARGE. "LaTanya: replied that she was sorry but there was already an order placed and they did not refund a "membership." No membership info was given at the time of the order. Thus she essentially "lied". Now, I will have to tackle it w. Paypal but i will call TM as well. After reading reviews, I do not envision any success there... BEWARE!

Like thousands of others on the web posting, I was tricked by ordering a product at a fair price, and then a month later charged some kind of hidden membership fee. Apparently this is detailed on their FAQ page - that's actually how they explained the ripoff to me - why would anyone read that? If they ever intend to become legit this would need to be posted on THEIR HOME PAGE.

Thrive Gives has been a great aid during the pandemic. I've ordered more during this time than I ever had sine I became a member in 2017. The prices are fair and the customer service is wonderful.

I can find great products here for a fair price. They run a lot of promotions and send me discounts on new products to try. I like how easy it is to order and finalize my purchase.

As I can't comment on what the cancellation process is, I can, however, comment on the bogus reviews about people not knowing they were automatically enrolled in a membership with Thrive. I have not signed up with them or ordered with them so I can not comment on any thing aside from the fact that when you enter your cart prior to check out there is a HUGE box under your subtotal that very clearly states that your first purchase starts the trial and goes on to inform you that after the 30 day trial you WILL be charged a yearly fee automatically. This information box is located right below the subtotal box and right above the grand total box. The only way you can miss this is if you're just blatantly not paying attention. Even if you scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to the check out button, the information about your automatic membership is big and bold about two inches above the checkout button so I'm not sure how people are claiming that they were "unaware" they were automatically signed up after they admit to making their purchases. Again, you have to really not be paying attention to miss the very obvious statement. If I had to guess, that is probably the reason it is so hard for people to try and get their money back when they claim they were unaware of this membership term. I'm also not sure if the membership price is worth it, only because I've browsed the product and only select items actually appeal to me and my household needs, however, other families may benefit from their selection greatly!

Wow. I don't know if I can express how satisfied with Thrive. Start to finish, top to bottom. Jethro treated me with absolute professionalism, courtesy and kindness. I am making it a point to share my experience with Thrive to everyone I know who are conscious about what they buy and from whom they buy it.
