Ticket Center will grossly overcharge for tickets. My stupidity by thinking they are a reputable company cost me $125 for an $8 parking ticket. And when I contacted them they assured me that the laws and regulations allow them to rip people off and they feel good about it. Please look for other ticket options before being grossly overcharged by this unscrupulous company

My elderly wife called them to buy minor league baseball tickets for the grandkids. She was not told their face value, nor outfield location, nor extra fees. We got no detailed receipt and were charged $389.97 for 6 tickets that turned out to be readily available from on official seller for $50.82! This feels like elder abuse and more!

Having gone to buy two tickets and clicked pay I quickly realized my mistake and tried to get the transaction reversed. No human to talk to and a web site that is unhelpful. Bottom line is that you can't get a refund even within 24 hours (or 24 minutes) of making the booking. A complete fraud of a business which should be avoided.

Got 4 tickets totaling $607 dollars as a Christmas gift for Cirque De Soleil. I looked on the venue website and same day/time, seating was $37 dollars each seat. This would allow a total of $148 for 4 tickets plus the service fee. I got ripped off by $400 dollars. This should be illegal. I do not even recall how they showed up online and I felt into this trap. This is a $400 dollars extra that I should not have paid. I got a very far way seat/aisle in a very tight awkward corner, Not even a great access view. Come on brother and sisters We should challenge this illegal practice. I will fight my card payment. I am trying to get a photo of my receipt so post it. This is not a little more it is a LOT of more money.They don't even give you the electronic receipt until 24 hours before the event. And I paid this last year. No more ticket-center for me. Please, please, please, buy from the venue website instead of ticket-center. As you see my receipt and the price directly from the venue site is only $37 dollars for each ticket. Even for seating that is way lower and. Better. I am pissed.

Reseller who artificially marks up tickets and messages that "tickets are low, selling fast"
In my case costs were 3X what Ticketmaster was selling. It was early & I didn't read the small print stating they "PRICES MAY BE ABOVE… GOING RATE". This tiny print "discloses" and makes it so you can not dispute. Hard lesson to learn but hope that others will see this. DO NOT USE. CONSUMER FRAUD

I bought tickets from this website, I had some issues with the tickets. Their customer service is horrible, non existent and rude.

If you are unlucky enough to find yourself in this website, don't walk, run as fast as you can.

I order tickets for a performance in NYC. Charge for 2 tickets $319.
Price of the tickets $50 each. An email to print our tickets arrive less than 2 hours before curtin time. Impossible for us to make it from North West New Jersey. Cannot get a refund. They keep misrepresenting everything to the Credit Card Company. Pity that you don't have 0 stars

Made a mistake and clicked wrong day. Tried to cancel MINUTES after purchase and would not allow. Ticket prices also 3 times more expensive than direct from venue. Their customer service must memorize lines. Would just repeat " we do not take supervisor calls", when asked to speak with a manager. However, they would often "consult" with their team. Received tickets the day before event. Was told my only option to get my money back was to resell. However, selling tickets was not available to me thru the app. DO NOT USE SITE

Definitely stay away from ticket centers! Huge scam! My daughter was on line looking for tickets to Garth Brooks and because their website doesn't say up front that it's a ticket reseller, my daughter paid. Then she was notified about being a reseller and she tried to cancel the transaction and was unable to. After reaching out to the company myself, I was told they don't give out any addresses in the United States and they are based in the Philippines. Complete scam! We'll stop payment but hopefully this warning helps others. This company should be shut down from doing business in the USA

So yeah, I bought tickets here thinking it was ticket Master because the sites look similar. After all going back and forth creating new email addresses and getting confirmation that they released my tickets to the new email, nothing. Never got my tickets. Had to buy tickets from the real ticket Master, got them that same day. No trouble from ticket Master. Don't get dupped by this crappy thieving site. They'll steal your money, I got taken for $275. I wish I could give negative rating, but I can't so I had to click 1 star. We should all file a civil suit against them.

In the event you need to buy tickets for your event I would avoid purchasing them on this platform. Although there is a purpose to have policies and guidelines in place I find it disheartening that there is an absolute no refund or purchase cancellation policy. In an attempt to cancel my order within minutes.The company claimed there is nothing that they could do. I feel that this is poor customer care and that there should be something in place for the customer to be able to recall their order within a specific timeframe. With this in mind I warn the use of this website.

I was looking for concert tickets a couple of times and got burned the first time thinking this was an official site for the concert only to find out after I paid they were NOT. I ended up paying $160 too much. Just went there to buy Roger Water tickets and remembered the previous error but checked pricing anyways and they added $200 in fees compared to what I payed at Ticketmaster the official site.
Be aware this company gouges you with massive fees!

I purchased tickets on January 30 for an event on August 14. When I received my order confirmation, I learned the electronic tickets wouldn't be available until August 13, the day before the event. Because we'll be traveling from out of town, I didn't feel comfortable with that timeframe, so immediately contacted Ticket-Center.com to request an earlier delivery. They indicated the tickets might be available before that date, and I should wait to hear more. It's now June 13. I contacted them again last week, asking them to contact the seller, to see if the tickets could be sent now, so we can make our travel plans. They were totally unhelpful. Chat was our only option--their phone system is not staffed sufficiently.

What if we needed to re-sell the tickets ourselves because of a schedule change? What if these tickets are bogus? Again, absolutely no customer service or support.

I have used TicketCenter a few times. They are fine if everything goes according to plan. The last time I used them I had a family emergency and could not attend the concert I bought tickets for. TicketCenter basically said tough sh--, too bad for me and good luck. There is no way to resell them on their site and other websites like Ticketmaster and Stubhub won't accept tickets from TicketCenter. If you use them, just makes sure nothing goes wrong.
