Do to covid-19 the lizzo concert was canceled. They first emailed me stating that they were going to issue my money back to my credit card that was back in March. Two months later on May 20th they emailed standing they will no longer issue a refund. What they will provide is a store credit a store. The thing is they don't have a store so how am I going to be able to utilize that credit. I am furious because it took them over 60 days to tell me that they will not refund my money and basically I'm out of $200.
I'm sorry they're going to give me a 25% off coupon
I ordered tickets December 22 for an event on May 14. To date the link has never worked and TicketCenter cannot find the problem. Not happy!der Details

Thought I was on Ticketmaster site through AMEX. In the 3 minutes to purchase tickets they give, I realized I was on the wrong site. I called them 30 seconds after purchase - the call center is a JOKE. Would not refund, still don't have the tickets, so I can't resell. I have opened a dispute with AMEX. Anyone want to buy 2 non-existent Paul McCartney tix for the same price I was scammed out of? Could be yours for $550. DO NOT USE TicketCecter for your tickets. You will be out $$ and not have tickets either.
The tickets were $52 for a wrestling tournament there was a $15 fee just for the online tickets! Tried to cancel with in 24 hours of ordering and was told I could only get store credit!
I thought I was on the Phillies website when I purchased the pre-paid parking tickets for a spring training game. Apparently, I was wrong. I paid $67.50 (I have no idea why I did that). When I got to the stadium the sign said parking was $13.00! After the game I stopped by the ticket office to see if there was anything I could do... but there wasn't. But the guy told me the name of the person that sold me the tickets. His name is Jeff Gardella and is a know scalper. When I emailed TicketCenter I got a miler-Daemon message say that the email could not be delivered. This company is a fraud.
Had santana tickets for the concert in nashville, it was cancelled, ticket center said i would get credited for another concert tickets then refused took the money and told me tough luck

This company makes it look like you are ordering from the venue itself. Shows you a service fee of $8 which sounds reasonable. Sends an email where you can download your ticket NEVER SHOWING that on top of a reasonable service fee (which in turn is now called a delivery fee) adds a SERVICE FEE (Never mentioned and never shown in email until you call and cannot cancel) of $34 THIRTY-FOUR DOLLARS EXTRA PLUS DELIVERY FEE OF $8 bring it to a total of $42 EXTRA DOLLARS PAID for a ticket! Dispicable company! BEWARE! I'm waiting for it to post to my credit card company so I can dispute the charges!

I purchased 4 tickets to the Grand Rapids Nutcracker, paid 74.00 per ticket seats A7-10 orchestra for December 21 2pm. When we arrived, 3 tickets scanned and seat A10 was not valid. The box office at the site verified that the seat had already been sold. I tried connecting with ticketcenter.com through online urgent text-----fail, then spent 10 minutes trying to finally get to a person with customer service. The first person took information, then hold for 10 minutes, the 2nd person had to take all the same information, then stated that the only thing they could do was start an "investigation", and they would "sit down" with the seller to find out what happened. Not at all willing or able to give a refund and did not want to make it right. NEVER BUY A TICKET FROM OTHER THAN TICKETMASTER ----this company is a scam
This company is terrible to deal with. I purchased tickets for a ballet for me and my daughter. I never received the tickets and was contacting them several days ahead of the event to ask where the tickets were. They refused to help. When I contacted the box office of the venue directly, they stated that they were never sent any orders from Ticket Center. When I contacted Ticket Center, they blamed the venue and told me to continue to wait for their system to update even though the venue box office told me that they needed information from Ticket Center for tickets to be located (which Ticket Center refused to provide). Needless to say, Ticket Center (which is a division of Vivid Seats BTW) took my money, never sent me the tickets, nor helped me to try and locate them up to the day of the event (and past). I never did get access to the tickets and now have had to dispute the charge since they refuse to issue a refund for goods not delivered. I was also told that I had a 100% buyers guarantee but yet never received tickets or a refund so not sure what that guarantee covers. TERRIBLE company that steals money. Steer clear and use another ticket company or buy from the venue directly to avoid being ripped off!

My March 2020 is 'postponed' due to COVID-19. I called wanted a refund. The gal told me events need to be CANCELLED before full refund given (company policy). Event was cancelled in July, but Tickets-Center still claimed postponement. FINALLY-in Mid-August- an email appears offering STORE CREDIT. They claim because of COVID-19. So, in MARCH I can get 100% refund, but now in AUGUST: CREDIT? Shady business practices to hide behind a pandemic. You have my money - just give it back. UPDATE: After this 3 days after this review went live and when BBB was contacted - A FULL REFUND WAS GRANTED. No Apology - just a full refund back on my credit card. IF YOU'VE BEEN MESSED BY THIS COMPANY - File a grievance with the BBB.

Mlb preseason games cancelled that we bought tickets for. This had been our retirement bucket list to do/ both on ssi now, saved, bought, and now hold worthless tickets and this place will not refund.
THIS SITE IS A SCAM, you receive the tickets at the moment they want to send it to you, not when you paid. You won't even know what your seat is until your ticket is sent to you. HORRIBLE customer service! I ordered tickets for an event (general admission ALONG with assigned seats), but when Ticket-Center sent me my tickets they were only for General Admission at a face value of $8 and they OVER CHARGED me at $35 a ticket! This event is not even sold out as they are selling tickets at $8 for general admission still. Ticket-Center stated that the $35 a ticket was for admission AND for assigned seats but they did not send that to me. COMPLETE RIP OFF! I ordered 19 tickets but paid for 100 if you account for face value (they got me but it will not happen again and I hope everyone sees this review and does not use them). I called their customer service MULTIPLE times, got through the first time and the girl said she was sending me to a supervisor but she lied and sent me to a recording. I tried to call 5 additional times and no one answers, it's all automated. I also sent multiple emails... guess what... same horrible service NO RESPONE!
