Was trying to get back to normal life after the fires devastated our community only to find out this company quadrupled prices. Tried to get a refund. No refund policy. So terrible
Our "customer care specialist" does not deserve this title. She was incredibly rude and not at all helpful. I would NOT recommend this site to anyone that I care about.
2 tickets $285.50 thought they were in fron. They were in back and actually cost $70. This site is a scam. Tickets transferred but no bar code or q code. Do not use this site.
BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM
TICKETCENTER.com
My wife purchased tickets for me to a UCONN Basketball Game but the game was postponed due to COVID. When we called to get a refund customer service was very bad then they said they don't give refunds for postponements. They said IF the game is rescheduled we will notify you. The game apparently was played at a later date NO email or phone call was received from Ticket Center. We called them and was told after a long wait they sent the email. We didn't receive this email, we ask for a manager…GET THIS SHE THE RECEPTIONIST SAID THE MANAGER IS GOING TO TELL YOU THE SAME THING. So no refund your telling me. That is correct sir.
I was looking to purchase some concert tickets at the Orange County Fairgrounds online and a website called tickets-center.com popped up so I proceeded to order tickets thinking I was getting a good deal on this website they have pop ups that tell you if you buy one set of tickets you can get 20% off the second set you buy. Which to my surprise I was actually getting ripped off big time by these shysters. I did not realize this until a day later after buying these tickets that you can buy them directly from the OC Fair website for face value. This so called tickets-center.com is a website that gouges you and makes you pay way higher for the concert tickets. I did contact them and they will do nothing for me. I spent 1196.76 and the exact same tickets are for sale at the OC Fair Website for 452.00 so this website did not give me 20% off my tickets they actually overcharged me triple price of what I should have paid for these tickets. And actually their website is set up to rip you off when your on it and it sucks you in saying they are giving you an extra 20% off then they put a timer on screen like somebody else is buying the tickets so you have to hurry. Its a major scam operation and they don't pity anybody they just take your money and should be shut down in my opinion. I have asked for a refund and they refuse to give me one. I also asked for their address to take them to small claims court in which they wont give me. Most people think they are buying from the seller direct the way this website it set up. This company is a racketeering outfit that has scammed thousands of people out of there hard earned money charging them triple the price of tickets. They deceive people and gouge them they promise a 20% off but actually charge them triple the price of face value for the tickets in which you can buy on the venues sight that they are impersonating. They are a tricky outfit.
Over priced tickets. Twice as much as getting tickets from actual venu. No refund policy. And they do not disclose any information about venu. Such as health or vaccination requirements.
THE WORST COMPANY, TOTAL FRAUDS, STAY AWAY! Had tickets to Hamilton for March 14th. Theaters shut down due to Covid. They refused to refund, only gave us credit. This credit EXPIRES in FOURTEEN MONTHS. Covid will no doubt still be raging, the likelihood of anyone going to the theater is very low. No one on their "customer service" chat line or via email will tell me whether they'll extend the expiration date on our credit if this happens. If you try to "live chat" with a rep, they end the chat before you can even get your question out! Clearly they are trying to deter people from calling and complaining. They are the absolute worst.
Bought three tickets... not only will you pay through your nose but you might receive tickets that aren't even next to each other (like the ones I received)!
RIPPED OFF! BEWARE!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... bought tickets 1 year ago and because of COVID it was cancelled was sent a BS coupon for later event. Was told if I do not use it by the time it expires we lose it all. This company should be ashamed of the way they do business.
WARNING NOT the company you thought you were going to. PAY ATTENTION to your browser URL. It looks legit and you will get tickets, but at 4 times the cost when they add in the "fees." I wasn't aware of the fees until I received my confirmation email. I immediately tried to contact the company, but it wasn't easy to find contact information. When I connected with the company I was told there were no refunds, PERIOD.
ABSOLUTELY AWFUL... wasn't able to download tickets in spite of all efforts... the process was made much more difficult than it had to be... a hundred dollars for two tickets that i couldn't get
They canceled an event Monster Jam due to the weather they refused to give me a refund lying saying the event was not canceled I thought I purchased a ticket through Ticket Master and it was Ticket Center never again they rob you and they over charge you
The concert was canceled, rescheduled and then rescheduled again for a year from now and they refuse to refund the money. Worst place I ever got tickets from and never again.
They offer 100% money back. Our event was canceled and they refuse to give us our money back. We lost hundreds of dollars and they refuse to respond to our lawyer. They will steel your money.
I'm pretty disgusted with 'Internet Referral Services LLC' who own the ticket reselling websites Ticket-Cebter and Seats with the way they handle business My g/f bought tickets through their platform ticket-center.com to a sold out show here in Southern California. However what she thought were tickets for that show were not event tickets but we're tickets to avoid the line to get into the venue. The tickets presented made no distinction that they were NOT actual event tickets. We took a screenshots of the actual page listing the tickets she bought for reference and it's a good thing she did. After paying nearly $200 for what she thought were the concert tickets she gets a email saying she just got a pair of front of the line passes (that go for only $20 a piece at the venue). We called their customer service number provided on the website which is actually handled by TFS (Ticket Fulfillment Services LP - so your not talking really talking to Ticket-Cebter customer service directly). The so called representative was a complete creep. They stood by their strict no refund policy even after we explained how the tickets were misrepresented on their website and we had actual screenshots of them and asked for that person to even go to their own website and look for themselves. No use. He would not listen. I asked to speak to a person in charge of his department and would not do that. So buyer beware. I looked them up on the BBB website and that have nearly 5000 complaints against them over 900 of them being in this past year alone.
This is an American pirate site. The charged me 5X the listed ticket price from the venue price. Don't buy from them. To be safe just buy direct from the venue that has the event
I purchase tickets June 7,2022 for s game that's September 11,2022@1:00pm the biggest game in Atlanta. If I could give no stars I would. When ordering your tickets make sure it states Ticketmaster not Tickets center. This fraud company stated that they sent me tickets and not to use those and that they would send me another set. When I called to complain the English speaking rep transferred me to broken English John who claimed he was the Senior agent who was very rude and did not apologize for me not receiving my tickets. He gave me a number that was close for the weekend wow. John also told me that they had no refund department and he could not transfer me to no one else. After that unprofessional call I called back and guess who answered the same English guy who transferred me broken English John. He now transferred me to Angel who barely spoke English who was reading off of a monitor. Needless to say I have been bamboozled out of 283.00 and one of the biggest games in Atlanta. So I'm thinking the seller sold my tickets to the highest bidder.
SO AGAIN DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM Tickets-center.com make sure you only order from Ticketmaster. Remember I warned you
This is a scam I guess I will be watching the game on TV.
The tickets I purchased from this website would not be refunded even though the date of the event kept getting pushed around. You have no way out if you buy from them. Dont PURCHASE AT ALL. SCAM.
Answer: Ticket Center will not issue refunds, but instead issues store credit. Conveniently blaming all cancelled events on COVID-19, in which they changed their refund policy due to COVID-19. This was never their policy beforehand.
