Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars

Prices are very attractive and shipment is so fast, I received my last order in less thans two weeks (France).

TX3 - a good choice indeed, shipment was in time, had some problems at first due to firmware but it all worked out after last update (oct 2016 i think), wireless good, kodi runs well (kodi 16), no problems since then. Thank you

Thanks to PayPal I have been refunded. Emails from Tomtop take a few days but always bs excuse on why I didn't receive item yet.

I made several orders on tomtop.com - every single order arrived in very good conditions! Once I had a little quality problem with a set of carbon propellers, but the tomtop support solved it very quickly. So i have nothing to complain about. I could absolutly recommend this website for people, who want to buy from germany!

Tomtop has a great selection of products at reasonable prices. All the products that I have purchase are good quality and just what I expected based on the website information. Shipping from the local warehouse is fast. Shipping from the China warehouse takes some time but is still reasonable. I would definitely recommend this online store.

Great price for purchasing an item from the EU warehouses. Order was dispatched right away, and delivery could have been faster but it was DHL delay and not Tomtop's. The app is also very good to track orders and to find cheaper offers. Thank you!
Edit: I'm still very happy with my purchase, but one thing I don't think is right is that there seems to be no after-sales support. In the page the link is broken and I've written a couple of emails to them and after almost a month I still haven't got an answer. Luckily my requests weren't important, but I'd really appreciate some kind of reply at least.

Ordered a cellphone dispatch within 24hrs but 3 work days later nothing, live chat waste of time so i want to cancel. Finally chat with someone says sorry truth is posted one hour ago but site not updated to prove that fact, what a bunch of liars they are just another reason to stay away.

If you try to get something from this website it's a scam! Now my dad got this but his bank is woodforest bank, and they gave him an email that it's a fraud. Christmas is about giving not taking. Tomtop should rot in hell. Sorry for the rude language.

So, initially I was doubtful on ordering on this website because of mixed reviews. I've never had an issue buying online and was hoping this not to be the first.
I bought a Xiaomi M365 Electric Scooter from TomTop. All the process was excellent. I received my scooter today through UPS and could not be happier!
Seller provided tracking, although it took nearly 13 days for UPS to receive the package, then it was just 3 days for me to receive it. Unit working 100%, I saved quite a few euros vs local price. It was a great shopping experience and customer service did not take more than 24 hours to answer my questions.

I had bought 4 products in the last 3 months. All of them was good packed and I received them in good condition. Prices was very low because all products I ordered as flash deals. Nevertheless products work very well. Delivery to Poland was usually after 2-3 weeks (super saver shipping).

I'm never buying from this store again! Don't waste your money! I spoke with a person on the customer service chat and this person was very rude. Instead of checking on my order and tracking she told me to try back later because that person was going on break! I mean really?! Why in the world are you checking messages then? It's very fishy! Obviously customers aren't important! I had to contact them the next day to see if by any chance they could finally check on my order! On March 30,2020 due to the worldwide quarantine I ordered a pack of face masks from TomTop. That was my first experience with the site so I only paid 20 for 10 masks and I thought let's see what happens. Well, it is May 28 today and after three weeks of e-mailing each other they told me the refund is not possible unless I am sending the item back to China. Since I am not getting the package and it surely has been lost because of this pandemic chaos I cannot send it back to get a refund. What is this Catch 22? Aliexpress always refunds me if something similar happens. Alwayssss. I would like to puke on TomTops managers head.

It appears to me that Tomtop appreciates their customers. They show their loyalty by staying in contact and offering return customers extra savings on products. I call that GOOD business! Honestly I have not yet dealt with customer service regarding faulty products because everything I bought so far has been excellent. I'm sure if I need help they will be there for me, and that means I'll keep buying from them.

Nice cheapo quad with headless mold and altitude hold which works ok... Not great. This new jag of selling drones that only take proprietary batteries sucks, and while I have seen cables that charge the battery outside of the quad, mine came without it ( $ 5 0n Ebay) Hubsan products still shine and TomTop was great.
