Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars

Nunca tinha comprado na TomTop Wholesale Center, só que procurei comentários sobre a loja e só tive boas indicações, entrei no site para fazer minha própria a avaliação, com um site muito fácil de navegar, com valores e frete para meu país, e principalmente ótimos preços, então decidir comprar! Realizei a compra de 3 produtos com ótimos preços, logo apos confirmar a compra em menos de 12 horas já tinha recebido notificação de envio. Os produtos chegando com +/- 25 dias corridos, todos em perfeito estado e bem embalados, e todos os produtos vieram corretamente e funcionando perfeitamente.
Sempre vou voltar a fazer compras na TomTop Wholesale Center e recomendo que faça os seus pedidos também, pois não se arrependeram.

Telefon zamówiony 02.08.2017 w bardzo dobrej promocji (łącznie wyszło ponad 150$ mniej niż cena pierwotna!). Z racji zainteresowania troszkę czasu zajęło im przetestowanie mojej sztuki (i nieszczęsny weekend po drodze+8 godzin różnicy czasu). Przesyłka nadana została do mnie 09.08.2017. Poprosiłem o rozwiązanie problemu z cłem i tak oto po kolejnych 7 dniach telefon przywiózł mi kurier UPS do domu:)

He comprado un xiaomi m365 y aunque todavía está en proceso de envío, ya que, lo compré hace dos días; quisiera decir que estoy muy satisfecho con el servicio online de Tomtop y su rapidez para resolver problemas. Les pedí si podían cambiarme el producto por otro de distinto color y tras unas cuantas gestiones, me dijeron que no había problema alguno. Muchas gracias.

Je suis satisfait que des sites comme Tomtop existe car un loisir comme le modélisme radio commandé coûte assez cher en Belgique mais grâce à Tomtop je peu plus facilement me le permettre car les prix sont bas et la qualité reste quand même aux rendez-vous.
J'ai 6 ou 7 commandes au total et eu zéro problèmes.

Fazer uma comprinha de 50 dolares não dá para avaliar, devemos tomar cuidado com esta empresa, simplismente não tem um atendimento e não respondem. Eu tenho uma série de reembolsos a receber há 3 meses da compra(baterias de lipo não embarcaram por restrições) e até agora não informaram nada, ai pedi ajuda ao Paypal sobre uma compra, então pagaram sobre pressão é claro, uma somente, mas as outras estão pendentes e sem informações (pagas no Boleto). Fiz 20 ordens e gastei mais de R$ 3.000,00 e eles me devem R$ 600,00 aproximadamente. Este é um aviso para que outros não caiam nesta situação. Boas compras a todos em outros sites
