Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars
Here you can buy original products for the right prices. If you can wait and periodically check for coupon code the price you'll get would be best on market. I bought a wireless keyboard and Xiaomi wifi camera and completely satisfied with shipping time and service. Of cource you should know what you are going to buy, check online reviews of the product. Recommend to save this store to favorites!

If you are on the fence about getting a Les Paul kit, this is the one to get. This is the rare time you don't get what you pay for! The maple cap was figured beautifully and the set neck fit tight like it should.
The electronics and hardware are adequate for a practice guitar, but a pro will one to upgrade to high end pickups and some better tuners.

Extremely disappointed! Paid almost $10 extra to expedite shipping & the "Anti Theft Laptop Travel Backpack with USB Plug" was supposed to arrive between 7-12 days. It took 16 days. After using the bookbag for a little over 2 weeks, the lining is fraying and coming apart from the inside of the bookbag and there is a hole where the zipper and inside of bookbag has come apart. I had to sew it closed. Piece of crap! A bookbag from Walmart is better quality than this! Don't purchase, and if you are dumb enough to purchase such a poorly made bag, do not pay extra for faster shipping. We will never purchase from tomtop again.

Tomtop are a trustworthy company; they take customer service seriously and because of this I always recommend them to my friends.
There was one occasion when I had to inform them of a malfunctioning device I had purchased from them and their response was both positive and quick.

I order a board game on November 27th with a 5-12 day shipping time. I received a tracking# and assumed everything would be fine. It is now Dec 18 and still no game. To make matters worse I have contacted China Post; the China post; not one of the many side sights that will track China Post shipments and was informed by them that this is a fake/invalid shipping #. They have never received a package with this # associated with it, which means they NEVER shipped my product. I would stay far away from this company and save yourself some hassles!

I ordered a product on 8 August and expected it by month end. On 4 September I asked for delivery address to be changed because there was no longer anyone at the delivery address on most days. I was told tis cannot be done until it is returned to Tomtop as undelivered. I have not received responses to a number of my follow-up emails to the Support email address and I still have not received the product nor any indication of when it will be received. Today is 11 October and this is totally unacceptable. At the least I expect replies to my emails. No reply to my 3 and 9 October emails. Very frustrated.

They will not refund for damaged orders.
I bought a product that uses batteries from TomTops when it arrived the parcel was a thin brown paper envelope unfit for overseas packaging. The item inside was broken not physically but would not turn on. (Tested batteries twice). I quickly told TomTops the problem. But they say they packaged the parcel themselves and refuse to refund me. THIS IS WRONG. Do not use this very badly run company.

I would be happy to write feedback, but the trouble is that there is nothing. Negative advertisements, however, may be I do because my money is on you, the product you ordered is nowhere. Support does not respond to questions, does not provide information, ect. The ordered product was expensive because I did not have it. I can not say anything about it here either.
One sure! The contestant GearBest is also cumbersome, but at least they respond to the complaint and the question.
I have written a number of letters for support, but 2 days ago it does not work, MDS message comes in response. They actually fooled me...

I've only bought a couple of things from Tom Top and after one of the items was failed to be delivered I was a little concerned as you hear a lot of bad stories about Chinese sellers. However Tom Top were excellent. Communication was constant and the were very polite. The problem was resolved and a refund given. I would definitely recommend to all and I will be buying again

I ordered something on priority shipping witch is 3 to 6 days for allot of extra money. So first they dont come and than they say they dont have it in stock. Im like ok. Fine. They said it will come in a week so i said to my self ok. 2 months later no order received :( i am really angre and lost 50 dollars on this site :(

I made a purchase from tomtop.com, received the product was not working, not as described, and useless, send emails, photos and videos to the seller as they requested, but did not workout, I requested for refund, they finally agree to refund if I send back the products back to them at my cost and they received the products. The shipping cost will be much high than I paid for the products if I use UPS to send the products back to China. I have sent the items by USPS at my cost, that almost same as the price of the purchase, but they still denied to refund as they said they did not receive the items (They give me the address in China was not a valid one). They stop communication with me since then.
In summary, this is a scam seller, who sell useless trash as good products with high price to make money, and you will lose more money to send the item back to them.

I placed an order, the shipping cost was calculated and I paid 40 USD using PayPal.
Five days later they contacted me to ask almost an 30 USD more in shipping cost because they later discovered that my address is a "remote destination". I opted for cancelling my order and having a refund which they accepted. After a couple of weeks and a few emails sent, there was still no refund and no reply from them. Had to open a dispute in PalPal in order to get my money back almost a month after they received my payment. In business term this is called "Free Financing". Shame on them:-(
