Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.

“I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items.”

I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars

Have ordered several products until now from TomTop and they arrived quite quickly (to Romania, aprox 2 weeks) and as promised. I did not have any issues with the items or the shop and I can recommend it.

I ordered a mini action camera for 20 and it was delivered to Ireland in the specified time. What I received was better then what was described. The camera was well packaged and undamaged on arrival. This is not the first time I have used TomTop and have bought stuff from both their UK and China warehouses. Thank you TomTop.

Tried to order a simple phone, got offered additional accessories to the phone as "package". Paid it, then the ceremony started. Not from same Warehouse, should pay more for the additional shipping costs as this additional item costs!
Delivery promised: 4 Days. Actual delivery -> 14 Days after Payment - WITHIN Europe?!?

TomTom is the type of company that gets you what you ordered quickly and efficiently without hassle. The check out is very user friendly and their long arm of goods to select from is great. The prices are more than competitive.

I am from INDIA and I have bought two items from Tomtop till now.
For the first product everything was smooth and great, delivered on correct time.
For Second item, even though they shipped on time i never got the product. But now they have refunded my cash.
That is why i gave 4star, there is still room for improvement.
Improvement needed-C
1. Tracking in buyers country(there was no tracking after product reached india)
2. Better customer support options for India.(Even though Chat is there it is not upto expectation, there is No time specified when chat available and all.)
3.No calling option for customer support in INDIA.

I had the same experience from eBay seller TomTop-w that another reviewer here had. I purchased a wireless mouse; it worked, so I left positive feedback and then purchased a second one. This one was defective. I contacted TomTop. They asked me very nicely to take the mouse to a repair shop to get it fixed and they would reimburse me $2 to get it fixed. I responded that no repair shop would fix it for $2. They again responded asking me to get it fixed for $3. This back-and-forth went on until the eBay/Paypal claim period was over. They never gave a refund, never authorized return, never sent a replacement. I lost 100 percent of the purchase price.

Nice website you get your product on time but the only problem is of the refund. I actually got my credit card blocked but they still didnt agree to refund in any other and faced a loss of $90. But still all the rest came fine.

Tomtop has some real deals. I am happy with everyone of my numerous purchases. Everything I have ordered has been exactly as it was advertised. Delivery was better than expected considering it was shipped from a foreign country. Electronics are a plus when it comes to price. Will I buy more from Tomtop... you betcha!

Very unhappy with TOMTOP. I purcased an item from them it cost 157.00 it was defective never worked. They promised for months to ship me another on never did. Finally they told me they would return my money if I shipped the item back to them (in China) the shipping would cost over $320.00. It was originally shipped to me from the City of Industry in southern California. No shipping charges. I am going to pursue this. I have been interview by an L. A new station. All I wanted was a replacement unit. Don't buy from them!

Do not waste your money on this company they sell fake items. We purchased LOL confetti dolls and they show pics on their website of the real dolls, but we received fake dolls that are broke and discolored. They are trying to make me pay to ship them back before getting a refund. This would cost me more money than what I bought them for!

The first order had a defect in it. I bought a headlight for a bicycle and the wire is exposed because the screw was lose. I contacted Tomtop via email and sent a picture of the unit. They would not do anything. So I'm stuck with something that works but has an expose wire installed in a bicycle that is exposed to the elements. Not really safe to use. I tried to screw it back but it keeps coming off.

If your thinking of buying something from these folks, be very careful. If the item works good for you. You got a good deal, however if the item is faulty you are about to embark on the worst customer service if personally have every seen. After I had to pay for the faulty item to be returned, I'm pretty sure they sent me the same item back. It was such an ordeal, I decided to cut my loses and throw the item away. I chalked it up to a lesson learned.

I ordered 3 frigid spinners from TomTop on March 20,2017 for $5.97 US including shipping (was not popular then) and never received the goods. I filed a complaint thru PayPal in May 22,2017 and TomTop refunded me right away $5.97 US.
I am not surprised but very upset from the way TomTop handled the case. Knowingly it is about $15.00 US each now (only about $2.00 then), therefore TomTop rather paid me since it is much cheaper.
TomTop, you can save a few dollars for NOT honoring the sales that I ordered but I will make sure that you will lose thousand and thousand of dollars by telling the everyone HOW BAD you are. Good luck to your business. Let's boycott this company.

Ordered a drone website said shipping in 2-5 business days. I waited for two weeks and my order still said processing so I decided to cancel the order and get a refund. Tomtop sent me an email saying I will receive my refund in 3-5 business days and here I am two weeks later and haven't received my money back. Do not order from this website.

Genuine and Big range of products in fair price. It is easy to choose from. There are some segments which are providing a big range of product. To choose from them a easy task like camera and car products,, which are of my interests. It is really to play with the side to get the required item. I love shopping from here. But one thing with hurt me the time of reaching product is painful. It should be reduced any way.

Shipment never arrived because TomTop's carrier of choice refused to ship lithium batteries to the U.S. After seven weeks TomTop eventually admitted the product had been returned to them and promised a refund. Weeks after that, no refund. PayPal eventually had to intervene on my behalf.

I bought a product and I didn't receive. I complaint and they give data in order to enter in contact with my local post office. After several tries and I return to them for help.
They simply refund me. No question asked.
Excellent after sales service.

It may have taken a fairly long time for it to arrive but I understand the origin is far from the destination. Also, the support team responded to me with the tracking details I needed when I inquired on them regarding my parcel. More importantly, I have received my parcel without a scratch!

I initially bought from TomTop on ebay when buying a high quality 2-in-1 lightning and micro usb cable. The product arrived in a timely manner and the quality is exactly as described. I then received an email from tomtop.com and decided to buy directly from their website and it was just as safe and secure as it was on ebay. Paypal was used for both transactions and I received my items promptly and got what I ordered. They have lots of great deals and I plan to check back whenever I need something. Great seller with quality items and good deals. Highly recommend.

Don't buy from these scammers. They promise a lot, but don't follow through. They send you a faulty product and if you call upon your warranty, they are not home or send you off with an insult of a refund (mostly 20 to 30 percent). Never buy, they are the biggest scammers you can find.
