Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars

Whatever you do... do NOT order from this company! I ordered a Hoverboard on December 1st... my credit card was charged that day... was told it would be here by Christmas... It is now January 4th... I do not have the item and cannot get anyone to response to my numerous emails. The site does not even show my tracking number anymore... so basically, it is showing that I have not even placed an order... but my credit card has not been credited back the money they charged to it!

Awful company. Pessima experience. Of 4 purchases I made, 2 of them came with defect and Tomtop did not give assistance. In one of the purchases I lost the product that cost $ 150, and in the other buy I lost a drone battery that cost $ 80. I did not receive any help from Tomtop, even after sending numerous emails to the support. They only knew how to deceive. Tomtop never again.

I placed an order for LOL dolls with this company. I did not receive the items I ordered. Instead, they substituted items. When I contacted them to get the original items I ordered for a refund, they stated that because their items are cheap, they feel they should be able to switch items. It look weeks of emailing to get a final answer. Stay away from this company if you really want the exact items you ordered!

I bought an item with free shipping and a week later received an email asking for more money for shipping.
After 5 email exchange they're now going to cancel the order if I don't pay the additional money they ask. It's a very bad practice and a scam.

Products received were intact really fast
Products received were really fast, the price is real, unlike many other seller from China, which I have bought many from, most will have a price as selling, as during Promotion period, they will rise the price higher than list, after discount price which are higher than usual price. That is my experience, I have bought from other for years till I found TomTop, which when they are on sale, it really sale.
Believe me or not, you can check and browse their products and prices.
Infact, the products are real quality with reasonable price.

I brought laser carving printer from this site but it just work for 25 min. And start smoke. I talked with costumer service but after 1 month they reply i need to buy new head. No support after purchase. When they reply to your emails they tell you only lies. First of all they say that you just need to wait a bit more for the product. When they told me to wait more I contacted my bank to make a complaint about the fraud and after a couple of hours Tomtop said that the product has been lost...

Ordered electronic parts for a guitar last November /2014. About 2 months later I notified them that I did not receive it. They notified me they would send another. When I still did not get my item after waiting 5 months I notified them again. Now they simply do not respond to me emails. Stay away folks.

I recently purchased an android box for an unbelievable price which made me think that perhaps something was wrong with the box. I took the chance anyway and made the buy and here I am writing about it. The box was as good as any inexpensive android box I had purchased from other online stores at almost half the price. It has performed as well as the other boxes and I use it every day since I bought it. As for shipping, this box was shipped from California and arrived via standard mail in about a week. "A Good Price for a Good product that includes fast shipping!" (I paid a few dollars for the shipping but the price was so low that it made no difference).

I purchased a mobile phone with shipping from China. On the page they said shipment 72 hours.
Shipment took place after 5 days.
Delivery, with no cost-free shipping, took place after 21 days of order, a real record, I never received from China, with no shipping before 40 days. No custom cost, exceptional, given the price of the item. My phone works perfectly, we hope it will stay in the future...

I am only posting this review since I was bribed to post a positive review by Tomtop.com. I cannot in good faith write a good review for this company because of the bad experience I had. I bought a cheap baby monitor and it didn't work at all. There was no clear way of returning the product and when I asked for help, I was told to send a video. I sent numerous videos and I kept getting messages to send more. It turns out this particular product had multiple people with the same issue. This back and forth nonsense went on for over two weeks and then no answer. I tried to write a review on the product but was told I had to buy the product to review it even though I was logged on. I finally had to get paypal involved and start a claim. I was able to get half my money back but I have a cheap hunk of plastic to remind me never to shop on Tomtop again. Lesson learned.

So I ordered two packages, one from the site tomtop.com and one from another site. A few hours later I had the message from the other site that the package seemed to be "out of stock" hence I wanted to cancel my order on TomTop as well, so I wrote them a mail. At that time TomTop had only registered the payment. However, it took them 4 days to respond to the mail, actually only when they knew it was delivered

I've used Tomtop on several occasions for gadgety electronic type items and have always been impressed with the speed of delivery (I'm in the UK) and quality of the items.
The only time I had a problem, when an item arrived damaged in the post, it only took an email with pictures to get the refund in to my PayPal. Customer service at it's best.
They are now the first place I check when I need anything, and their newsletter has me wondering how I could make use of the amazing offers.
