Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.

I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars

Tried to contact customer service, after 7 days my order still on hold I don't know if i'll ever get my$ back 239.00 its a drone, everone there must be named shamy and I see her name on rely with the same response, I think we are in trouble...

I am not satisfied with the product that I order from your company. After having it and only using it for almost while out of town traveling. The GPS stopped working. I contact your company and got no where with help on replacing it. No one reached out to try and help me solve the problem.

Got 2 wireless earphines, all good, memory card not working and didn't get money return or another card, it's been over a month ago they answerd me last time about it. So if you wanna spend some money, just buy things with low prices.

Tomtop is very bad seller, they have highest prices and not good supporting. I have bought a smartband called Wanka K2 Mini, it stops working forever after 2 days and they refund only a half of amount that I paid.

Also they emailed all customers and promise that they will give $10 coupon for each good review on three 3 websites. But they do nothing, no responding after I sent them the links of 3 reviews.
So please be careful if you want to order in this website tomtop.com

TomTop refunded my order without giving any explanation. This is 2 weeks after my order was submitted. From what I gathered from other buyers, they have oversold their orders. I wouldn't recommend their services. You will never know when they will cancel your order. A business that doesn't honour their sales is not worth buying from.

Don't buy stuff from Tomtop if possible.
I ordered a mobile phone from Tomtop on June 24, and got a shipment notice on July 31...
However, after few days, I just got a email from Tomtop said that

"Dear customer
Sorry to tell you that we have no suitable delivery to send your order to your province
We will refund for you
Sorry for the trouble"

What?! They can't ship it from China to Taiwan? That's really BS. If Tomtop can't ship goods to Taiwan, don't accept orders.

Tomtop promised 7-10 business days shipping time for an electric scooter Xiaomi M365.2 months has passed without any positive action. The scooter has not arrived finally. The support is terrible, says nothing, they just keep telling me to be patient. After 2 months of patience I fed up and asked PayPal for a full refund. I hope this is just an individual case but I'm very dissapointed.

My frustration is once again getting better of me about the fate of the drone. It has been more than 45 days since you have received the drone which I returned thinking either you will send a replacement or refund my money but it did not happen so. In spite of spending a large amount for return postage, which was more than the cost of drone, I have nothing to show. Your company should have sent a replacement or refunded the money. If with in a week I would not have a resolution to this problem I will have to go to media to expose this shady business practice of your company. It has been over 5 months since I bought this product from your company and lost all this money.

I ordered the bass guitar kit to build and finish it on my own. I was amazed at how quickly the box arrived from TOMTOP (a few days) with everything as advertised. However, there were no instructions on how to put the thing together. So I emailed support asking for their help. They immediately sent back a PDF of instructions which, unfortunately, was printed in Chinese. I was able to go on google and get the PDF translated enough that it was usable, although not as complete as I would have liked. But, overall, I am very pleased with the results of my dealing with TOMTOP and have no reservations at all.

Ordered an electric Scooter with Tomtop (Xiaomi M365). I was sceptical at first but since the Scooter was really hard to find somewhere else online, I gave it a try (given that payment with PayPal was possible). The Scooter eventually arrived a bit later than advertised on the website in perfect condition. Im giving 5 stars because the shop is legit and the prices are phenomenal for some products. I buy xiomi m365 pro electric kick scooter, but UPS (delivery company) call for me and told that the seller suspended my order without any reason. I cant get any information from support by email. I do not know what to do now...

Order an Item from website Tomtop. Delivery time was estimated at 7 to 10 business days. Item never delivered and refund never received. I emailed TomTop and they apologize and agreed via email to refund my money. I follow-up with them several time since 11/22/2015 and have yet to receive a response. On 01/13/2016 TomTop advised that something was wrong with their paypal account *******@tomtop.com and could not issue a refund now. The email suggest that I open a paypal dispute in order to receive my refund, which I did and as of 02/03/2016 paypal closed dispute as unresolved. I still have not received my refund.

I purchased a screen mirroring box through these guys on Newegg.com. The product came in broken out of the box. It had no instruction, and nothing to work with. I used 5 different devices to test it, just to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong and never got it to work. After contacting TomTop, they emailed me something that looked like instructions (all chinglish), but still didn't offer any actual support or insight on the product or troubleshooting the product. Finally, I decided to return the device, and had to pay my own return shipping. After receiving it back, they deducted a restocking fee and claim that everything is working. This place is a joke, save your money.

Hello guys! This shop comes true my dreams. It's really amazing RC quadcopter as i ever buy.My MAVIC pro comes to me for 15 days! Using standard shipping. 15 days! Now same facts about this parcel.
- The parcel had so many dints at body. But Quadcopter packed well.
- Best PRICE for DJI products.
When you buy a toy more then $1000, you really want to know that it's new and not refurbished.
I started tested my copter for authenticity using DJI QR-code. And he was the original and new.
I'm satisfied and happy.
And maybe order Spark in this store at Christmas...

Tomtop is bad in communication, first I had to wait 6 weeks before my supercarver arrived, than with some problems we had it finally to work, sad enough it did work 2 times than nothing anymore, no active machine, not connecting software on 3 pc. S reinstall drivers software etc. Tomtop is asking for a video, hard to film something that's not working, send a picture would do the job to, sad enough we don't get any replay from them, we suppose to have warranty or support, I'm very disappointed in my sale and support from tomtop at the moment

I would strongly advise to stay well clear of this company. I ordered 10 garden lights. Only part of the order was sent and I was offered similar lights to complete the order - I accepted this and then was told that they couldn't fulfil that either so I cancelled the order and asked for a refund.
The lights then turned up damaged and rusty and after several fruitless emails with Tomtop asking for a refund and how to return the unwanted items, I involved my bank's dispute department. After many weeks Tomtop eventually agreed to refund if I returned the goods to them - postage to Hong Kong at my own expense!
I did actually receive most of the money back after 3 months, but would highly recommend that customers avoid this company as you get what you pay for and the customer service is extremely poor.

Warranty issues and BAD customer service. The twelve months warranty is a lie. Practically unused gimbal, when started using, went south in about two weeks. Just stopped mid recording, never turns on anymore.

Customer service, Steven, who I think is an algorithm, answers. Asks for video. I send him. He doesn't answer for a week, then tells me to do this and that. Item still won't work so I try to apply my warranty rights. It seems tho this Steven cannot comprehend the word.

They offer me 5$ as partial refund. From 66. I say that's a joke. We work it up to 15, I keep telling Steven I want vouchers as I need a new gimbal and I'm willing to buy it from Tomtop.

Now we are back to square one. 5$ his offer again. After 15$ yesterday.

Tomtop is a SCAM. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN AU, an artificial UNintelligence. The item looks great, you can use it few times then it just stops and no money no gadget.

It said I had not purchased the item. It made me think that all the reviews are fake. Most are "OK" and "Shipped fast" Not a review I would leave for a Car Stereo. In fact when I looked there were no actual reviews of the product.

Bought a Xiaomi Lucky Bag from tomtop, 90% off from 90$ original price. What arrived was a couple of pens and a nailclipper, worth 13$ if you buy the items. So I can only conclude that they sure are scamming their customers. I complained that the lucky bag should have been one that really had at least 90$ worth of stuff in it, because thats how discounts should work, but all they offered me is 1$ returned.

Tip for consumers:
Do not buy Lucky Bags from them, unless you love disappointment

I bought some goods there and they arrived fast and in exellent condition. Packaging was fair to let goods arrive in the conditions mentioned above. Dealing with the customer service has been nice too as they answer your doubts pretty fast.

I had ordered a lemfo lf19 smart watch and it said that it would take 7-20 business days for delivery.
Now, in almost 16 days i got my package.( i visited my local post office out of impatience though).
But they delivered as they promised. And i had opted for free shipping with tracking no.
I live in india.
To be precise it was just cheaper- took its time- satisfactory.
My advice is that " don't waste your time on tracking, it just creates a lot of impatience boiling inside,. Just wait for the time they promised.,. And if you're not too unlucky, you'll get what you've ordered. Seems I'm a happy customer of tomtop for now.
