Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.

I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars

I ordered an animated bike light for my 8 year old and it came without the rechargeable battery (the box had been opened). When I reached out he said it's not included however it specifically states on the website the rechargeable battery is included. He told me to go buy one. If you try to return they tell you they will hit you with fees.

Item received is not as Photographs on site. They are not authentic L. O. L. Series 3 Confetti Pop. What is advertised on their website is not what i received, contacted customer service but not helpful. Asking for a full refund and I am willing to send their items back on my on cost if that what it takes but instead offering me a $8 compensation from what i've paid $51.19

Tip for consumers:
Item received is not as Photographs on site. They are not authentic L.O.L. Series 3 Confetti Pop. I bought a projector and when I read those bad reviews i wanted to check for myself. Firstly I contacted the service to let them cancel my product and they said it would be cancelled within two days which is false according to their policy and refunds. Secondly the service broke off character and kept saying bags bags. I won't get the money I paid for which is incredibly sad. Thirdly every good review is only the people they paid for doing the good reviews so do not trust any good review from Tomtop!

I've seen other reviewers praise their prices. So far, I've spent about $400 for an item that is long overdue, and absolutely no one is answering me from TomTop. I've never encountered a worse company to deal with. I cannot advise against them enough.

Bought a RC model Cessna 165 which only managed to bind twice before it became intermittent and the completely unbound. Spend lots of time making video to show what was happening all to no avail. Asked for new plane to replace never heard any more. Very poor service and low quality product. Buyer beware.

Should have looked into what kind of seller this was before ordering. Capacitor meter never arrived. Tomtop never responded to multiple emails. This appears to be another Asian drop shipment company--someone with nothing but a website who orders from someone else after they are paid.

Bought Internet Tablet with about 8 months. Received the product 6 weeks later ans was defective. I returned it and they never replace nor reimburse anything. Made many attempt to settle the issue directly with them or with EBAY but problem still pending.

Bought a mouse in Jan 15, nothing arrived, asked if it will ever arrive, tomtop then went on an email merry go ride, back and forward with order numbers etc, until eventually they wanted photos?
Photos of what? Needless to say, avoid tomtop.

Ordered a phone over a month ago, still hasn't shipped, and support doesn't answer their emails. They said:

Dear customer,

Thanks for shopping.
We are sincerely sorry to inform you because there was something wrong with the product of our supplier before, so you may not receive your order right on time as we original planned.

I waited 10 business days - nothing. No answer from support.

Very disappointing. If you want your product on time, or AT ALL, look elsewhere.

The best value on line when you are building or replacing a standard 21 fret neck, very smooth nice finish filed frets no sharp edges I've built over 100 guitars and haven't found quality this good at this price point anywhere else and fast shipping makes Tom top my choice!

Their business model is to sell broken or defective products and hope that you dont discover what's wrong with them until it's too late! Bought two model airplanes from them, both came defected but when i contacted them, went silent! Stay away!

Basically took them 8 months to admit that the carrier lost my package and they are not doing anything about it. Terrible customer service, avoid at all costs!

EDIT: After posting many reviews in different websites the issue got sorted straight away (why couldn't this be done in the first place?) So my recommendation is if you a have a problem with them, publish everywhere!

Fast and in mostly effective!
I have received most of my orders within 2 weeks time, which is quite good for items from across the globe. Everything was as promised except for a tripod end screw that didn't fit, but nothing that would keep me from using it. Perhaps the only down side is the poor quality english in which you sometimes struggle to understand

I have placed an order over a week now and the order is still processing. Several mails sent to them had no reply. They won't also answer their calls when you call their phone. I'm so unhappy with their service.

I have bought a number of items from Tomtop ranging from mobile phone, projector and music equipment. Everything has been as described, well packaged and arrived within a few weeks of ordering, sometimes faster. The fact that they accept Paypal is a big plus for me in choosing to shop with them.

Existent customer service on every level. Even though they quickly charged my credit card, I have never received so much as a confirmation or tracking number. I did file a claim with PayPal. Stay Away!

I have shopped@ http://www.tomtop.com on several occasions and each time I have found the experience to be without hassle. Living in Australia can make many products expensive. So shopping at TomTop save me a ton of money, Postage and shipping costs are very reasonable with many items having free shipping.

Order an a wireless PC keyboard remote and got it just as described. This site is good for Chinese products. Expect the normal shipping times as they come from China, though. All of these sites have slower shipping times.

Tomtop appears on the surface to be legit, until U deal with them. Non-existent customer support when U contact then if they respond, they simply send U a useless, blank response. Total fraud and misleading advertising, my suggestion is that we need a class action lawsuit to shut them down for good. Enough of this BS..
