Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars
I bought a charger from tomtop on 3/15/2013, it is DOA, and I contact with seller on 4/23/2013, They refunded my money because I was told it was over than 30 days I didn't receive. I think tomtop's service is good and honest. I will buy from them again.
However, their shipping need be improved.

My first order in Tomtop and I'm very satisfied buying from them. I bought Xiaomi powerbank ******* v2 for extremally low price 16,79 USD and everything was great. The processing time was quite fast, it took 4 days but the rest was good, delivery in about 3 weeks to Poland. Powerbank is original and works perfect. Good store, I will buy there in the future.

I was skeptical at first. Especially after seeing the bad reviews. However, I received my Walkera F-150 Rodeo racing drone in excellent condition. I am a very satisfied customer. Many thanks to the people of Tomtop.:-)

Great china store. They have a lot of things with low prices but with good quality. The shipping is fast because they have magazines in EU and US as well as in China but sometimes you could pay It. Only standard shipping from china is free

I bought couple things there for lowest prices compared to other stores. Items are very good quality. Will definitely buy there again and I hope they extend their catalog. One of the things I got was action cammera, mobile phonesm, rc auto. The prices were very low. Keep it up Tomtop!

Great prices but they almost never respond to messages! I thought it was a scam but the cell phone was delivered to me in time and all the items I bought next.

I placed the order on the 13th and it still sits in processing. They got their money but don't want to send the product. Anyone else have this problem? First they tell me that it's outta stock and it'll be shipped within 4days and then another e-mail saying it wil be shipped in 1 to 2 days. I've got both these emails several times..

I ordered from this store few times and every time had different feelings about it. Once I ordered Mini XDUOO X3 portable Hi-Fi player for a great discount (less than 50$) and waited for it for a month with standard shipping. And another time I ordered small first aid kit (also with a big discount) and received it in 10 days with a super saver shipping.
So, if "pending" order status is changed to anything other one, you'll received in 2 weeks. But sometimes you may see this "pending" status for a weeks.
Concluding thing I told earlier, I can recommend it for a non urgent buying, especially during some super sales periods.

Tomtop.com is a great webshop (app) and is a "store", that I have only had positive experiences with. They have a great selection of different many items at an affordable price. One should keep in mind that price and quality are usually followed. And they have a good customer service, where you can get help with most of the problems you might encounter. Great website with fun gadget.

We never received the Hoverboard we ordered November 30th. Terrible customer service and I do not recommend you order anything from them. They are not refunding my money which I have requested several times. We have issued a dispute against Tomtop with Paypal.

I ordered form tomtop and after 8 weeks the order never came. I contacted them via email and Lee sent me tracking information stating the order was on its way, When I clicked on the tracking information from the email he sent me my Norton anti virus blocked it stating there was a Trojan in it. I sent Lee another email telling him about the Trojan and demanding a refund, he wanted met o wait longer and never said anything about the Trojan as if he knew it was there. I then demanded a refund and it was promptly credited back to my account. I tried to close my account and there is no way to do that either as I will not go back into the site if its full of viruses. They used to be good I don't know what has happened to them.

I had some doubt before purchasing from Tomtop as some reviews is not possitive but still I bought Xiaomi mi router pro Tomtop during offer time and got it for $85.76 including shipping which is the cheapest i found from all other webstore. The free shipping took a month to reach me but i got sealead pack unopened genuine product I am Happy with Tomtop.com and will buy again.

I can say that my experience with TomTop has been one of the most positovr so far. I purchased a Xiaomi Mi Drone 4k recently and even if I live in Italy. I got my drone delivered in two weeks and with shipping and import taxes already paid. What more? I will surely go on buying through their website, and I hope to do it soon.

I ordered two hoverboards for Christmas, took my money, sent fake tracking number, never answered emails. Called pay pal; they stated a case, seller contacted pay pal, could not give a tracking number or the company. Finally called my bank regarding my money.

I bought a hubsan drone, it came defective. I tried to return it but they made it a very difficult process. The will not send a return label. After going back and forth they approved me to return the unit at my own expense to receive a partial refund. I received an email with the instructions to mail the unit to California and a couple of days later, I received another email with instructions to mail the item to China. I'm working with my credit card purchase protection program to get my refund. I will never recommend this company.
