Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.

I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars

I have purchased a Ukulele Capo, bag and strap on TomTop.
I received all items properly packaged and timely and was surprised at how good the quality was for the price paid!
I already recommended this site to my friends and I am so impressed with them I already proceeded to buy a Android Smart watch from them!

Buyer isn't protected if item is fake or came bad if came. They remove bad review which they don't like and support scam products (like car ionizer - it has only resistor and LED). Doesn't do what suppose to do.
Stay away. Beware.

Good quality, functionality and value, shipped quickly. The adaprers are sturdy, practical, and will enable use of hardware items that might become obsolete becaus of lack of connectivity options, Great product!

I have never had a problem with TomTop. Shipping is quick and via Europe so no problem with customs etc. Their help is also very good and quickly receive advice and support. All in all a very good experience shopping with them.

I have used this company twice to get various goods. Both times they have arrived when they said they would or earlier and the products matched the descriptions and worked as I expected from the descriptions. I would not hesitate to use them again

After this review the merchant elected to send the missing part without further hassle. I received the missing antenna yesterday. I will increase the rating since the issue has been resolved. The product works well.

Purchased this drone about 30 days ago. Got the product, missing one antenna for the PFV. Emailed Tomtop, and they wanted a picture of all the contents, which I sent, then another email to open the bag with spare propellers and check again, which I did, then another Email to send them a picture of the box the product came in. This went on for over a week, sent them an email that this was ridiculous treatment of a customer, and did not hear back. Terrible customer service never do business with this company. Going though all this trouble for an antenna which probably costs them $3.00.

I have ordered and paid the Xiaomi M365 scooter since 8 Sept 2017 and until today 11 Oct 2017 the order appears to be in Poland. I have sent several emails and the only response is please wait another week. I called UPS and they told me that they never received the order. Beware! They are fake!

60 days have passed and I have yet to receive the RC Car I ordered despite all the emails I sent asking them to follow up. Very bad communication, very bad service and I have not had an answer to my questions or an offer to reimburse the 50 euro I wasted on this site. I will never ever use this site again, they are the worst traders I have ever come across in my 20 years on the internet! Avoid them like the plague!

Tip for consumers:
Don't use this site : no after sales-service, no refunds and they don't care if you don't get what you ordered and paid for!

Tomtop is a horrible to do business with. I bought a GPS with a free map update and tried to redeem it only to find out it is a pirated device and cannot get the map update. Avoid this company. They have not answered my emails addressing this issue.

I ordered a Xiaomi Roborock from TomTop. After two days, I was contacted by customer service and asked to pay an additional $40 because their supplier appears to have raised prices. Since I refused, my order was canceled by TomTop. I am now waiting for the repayment and will have to cover my bank's exchange fees myself. Never again.

I had some trouble with customs to get my product. It took a very long time, but I had a good dialogue with TomTop during the wait, and as it took too long in the end, my case ended with a refund. To me this was a good solution and the best one - no fault to TomTop. Thanks for being there for me during the long wait :)

Been contacting tomtop support because my order did not go through after payong with my mastercard. Their cs is crappy:

"Dear customer,

The order is not enter out system.
So the order would be cancelled due to you did not pay for the item in the request time.

Ordered a highly rated new product for and excellent price.

Was not informed it was a pre-order before ordered, nothing on site stating. After ordering, and checking on order, now listed as a pre-order to ship a month away. No problem, great price, I'll wait.

Then receive email stating this top rated, top selling item is no longer in production, chose an alternative purchase or refund. I chose the item in a different color, available on site, but at higher price, if honoring same price... NO RESPONSE

Msgs and email ignored, so asked for refund... ignored.

Now going through PayPal for refund.

First and LAST time shopper for that crap site. No customer service follow up at all, on their on email request, the strange part, their request to choose an option.

I ordered a 360 controller wireless receiver for my pc. Arrived on time. Little to no packaging or instructions. Doesn't even have a Tom Top name on it. Installation was difficult, I would have had a lot of trouble with it if i weren't so adept with computers. I've only had it for 2 days so I don't know about longevity of the device. BUUUUUUUUUT... it works just fine and it was cheaper.

Disastrgtólous. Horrible. Beware of this company.(TOMTOP) Never buy anything from TOMTOP if you do not want to lose money.
I bought a defective device for $ 150, it only worked for 5 days!
I indicated a warranty problem, but the support did not respond, it disappeared!
I sent many mails, I did not get any answers.
CAUTION! Be careful and never buy anything if you do not want to lose your money.

I placed the order and have not received it after more than a month. Tried to reach support but never heard back. Not sure if this is a reall site or scam as this was my first time with the site but have not received a single item yet.

June 26 2017: To be fair with Tomtop I would like to inform that I finally receive all my orders (first order received after 40 days and the final received after 45 days). Reported shipping time was 10-20 business days. Technically it took almost twice the time. For free shipping products, based on my experience it is fair to assume that it will take twice then the suggested shipping time.

The products I have so far ordered have been of excellent quality. My only complaint would be the length of time I have had to wait for delivery.
Any queries I have had have been dealt with very politely and efficiently by Alisa who has actually done what she said she would. As a result I would definitely order products from them again which appear to offer excellent value for money plus high quality products.

Vey frustrated, can't contact the company for any reason. Bought few different items which were great deals. Ordered an item but didn't take the credit credit and used another credit card to order an item. When I checked my order, it showed two of the same items were ordered. They have charged both of the credit cards. There are no telephone number or an e-mail address we can contact them for any reason. Every e-mail that I have received says no reply. I was very frustrated and have wasted lots of time trying to contact them. I will end up with 2 items even though I only wanted one because they told me t they charged both of my credit cards when they told that they don' accept the first credit card that I have entered. Like the deals but can't trust the company just like many other companies that I have spelt with and got dispointed.

Bought 2 things - xiaomi scooter and xiaomi phone and everything was OK. Delivery time cca 2 weeks, no additional cost. The only problem was the first tracking number not working, but the second one was working.

He bought an item with fast shipping (1-4 days) and it took 23 days. Now I can not contact anyone for more emails I send.

I hope now if they tell me something. I will continue to report on the situation. Comment that the first order of a DJI came without problems.

The goods came quickly but the customs did not not allow to import goods into the country! I had to return it! Money has not yet been returned but promised to return! I hope that everything will end safely! I will order again this product so like it very much!
