Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.

I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars

Bought 1 Syma X8 HG Drone from Tomtop china at the best price i found on the web.
Handling was good and shipping took around 2 weeks to Europe.

5 star deal, but 4 star because i wish more RC car product online and web shop could be enhanced!

I read all these great reviews and so decided to order the soldier 76 helmet for my son, we received it, the box had some normal shipping dents (it is being shipped from China) but when i opened the box the mask was broken and the broken piece was not in the box, which means it was broken before it was shipped. I reached out and they at first argued with me about the mask being broken before shipping and then finally offered me $6 refund, the mask was 21.99 plus shipping, told them to keep the $6 since they obviously need it more than me. Had the broken piece been in the box i could have fixed it for my son to wear for halloween. My order # was BN18H26V4151-VUSb5b

I sent an e mail informing them of address I returned goods to. I get a reply asking what address did I send goods to! What more can I say. One last thing Who is Shamy Z he asks for more info. I send info expect some sort of reply but just like all the staff nothing at all. I think it must be some sort of infant school playing jokes on people! JMF

A total waste of time and money

Further to first post. I have now been contacted by someone else (Mandy) who tells me refund made. But this refers to a previous refund that got settled after a long time. It just proves that the so called help staff do not read the E Mails and just try to fob you off with incorrect information. The 'battle' goes on. Why did I bother to give them another order will not make that mistake again!

I requested to cancel an order within 24 hrs and before it was shipped to me. TomTop ignored my several requests and sent order. I have, at their advice, returned order, at my expense even though it was their fault that it had to be returned, to their 64 Jessie Road Southsea UK warehouse. Sent via MyHermes and I have printed confirmation of delivery including copy of signature. TomTop now inform me can't locate goods therefore it was not delivered.and refuse (so far) to refund my money. Do not use this company steer well clear. The staff are useless, do not answer phone and only send stock e mail answers. They do not understand English even when they are dealing with international orders. Waste of Time and money

This was my first transaction with Tomtop, in which I had ordered 3 different products. 2 reached within the time mentioned, but the 3rd product got delayed beyond the time limit ( more than 30 days) for which I co-ordinated with their customer support through email. Thanks to Asya for her prompt reply on my emails and trying to track down the parcel. All products delivered in good condition.

I paid for an Easyn IP outdoor camera for 69.9 USD. My account was deducted but the status of the order is still processing since 3days now. They have not confirmed my payment and wouldn't reply my mails either. Even the calls don't get through and I was told delivery is latest 6 days. Please look into the matter.

I made a purchase from their website some 25 days ago and still have NOT received my purchase or a refund (todays date 4/2/2016). I have exchanged some 28 emails and have heard every excuse why they have NOT authorised Paypal to make the refund. I paid an additional $27.10 for a DHL Courier which appears did not make a difference or expedite the Delivery to Australia. They assured me the order has been cancelled but not according to their website. I am not sure what they are doing, lucky i paid with Paypal now i can put a claim in and let Paypal get my moneyback...

NEVER deal with this mob again!

Oh now i have been informed due to Chinese New Year nothing will be done for another 7 DAYS, what a ****** joke!

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM, YOU CAN GET A BETTER PRICE ELSWHERE WITH LESS HASSLE!!!!!

I first found Tomtop when I was looking for a small item that wasnt avalible in any stores in my country. I had not experience what so ever at ordering anything online, and on this site was realy easy for me to find my order and purchase it. Not just that, but they also had free shipping. Just a few days later I got my item on my door. But tomtop has some negative sides too. One of my other orders never got shipped, and some of the produkts are not to be trusted. But overall Il still like Tomtop, and will continue to shop there :)

If you have been scammed by this company with fake, used products and then scammed again when trying to get a refund, we must leave reviews, because they are luring in people to leave fake reviews to give them a better rating. Make sure to leave a rating if you have also been scammed! They need to be stopped!

I ordered an item from UK warehose and received within 5 days. The item was well packed and in good condition. The item work straight out of the box and connected to the app required without any problems. All good thanks.

Have bought several different items off this sight and have been please with items and description, most are Chinese in origin just like Walmart but the prices are great and there are many items that are not available except thru Chinese sellers on eBay. There certainly is junk on this web sight but the price is great and they deliver quickly from US warehouses and slow from Chinese warehouses. But all and all good people to deal with.

I ordered a hoverboard for my grandson. It was supposed to have been shipped on the 10th of December and today is the 18th. I emailed them with no response. I called a phone number listed and they said something in some foreign language then hangs up. I am calling PayPal today. Now my grandson want get anything from me. I spent all of my allowance on that! I could just cry!

I bought an action cam (SJ5000X Elite) with 30% of discount. This action cam is high quality product and I'm very happy of this purchase.
TomTop offers a great choose of goods and an easy way to choose the country of warehouse in order to select best price and short distance for best delivery.
Very userfriendly interface and many payments accepted.

I bought Syma X8C quadcopter on Tomtop as a limited-time offer. It was a real bargain, so I got a bit anxious at first, but I swiftly received the product and it's exactly as advertised. Lots of fun, perfect customer service, fast delivery.

1 star is the best compliment i can give unfortunately i couldnt give it a zero, i ordered an item costing £250, Toptom sent me an empty box, i immediately contacted toptom about this, forstly they asked me to send pictures of the packaging after toptom claiming they had not received the pictures, it took about 25 attempts for them to admit to receiving the pictures of the empty box, they blatantly lied to me about not receiving the pictures i sent them, the item purchased was 8 weeks ago now, and im yet to receive a refund to this day, their after care is the worse ive even known, i wont be dealing with this company again, i had to report this company to trading standards in the UK and even the police, stay away from toptom, their criminals

I bought a webcam from TomTop and it did not work properly so I claimed a replacement and/or a refund. They promised me that a replacement has been sent but never arrived. Then they promised me a refund but again the refund never came either. TomTop dragged the time to the extent that I could not claim from Ebay as time lapse and so now I ended up with a faulty Webcam. So be careful when you buy from TomTop unless you want to risk your money as the company has no after sales service.

First of all product reviews on Tomtop are manipulated. Only positive reviews are published and negative reviews are discarded. So dont by those reviews on tomtop.

I had ordered products worth more than US$200 in a span of 6 months. Out of 7 products ordered, 2 were faulty for (sent in damaged condition). Initially they refused to accept their fault but when I sent videos of damaged products, they agreed to give a partial refund almost after a continous followup of 3 months.

Customer support is almost non-existing. They take 3-5 days to revert to your mails and months to take action on your issue.

Bought an item and didn't worked as it was suppose to, contacted customer service. Unfortunately the didn't solve my issue and closed contacts with me. Most of the items are crap and very unprofessional service. DON`T BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered new chimes. They sent me clearly used, dirty, dinged up chimes with no original packaging or paperwork. Worst of all, 2 of the chimes were broken off. I tried to return it. They offered to pay for a repair, but I ordered a NEW product, not a repaired used one. They would only refund me if I sent it to China. I'm in the US and it would cost me more than the price of the product to ship. I know it came from a warehouse in the US. Now I'm just out my money.

I spent over $1000 with Tom Top on Hoverboards on 11. 24. 15. They have shipped only 2 of the 3 boards I ordered and now they have not responded to me since December 18th and they keep giving me a Fed Ex tracking # that is a shipping label only... NO PRODUCT has been delivered and NO RESPONSE to my many inquiries. Disappointed son today! Better get this resolved.

It has been over 2 months since I made my order. I contacted Tomtop a few times but they never responded so I had to open a Paypal dispute. I am waiting for the outcome. I had purchased a GoolRC 210 for $89.99. The fact that they did not reach out to me and I had to open a dispute tells me they are not responsible, have poor customer service (no customer service) and are not a professional business. I will never buy from Tomtop again.

One of the best (if not the best) eshop. I use it to purchace any kind of hight tech equipment (mobile phones, tablets, headphones) with no problem at all. When your item arrives broken or faulty it will take you months to get a refund or even a reply from Tomtop. But you will get spammed almost daily for ever. Does not matter if you click unsubscribe, you will still be spammed.

Ordered an expensive drone as it said Usually ships in hours with 3 to 6 day delivery.
3 full days on its still in processing mode and no answer to three emails.
Seems replies to Facebook page are auto and all replies here and on Google play store are a generic copy and paste to pacify the customer to think something will be done.

If it is 3 or 5 day processing say that. Taken money under false pretense and no customer service. Don't do your copy and paste reply sort out my order BN17E22L3632-H29ZXE and have it shipped ASAP with a tracking number or refund my money.
And don't ask for my email address here as you have ALL my details with my account under that number.
