Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars
Ordered products after 2 weeks of "awaiting dispatch" I sent an inquiry email to see when this might be shipping out! Amazingly I received a tracking number the next business day?!? That was 7 days ago and there is still no tracking info on the package other than the label was created! Now they have stopped responding to any email correspondence!

In over 15 years purchasing online, this is the single worst store I've ever come across.
I had written a lengthy review, nobody will read it.
I will say only this. Purchase/Try to purchase from tomtop and you will be left with a very bitter taste in your mouth.
Best avoided at all costs.

Despite all the negative reviews, I thought I'd give them a try anyway. Worst mistake ever!
Multiple efforts from me to communicate with TomTop over a few days, regarding a order that had been placed "on hold" with no reason or explanation, considering the items purchased at the time were in stock and are still showing as in stock with a "shipped in 24hrs" status.
All attempts in resolving this issue have been ignored. They literally just ignore you.
Now trying to get a refund... also ignored.
Tip for consumers:
Don't do it.

Ordered this on 11/28/17, did not receive until 12/28/17! Upon opening this all products inside are fake! Not one real LOL doll or accessory! Complete rip off! They offered me a 500 point refund which is $5 and I paid over $70 for this product! On their website they show the actual authentic product!

Very pleased with all my purchases from Tomtop - and I've made lots of them. Great value for money. Shipping time is variable but often speedier than you expect. This website is scummy, like many others... they offer their users some credits for good reviews. If you see 5 stars reviews here it's because the person got paid.
Gearbest also did it in the past but I would actually rate Gearbest at 4-5 stars, unlike this garbage website.

You took the money and your useless 'world' delivery system corrupted the province (county) for the address, even after warning you about this, it went off to a non existent address in the north of Spain, we waited a further 8 weeks having given up, just receiving absurd Chinese phrases thanking us to wait!? I'm very disappointed with TOMTOP. I've bought a drone from them about couple weeks ago and one of the motors stopped spinning. I did some quick research and most people said that the issue probably related to a failed ESC board. I was like come on I only flew this drone few times and it just died on me. I then emailed TOMTOP support with a video clip to show them what the issue is and demanded either a replacement or a refund. Oh well I didn't get any response from them at all. I then posted a review of this drone on their site and guess what... they marked a 'failed' status on my posting. Really? That's it I'm not come back again!

Do not buy from TomTop. They don't honor their email promotions, the coupon codes mysteriously disappear from the total during checkout, and if you pay for faster shipping on batteries, then they tell you its not possible, they dont refund your money.
The customer support is worthless, not even reading the emails and messages you send or looking at pictures for proof. And then ask questions again that were answered in previous emails (that are quoted a few lines down!).
*EDIT - dont let their responses on here fool you. I've tried to work with them for over 3 weeks and now again they pretend like they want to help.

Customer service is courteous and professional though email communication is relatively slow but reliable. Opt for shipping insurance and tracking when available which is usually very reasonably priced.

I ordered a product almost a year ago. As I enquired about not having received it, I was told there were issues with covid. A few months later, having not heard about Tomtop, I contacted them again. They said that their supplier had raised the price, so they would send me the item I had ordered if I paid for an additional amount. I think this type of practice is totally dishonest.
I am now struggling to get a refund from tomtop. They have been saying it's coming... and will not offer a date. Stay away from TOMTOP

I have ordered a few items now from TomTop. I can't say quite when it was I placed my first order, but it was a few years ago and I rem, ember exactly what it was - a replacement solar powered pump for my small garden fountain. I am always interested in TomTop's emails as they sell fascinating "Gadgetry and Big Boy's Toys" that you just don't see elsewhere (although my latest purchase is a baby walker for my little granddaughter). Sometimes, delivery is a little slow but always well worth the wait!
