Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars
I made my biggest purchase on a Chinese site on Tomtop when I bought a S905X. I felt safe because I bought it there before and never had problems. After sales support and always courteous and agile. Yunteng VCT-288 Photography Tripod Monopod
Product arrived packed only in a plastic mailing sleeve. The box was crushed. At first glance, the monopod appeared o. K., but then it turned out that the locking mechanism for the lower extension was cracked. This prevented the monopod to be fully extended.
There appears to be NO way to leave a complaint on the Tomtop customer support board.

I have written them 4 Emails and not a single reply. I ordered a Selfie Drone and one of the motors has an issue right out of the box and I want to return it. I have sent 4 emails to *******@tomtop.com and have not heard a word. Checked spam every day and not s single email about taking care of this issue.

Hi, I bought a smart wrist band for $36.99 and an additional $17.55 for priority shipping. The website said will be shipped in 3 days however they did not. When asked they said to wait for few more days as they did not have stock. I could not wait any longer and as I was leaving the country. I planned the approximate dates including priority shipping but since it was getting delayed I asked to cancel the order and refund my item. It's the 10 th day and I have not got the refund. Everything they say 1-3 days. I contacted the bank as they said it should not take this long. Please help me on this before I escalate this issue with the bank. Made my order on the 16th of august and wrote to them before to make sure it will arrive before i leave, they said no problem it will take 3-5 days if i pay for express.
Now it has been 8 days and not even tracable, so i write to them and they tell me 7-15 days delivery when i paid 15e extra for shipping!
Im moving abroad in one week and have no way to receive the package and they wont even refund the express shipping cost.
Liars dont count on the customer support

I have only received one item of my order and that was the wrong colour, my second order has never arrived and when I try to contact someone to sort this out I get nothing back.
I will never use Tomtop again and would advise nobody else to either save yourself the hassle of this companies useless customer service.
Use WISH/GEEK same stuff same price and at least it turns up and any problems they will help sort it out.
Oh you will receive a reply to your reviews of them as in "My Dear Customer" but even that is all you will get back had that reply in Google app store I responded yet still got nothing more from them!

Tomtop is definitely one of the cheapest on line store for Chinese electronics. They have warehouses in Europe and the US and they use trustworthy shipping companies. But there is 1 major problem, they do not have any customer support if something is bad with the product you received. If you contact their customer service by email, they do not reply and if you contact them through their online app, they tell you they will contact you once they have a solution, but they don't. I asked for a ticket number to reference further communication, but they don't have such a system, which to me clearly shows that they really do not care about aftersales. The money is in their pocket and they just don't care about you anymore.

There is a wide variety of products and a nice selection of each. We have jumped on the fidget spinner bandwagon but can't keep up with the costs. Tomtop is the perfect place for these purchases. We have purchased three so far. Even though the products are being shipped from China to the US, the turnaround is relatively quick (about 15 days). The products we have received so far are of decent quality. I am omitting one star because we ordered a colorful fidget and a plain yellow one arrived. I emailed customer service. They had a speedy reply but it was lackluster "ok please keep it." I was not offered a new replacement on the actual product I purchased. Fortunately, I didn't spend much so it wasn't much of a loss. The checkout process is simple and quick. All three times, I got free shipping which impressed me.

I had purchased from tomtop previously and everything arrived ok, except for one order I was missing. I informed their customer service and it was mailed to be fairly quickly considering it was coming from China. Fast forward 8 months later and I placed an order for k95 mask. Its been 2 months and still has not arrived. I have had multiple conversations with customer service since week 3 of not receiving the order and every time it was the same excuse. Their US delivery is slow due to Covid 19. I have order many things since Covid, as I am sure most have and it has never taken 8 weeks to receive a product from anywhere in the world. I have to count this one as I was scammed.
Stay far away from this website and company. They do not send your products and lie when you ask about the status. Shame on you tomtop

After I gave up on Tomtop, they continued to contact me and offered to have my drone repaired locally and compensate me. However, I found a solution to my problem. I just had to use a smaller SD card. (16 GB) Now all appears to work as it should. Kutos to Tomtop for staying in touch to resolve the issue. Hudsan should have talked about the size of SD card to use in their manual. Not Tomtop's fault. Thank you Tomtop for staying in touch and doing what you could to resolve my issue. I would have give you a five star if you offered a prepaid shipping label to return the drone for repair or replace.

In response to my first review Tomtop inferred they are cooperating. Well, they sort of are, I guess. They did send me an address to return the drone, finally after about 5 or 6 emails and a week of waiting. First I'd like to say that the product I think is a good product. I did a lot of research before buying the drone. I just failed to research the vendor.(Tomtop) Now I did read their warranty and it sounded pretty good. Where my frustration comes in, listen up Tomtop, I purchased the drone from a Virginia warehouse, but Tomtop wants me to send it back to Hong Kong on my dime. This is just not cost affective and very time consuming thereby making the warranty a sham. If I had purchased from a reputable vendor, like Amazon, etc., I would have the issue resolved within a few days. To Tomtop: I feel you should make it clear in your warranty explanation that the customer will have to pay for shipping to China, not to where the product was shipped from. Tomtop could have a good gig if they made it easier to return faulty products on thier dime.

I bought a mobile phone they supplied correct after 2 weeks use broken, they ask to sent at my expense to Hamburg months nothing no news then they said we sent for supplier, months nothing, then they promised pay me back again nothing up till today, i sent so many emails to *******@tomtop.com miss Ady no answer, they take you money, supply and then its over no aftersales at all. Dozen of e-mails to ask photos and videos of a webcam that I cannot power on. Many apologies like "I cannot see, download or play the video". Emails done only in order to discourage the customer and avoid repayments or replacements of the goods. The person of the support was "Phyllis".
I cannot put here the emails but if you want I can send them to you, just write to *******@email.com.
So before buy from Tomtop... you are now warned. Don't do the same error that I have done!
