Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars

Something I like is easy way for shopping, best prices and large quantity of products.

2016-12-28 i ordered laser engraver and it is still PROCESSING. They not have shipped it yet. And why they have not shipped? Because they NOT HAVE IT.
Same item is now preorder.
2017-1-8 i contact live chat and they promise that they refund in 1-3 days.
I wait 4 days and still no refund. Then i contact they mail support many times and no answer until now. Guess what? They said wait one more week!
I have opened Paypal dispute now. I will get my money back.
They no have any kind support at all. Beware, you lose your money and some fat chinese scam laughing at you.
I think that they have child labor too. Scam.

As soon as you realize you are being scammed file a complaint with pay pal then call pay pal and have them file a claim if they cannot furnish proof that the item is being sent to you in 10 days pay pal will refund you. Also contact your bank and file a claim with them about the scam they are running one way or another we will beat these scammers. Next file a complaint with the Better Business bureau. I am currently in this process good luck to you all. Tomtop is obviously trolling this page to burry the real comments don't be fooled

Please be aware that your item may never be delivered. Purchsed a camera 18/7, via e bay, complained to the company several times, told it had been reposted... Requested refund... Nnever had refund. The company advertise as a UK company! This is not the case they are based in china. Please do not purchase any goods total rip off company!

Is good store, technology and price goes well. After 10 days trying to comunicate with Tomtop via email ( 5 emails unanswered) regarding the invoice and the delay in shipment, I didnt receive a answer. The product is still on Hold.
Alredy asked Paypal to refund my money after a dispute.

Ordered a walkera v 450do3 heli. Opened box to find a heli as advertised with no instruction booklet, and no cd disk as advertised. Email told them about missing items, they told me take a picture of missing items after many attempts got nowhere still don't have cd disk. Went to a chat room someone sent me his own manual. Great con game take a picture of something u don't have.?

I can say I love Tomtop! First thing that attracted me to TomTop was the free shipping to all items. Now, even if they have a small shipping fee added, I love their website, too. And now the shipping is faster!
The second thing that I love from Tomtop.com is the savings system. They have a very good points system, with this you can save the items costs. It should be fine for us to be able to save also from shipping costs, but it also good the actual system. About the coupons, it would be better if the site-wide coupons would be more frequent offered. As about the items, you can find almost everything and the prices are very good! I bought a really cool thermometer (non touch with LCD display) and a watch on this website. Naviforce watch is very stylish and has a great glow in the dark display with the date. Thermometer is great and precise and no need to wake your child up to take the temp. Really like those products.

I've dealt with TomTop for several years now and don't remember ever being disappointed. Friends say I have 'too many' hobbies and interests, TomTop has been able to supply something for each. Anything in stock in USA warehouse gets incredibly fast delivery (2~3 days) I see no reason why I couldn't be dealing with them for several more years

Ordered the B6 Mini Battery balance Charger from them for only $16, Also ordered the Power supply for it from them. A friend had a spare power supply so I requested a refund, The refund came back quick and there were no problems. I've had the charger for a few months now and its still working flawlessly.
The mjx bugs 3 I ordered the charger for was also from tomtop, and is also still working perfectly. Definitely recommend this website.

I live in NYC and ordered a Hoverboard. It took 3 weeks to finally arrive. In the interim, I emailed twice for a tracking # or status update. Got email responses that looked bogus and linked to a FedEx tracking number that did not seem to relate to my order. The 2nd email had a tracking # that worked on a 3rd party Chinese courier website. Seems they switch to FedEx only after it gets to the US. However, Hoverboard is exactly as described and cool as hell to ride. Well packaged and so far no fire/explosion. Instructions in very poor English. No warranty.

I wish I could give negative stars!
TOMTOP is such a scam! They will take your payment, send you the item, then when the item breaks due to a failure from being a cheap piece of trash, they will say "the order was cancelled". Then you will have to write 20 emails back and forth with them telling you that they never received your payment, although they sent you the item?!? Wtf?! I sent them pictures of my credit card statement proving they accepted my payment. I sent them Pictor the item that had a failure. They deny everything!
You might as well light your money in fire! They do not care about their customers and when your item has a failure within a few months of you having it, they will not take care of you! They will give you the run around and then say there is nothing they can do.
TOMTOP IS A FRAUD! If you like throwing your money away, buy from these morons!

Most of the complaints I have read have to do with hoverboards. Considering the new regulations of hoverboards on aircrafts, and customs dealing with large lithium based batteries, I think people should be complaining to US customs or the FAA. I received my xDuoo x3 DAP in 10 days. Far sooner than I expected. Great price, great delievery time considering its origin destination. Will do business with tomtop again.
